What an amazing experience working with Felicia Events. She was there to help me every step of the way with the wedding, was very responsive (1 day max to respond to emails), and helped me through every major obstacle. She and her team were absolutely fantastic coordinating the day of the wedding. The reception looked perfect. I didn't have to worry about a single thing - exactly what you want in a coordinator! Also, she provided amazing spreadsheets via Google Sheets that we used to plan the whole wedding. The entire wedding couldn't have been possible without Felicia. In addition, she is just a really great person!

Felicia was above and beyond. Not everyone is able to relax and enjoy their own wedding but Felicia's organization and management made it easy for us. Everything went extremely smooth and we had a lovely time at our wedding. I would highly recommend Felicia Events for your event coordinator needs. Thank you Felicia!

We just had the most beautiful Winter Wonderland destination wedding in Incline Village! Felicia was extroidinary making all our dreams become a reality. Her calm lovely demeanor makes things happen effortlessly. Her vendors are so artful and creative as well. A wonderful experience being mother of the bride 500 miles away! Felicia was SO great throughout the wedding planning process! She is the perfect mix of sweet and crack-the-whip. I opted for the partial planner package and she was AWESOME. In the months leading up to our wedding, she checked in to see how the planning was going and gave me an idea about where I should be on the decision making. She wasn't too pushy, and respected my desires and fairly laid back approach.
On the day of the wedding she was KILLER! I didn't have to worry about a single thing. She had it handled. She even made sure my belongings/keepsakes/gifts were safely tucked away in my room before she left for the night. I would recommend her for anyone looking for a get-er-done wedding planner who doesn't empty your savings in the process!

I reached out to Felicia in an effort to find someone to help with wedding planning. Felicia was the first planner to get back to me, and she called and then followed up with an email. I am on a tight budget, and she was extremely honest that because of where she is located, she would require accommodations. She then recommended some planners closer to my venue.
I was blown away! I wish that we had more flexibility with our budget and could work with Felicia. She would obviously do an incredible job. Since I can't, I am happy to have the opportunity to leave her a positive review on Yelp!

I just hired Felicia for full coordination of my wedding in South Lake Tahoe and she was SO wonderful! She has years of experience and took care of every detail for me. I felt so relaxed being that I live in Colorado - she had great recommendations and helped me save money where I could. I LOVE FELICIA!

At the outset, I should say that I was initially reluctant to get a wedding coordinator. In my mind, it seemed a bit of a stretch to hire a vendor that costs quite a bit of money, and to cede the planning for such an important day to another person. I was wrong. My fiance and I held an off-site ceremony and reception at the Ehrman Mansion in the Sugar Pine Point State Park, on the west side of Tahoe.
Given that it was an off-site location, there were so many additional details that required our attention that Felicia notified us about and then took control of (in a good way). Although we did not always agree with all of her suggestions (she's sort of a "throw it at the wall and see what sticks" kind of person), she was always extremely receptive to our input and never gave us any pushback if we decided to take another route.
She fixed issues the day-of that we weren't even aware of until after the fact, which made our day all the better. Felicia is friendly, hardworking, and we would wholeheartedly suggest her for you wedding coordination needs. Felicia Gantar was worth every penny.
