A Classy Touch

I am so disappointed in this business. I was very patient with the whole team (who is definitely being overworked, and therefore unable to meet deadlines and stay organized - that's management's fault). The seamstress was so overbooked that she had to drop off my wedding dress to my home the night before my wedding. The bustle was not completely done.

The hairpiece that I had left on hold and that they said they would keep on file for me got lost and, again, the night before my wedding, I was left to choosing from pictures of hairpieces left at the store via text. Just really unnecessarily stressful situations to go through the day before your wedding. The manager harassed more than one member of my wedding party and was out of line.

When our groomsmen asked for accomodations regarding the drop off deadline for suit rentals due to testing positive for COVID, the employees made me and my wedding party feel uncomfortable by asking questions about how we got COVID (as if to make us feel culpable for something completely outside of our control). I really wanted to give this business the benefit of the doubt since it's local, and I did, at first. However, it is clear that the owner of this establishment has no sense of common decency or community. Never going back here again. I truly regret giving them my business.

I recently got married. On the day of my wedding turns out the seamstress left pins in my dress with the part she was going to sew into my dress. The thread she was going to use was also still attached to my dress. My bridesmaids dresses all had factory defects on them. One of my bridesmaids noticed before the wedding, but none of my others did nor were they informed to check or bring it in.

When they did decide to do something about it, it was the day before the wedding. They also all ripped on the day of the wedding as well. I don't recommend this place, and since I work in the wedding industry, I will never recommend this place to any of my brides.

Soooo Wonderful! Very Professional, great people! Called spur of the moment to look at wedding dresses and they were able to get us in and it was lovely! Great selection, fun experience!

Our first time at Touch of Class Bridal. My daughter needed alterations done to a bridesmaids dress. Their seamstress Laurie was brilliant! Very accommodating, and reassuring. Have total confidence that Laurie will succeed in her task to make the dress look fabulous and fit well! Thanks Laurie!

The first thing I want to say is that the dresses here are absolutely gorgeous. The reason I'm giving the boutique three stars is due to the customer service. I hope the owner reads this because this is only constructive criticism. I think the owner needs to be a little more hands-off when a bride comes in to find a dress. It felt a little pushy and salesperson-y when I was there and I honestly just wanted a little more space to really think about each dress I tried on.

I found my gown today through A Touch of Class Bridal! They were very helpful and showed me several of the dresses that I asked to try on along with some they chose that they thought I would like. With the pandemic and a lot of my bridal party being out of state, they set up a zoom meeting and made me feel that they were actually there with me in person. Very great experience and would recommend to any bride-to-be! Thank you so much ladies! Y'all were so helpful and the greatest hype-women I needed with my party today!

I took my daughter to Touch of Class to shop for her wedding dress. She had been to several shops in San Francisco and found nothing that she really liked, let alone loved. When we came to TOC, Judy was very accommodating and helpful. Her dress samples were stunning and the prices were very reasonable, especially given our experience is the City. We found the Sydney, an Italian embroidered dress that's a stunner!

My daughter just had a fitting this past Sunday and we're both overjoyed with the beauty of the style and fit. It was an amazing experience and Judy is very experienced and she is knows how to fit a dress.

Today I found my dress at A Touch of Class Bridal! I'm incredibly shy and shudder at the thought of being the center of attention, but I still was looking for a beautiful dress for my elopement ceremony. Debbie and Judy were patient with my indecisiveness and inability to articulate what I what I wanted, but we got there! Thank you to both of you ladies for your extensive knowledge of your inventory, knowing to pull *the dress* that hadn't been marked down yet! I'm looking forward to surprising my future husband with a killer dress from your store!

They treated me just like I was part of the family and it was a wonderful experience of getting my wedding dress there. I recommend any women that's trying to get a wedding dress for a good price should go here. I got the most beautiful dress for only $280 and they were so wonderful and so polite and it was just so like train on a dress at home
