Looking for a florist, in a city I don't know.is, well, a 'shot in the dark'! I went to YELP as my go to search engine for really great resources. Chez Bloom came up in every search. best flowers, best service from a florist. most creative flowers. etc. My family had lost a dear, dear sister-in-law and aunt. And I wanted to send a loving, warm remembrance for the memorial.

When Chez Bloom arrived at the address I had given them, they found a house where no one was home. and they called me immediately! I had only been there once, and I was just a wee bit uncertain. So I suggested they look in the garage. and they said no car was there. Uncertainty stepped in, and the florist suggested he call the main contact on my order.

He wanted to be 100% certain that these flowers were delivered correctly. Really. Service beyond my expectations on a late Friday afternoon. It all turned out beautifully. This is worth gold for anyone shopping 'blind' for special flowers for any reason! Chez Bloom is definitely the place to find your flowers. And. the flowers were loved.

We get my husband's mom flowers a couple times every year and normally we just went with some kind of national chain, since we are in CA. But then 2020 came, and we wanted to make sure they would actually have something to deliver, so I started researching small shops near her house. Well, not only did Chez Bloom deliver, but she was blown away by how lovely they were!

She actually called the shop she was so impressed, chatted them up and found out where the flowers came from! Which made her love them even more. Fast forward to Mothers Day this year, we knew we wanted to do the same shop, took us awhile to figure out what it was, a week early we looked online and agreed on the bouquet. But then, alas, neither of us actually pulled the trigger. we both thought the other did it.

Yesterday (Saturday before MD) I innocently asked "Is your mom getting the flowers today?" And he looked at me in a panic. uh oh. So he ran to the website and we had a sad kicking ourselves moment when it said they couldn't deliver until Tuesday. Doh. But wait for it. Suddenly my husband's cell phone rings and the owner says "I see you just ordered online. did you want that for Mother's Day tomorrow?". Seriously. "We're just finishing up here, all the other deliveries went out but I can drop this off on our way home, what would you like in it?".

I mean, I felt like we were in 1955 and the most important rollers in town. Less than an hour later, it was delivered. And, My friends, the bouquet is outstanding! Mother's Day 2021 was not only saved, it is now a smashing success story! She loved the flowers, and the personal service, and the story! She called them again to gush about it and they were there for it! Could there be any better gift than that?

Nathalie and Tony provided florals & accessories for our 16-person backyard wedding. Everything they created was so beautiful, and working with them was a pleasure. I really appreciate the help they provided in making recommendations, helping to develop a vision, working with my budget, and set-up/delivery. Thank you!

Chez Bloom has been my go to for flowers for my girlfriend, and now wife, since I lived in Uptown and moved to the suburbs. The customer service and quality of flowers is unmatched and is why I am willing to drive close to 30 minutes to pick up flowers. I could not recommend them enough!

Chez Bloom came through for me, very last minute. I'd had a problem with Soderberg's not producing the arrangement the way it was depicted and ended up canceling. It was late at night, shops were closed. I found Chez Bloom, placed an online ordered very late at night after they were well closed, and stated that if they were not able to have the arrangement delivered to the funeral home by 10:30am, to please cancel the order.

At 630am, before the shop opened, I received a message that they would guarantee the bouquet would be delivered by then. It was beautiful and exactly like depicted online, with the correct flowers and vase. What a relief it was to have the whole process go so smoothly and the beautiful bouquet, exactly as I'd chosen, delivered to my love ones in time for the memorial of my loved one. Thank you for your reliability and going the extra step for me!

Gorgeous array of fall colors in a variety of blooms, berries, and plants. The recipient sent photos of the wonderful display and she said the scent was beautiful. I asked for no kale and am pleased none was used. The arrangement was just as I had hoped it would be - elegant in every way.

I absolutely was blown away by the beautiful floral bouquet I received from my hubby through ChezBloom. I have never received such beautiful flowers! The gorgeous variety came in a black bucket, which was super unique. I decided to transfer into vases & mason jars and filled at least 5! I enjoyed flowers all throughout my home! Chez Bloom does not disappoint & it is the only place I order flowers from! Highly recommend!

Presentation is nice and cute. Delivery service and the packaging are good. But flowers are not very fresh.

I live in another state and wanted to order directly from a florist local to Minneapolis where my folks live, rather than through those online sites that advertise everywhere (1800 flowers, FTD, etc). Their site was super easy to use. Competitive prices. I was able to order for the next day delivery. My mom loved the arrangement, I saw a pic and it was beautiful and what I expected. This will be my go to florist for my Minneapolis family from now on!

I'm a New Yorker but I have ordered floral arrangements from Chez Bloom for two years now for Mother's Day, Valentine's, and birthdays. Our mom loves the arrangements from Chez Bloom. She says that not only are they gorgeously arranged, but the blooms also smell wonderful. I will also say that I have used another floral as our Mom lives in Woodbury but works in Minneapolis, however, the Woodbury florist is not of the same caliber with their arrangements so I plan on using TaskRabbit to do the pick-up and delivery of the floral arrangements for me. Chez Bloom is worth it!

This florist is absolutely amazing! I live in California and had sent flowers SAME DAY to my cousin in MPLS who just got engaged. I told him I loved an arrangement I had seen on their instagram, but unfortunately some of the flowers were from out of state for a special order, Tony had told me he can substitute them with a similar look. I'm not picky at all & just told Tony to work his magic! & they came out PERFECT! Thank you so much! I'll definitely be ordering in the future.

Nathalie created the most beautiful "Green Goddess" arrangement in 45 minutes for us today. A close friend of ours lost her mother this morning. During this difficult time of the Covina-19 pandemic, I was looking to send flowers to my sister and bro in law for their 1 year anniversary and wanted to support a local business. I was beyond thrilled to discover Chez Bloom. Easy to work with, beautiful arrangements to choose from on their website and delivery all at a very reasonable rate. Their choice and selection of flowers were hand selected, based on in-season blooms and beat the typical website and floral website. We used Chez Bloom for our wedding, we decided to go with them on the spot at our first meeting because of how impressed we were with their vision, work, and attention to detail. They were BY FAR our favorite vendor we worked with! They did a great job handling a lot of the specifics I wanted and really picked everything up and ran with it when I told them towards the end of the planning process that I trusted their vision and told them to run with it.

I can't get over how well everything turned out and we had so many of our guests make a point to comment to us how beautiful the flowers were. Tony even came back later in the night to help tear down and sent my mom home with the beautiful garland that had been on our arch and head table. I wish I had another event or excuse to get some flowers because I working with Chez Bloom so much!

This is my go to flower shop to buy flowers for my spouse. They are always responsive to requests and deliver amazingly beautiful and tasteful flower arrangements. The keyword is tasteful. Too many other flower arrangements are too much razzle dazzle and it looks like a Holi party versus a flower arrangement. Chez Bloom are like artists who balance colors and know how to classically make flower arrangments. Highly recommend!

I was looking for a specific type of bouquet for my sister's birthday. I couldn't find what I wanted on their website so I called and spoke to the owner, who was exuberant and helpful. She had gotten a shipment of huge hydrangeas in the day before that she thought would be perfect! I picked up the flowers at the store and was greeted by their wonderful rescue dog, such a sweetheart!

The owner described where each flower had come from, there were so many connections! It really made me appreciate the effort that goes into locally sourced flowers with some specialties flown in. My sister LOVED the arrangement, it was huge and hit the spot for her 50th birthday!
