Accompanied my mother to search for a mother of the bride dress. The owner was incredibly rude to both myself and my mother, reiterating multiple times we were not worthy of her time due to the fact that my wedding is not for 16 months. She refused to show us more than two dresses, was short, curt and condescending. She yelled at me for asking the designer brand of one of the dresses, saying that only paying customers got to know that information. I do not recommend this establishment even in the slightest. Horrible customer service.

Went in to purchase an evening gown for a friend's wedding. DeeDee listened to my requests and brought out the dresses that fit my style. She was also a lot of fun. So glad that the dress search is over and I was able to make a selection. thank you

Just got off the phone with the owner. Called to see if she carried a particular designer that I saw at another boutique, which only had 2 of her gowns. I was hoping to see more dresses in person. The other shop didn't have any in the color I wanted but I did see quite a few that I liked online. Owner made me feel like I was asking a huge favor, continued to tell me that was the least expensive designer that she carries.

Maybe her way of saying that she is very high end, which she did tell me she was and her gowns are beautiful but made me feel like I wasn't able to afford her shop. When I booked a time and she found out that I wanted to come in first and see if I loved anything she wasn't about that. Told me she only books 1 appointment and doesn't allow for people to come back with their person that is going to help them decide. Turns out I was trying to save my Bride time.

She works long hours and has a lot on her plate. Are you kidding me? I have my own business and I go above and beyond for my clients. I would easily book multiple appointments to help them make decisions. Quintessential Bridal, I always say, you never know who you are speaking with and how many people they are able to refer your way. I'm sure your gowns are sensational would have loved to have done business with you.

Dedee was amazing at finding me the most stunning MOB dress. She is honest and upfront. Dedee listened to my wishes and only brought me dresses that matched my description.

What a unique shop with amazing one of kind formal and mother of the bride dresses. Came in from out of town not knowing we needed an appointment to shop but was blessed to meet the owner who took time out of her day to help us. I wanted a dress for my mother that made her look and feel like a Million bucks! And that is what we found. the perfect dress for my big day.

My mom made an appointment to try on a mother of the bride dress, which was in the window of the shop. The owner welcomed her by letting her know this was an exclusive high-end designer store. She tried on the dress and absolutely loved it. She asked to take a picture so that she could send it to me, the bride, and the woman would not let her take a picture or even see the label.

She wouldn't tell her the designer or the price. The owner finally gave my mom the price, but only if she was a "serious" buyer. My mom absolutely could have afforded the dress, but was not about to buy the first dress she tried on or buying it without letter her daughter see it and approve it. As my mom thanked the shop owner, the women proceeded to tell her that "she should be better prepared next time." Unreal! This is appalling service and discrimination. I hope that you think long and hard before entering her shop to spend a dime. Shame on the owner to act this way.

You made feel like I was your only client. You eased my mind, as I was worried I would not have enough time to order a dress. When the dress arrived, it fit well and the minor alterations were completed the same day.
