Amazing Customer Service! I had such a hard time finding any rental company to even give me a quote- then I called Party People and am so happy I did. Delivery and Pickup right when I needed it and not an 8 hour - "you will just have to live with it" window like the other companies I called. Thanks Party People- Super appreciate it!

The reason that I'm giving them two stars is that I had asked for Astro turf, which they said they had, and when I went and picked it up, lo and behold it was actually outdoor carpeting. Completely false expectations, if they would have just said that it was outdoor carpeting, I would have probably given them a much better rating, but the fact that I drove 30 minutes one way just to pick up the outdoor carpeting, was kind of a bummer. NOTE: THEY DO NOT CARRY ASTRO TURF, IT IS OUTDOOR CARPETING.

Excellent place. Customer service is perfect, selection is amazing, prices are best in the valley. We rented tables and chairs for a great price. They are closed on Sundays, but they are always fine with you picking up on Saturdays, and dropping off on Mondays. The warehouse guys are always friendly, and help load everything. The front is full of kind and nice ladies. Great job!

I was so disappointed with the tables, I rented 15.they were delivered filthy dirty. Looked like they had not been cleaned from last rental. Also, they were old and worn. I had to go out and purchase tablecloths to cover all the scratch and dents. The chairs, I rented 150.they were equally filthy, dented and scratches. when they picked up the rental tent. 2-10x20, they dumped the water cans on my front porch and flooded the patio area.
