My first time using for our clients. Beautiful arrangements! I love the ease of using the website, the quickness of getting the receipt emailed to me and notifications of it being delivered. Very professional!

I order it almost once a month from them. Beautiful flowers. They are what they show us in the pictures. Colorful and fresh flowers. Great choices too! Never disappointed by them.

My cousin and I needed an arrangement on Saturday. She was driving in from Charlotte and tasked me with finding flowers we could get immediately. After checking online I chose Boutique Bouquet because a review mentioned that after calling with some details they were able to make a bouquet. We only had 90 minutes before they closed so my cousin called from her car and gave the specifics of what we wanted.

I showed up at the shop about an hour later. Kristi greeted me and brought over a beautiful bouquet. We had given some direction for colors and asked that peace lilies be included. Our buds were gorgeous and there were roses and peace lilies in the arrangement. Kristi even gave me instructions for how to transport and put the arrangement in the trunk for me.

When my cousin arrived she loved it and we decided we would go right away to deliver them. We live in strange times and in the midst of our grief we were able to do something to let our family know we are here for them. We thank you for your compassion and for being able to move quickly to help us. I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my wife's workplace for Valentine's Day. Originally the delivery driver mixed up my bouquet and another customer's, but when I addressed my concerns with the owner of the shop, they resolved it asap. I received the proper bouquet today and it is everything I dreamed of and my wife is extremely pleased with this gorgeous arrangement.

The original bouquet I received in error was just as pretty as well, just not my ideal bouquet. I truly recommend this shop for any florist needs you may have. The green bouquet with the purple flowers is my order, and the pink and red bouquet, while beautiful, is the one I received in error. Again, I want to stress how willing the owner, Leah, was to resolve my issue, and how kind and generous she was. I would also like to mention Beth by name, who I spoke to this morning regarding substitutions and my arrangement, as she did an absolutely amazing job on this arrangement.
