I would not recommend this service to anyone who wants reliable transportation. We booked a ride the airport, which arrived 13 minutes before our pickup Tim and then proceeded to take another passenger before we arrived 5 minutes before our scheduled pickup time. To make matters worse, while they have a great text notification system, NEVER told us the car left. Worse yet was they never sent another car until we called and asked where our vehicle went. If you're going to allow a driver to do that SEND ANOTHER CAR. Inexcusable.

So, we were in Scottsdale for a bachelorette party and decided to go to the middle of nowhere to go ATV riding.first off we don't read directions and then no Ubers or Lyft would come pick us up in new river. We were on the verge of tears when we came across transtyle. The gentleman on the phone was super sweet and helpful. Tony was our driver he was absolutely amazing. I would recommend them every single time! They really got us out of a jam!

About 100 of us with a high school marching band traveled last weekend from Tucson to Mesa. We had multiple stops and destinations on both Saturday and Sunday. We had two of the large charter buses and had an amazing trip! Our driver "Al B" was great! He was a great driver, very polite and courteous, as well as entertaining! The ride was smooth, both drivers were propmt, and the buses were very nice! I would certainly recommend them for future travels. Thanks guys!

Busses were to be used for three day convention and failed to show up on the third day, most disappointing. No real explanation as to why.many people missed the last day of the convention. I was given a one day refund and a letter of apology from the company. Big deal. I would not recommend this bus service to anyone

Transtyle was the perfect transportation for our wedding weekend. We had a destination wedding which meant a lot of our guests were coming in from out of town. We had a 57 passenger charter bus for our Meet and Greet in Scottsdale that was able to take guests back and forth from the Hilton Garden Inn Old Town Scottsdale to Isabella's Kitchen then again on our wedding day to Encanterra Country Club to Hilton Garden Inn Old Town Scottsdale which was an hour drive. It made us feel great knowing our guests had a way back to their hotel and there wasn't drinking and driving. Thank you for being on time and handling our rowdy group.

Our bus driver Milton felt the need to make a 15 minuets personal bathroom break while the 42 passengers and i weren't allowed to exit the bus. Milton also made us wait 45 minutes since he couldn't afford the gas and had to make several calls to get the money for it. He swerved the bus several times and ran over a curb causing the whole bush to shake for a good 10 seconds, if you're going to hire a bus driver for 40, 14-15 year old girls make sure they know how to drive. I am very disappointed in my ride.

Had better service in other places. Driver seemed busy and like it was a hassle to arrange pick up at the airport. I also tipped cash instead of it being charged to card - after noting that on the receipt/bill I see 20% gratuity was also added after the fact. So despite being less than satisfactory the driver managed to get double the gratuity.

We had excellent service for a complicated evening of transportation involving four different locations. Ace was a great driver and was very helpful. I would recommend this business to anyone who needs transportation in the Scottsdale area. There were about 30 of us, and we all got where we wanted to go when we needed to be there!

Where to start. Terrible, aggressive driver Farzin was his name. He tailgated a person to the point of discomfort for all 7 of us in vehicle. We had arranged this service thru our hotel Fairmont Concierge. Trip of just 1.5 miles to Eddie Vs was $45 We decided we did not want him taking us back so we ordered an Uber SUV and guess who came to get us as he must double dip with car service and Uber.
He then got angry with us and said he didn't appreciate us calling Uber! Even though he was the Uber driver too. The same exact trip home was $28 Uber. This company is a scam with rude, aggressive drivers. Just get an Uber and save your money

Transtyle is a premium priced service that fails to deliver what they promise. I made a prepaid reservation for pick-up at Sky Harbor. I called when my luggage appeared and was told the driver would pick me up in 3-minutes. I called 4-more times in the next 25-minutes and was told the same thing. Once the driver showed up nearly half an hour late; I had to drag my wife and my luggage 200 yards because the driver went to the wrong location and would not leave the car.
Once I got into the car; the driver had no idea how to get back onto the freeway and get to my house. He then went on to tell me that he was late because while waiting at the airport to pick me up the dispatcher called and told him to make a quick run off of the airport. I wanted a comfortable ride home and was willing to pay the premium. The worst part is my home is about 2-blocks from the companies office and the driver had no idea where he was going.
In the end I paid nearly twice what a cab would have been and forced to stand at the curb in the 108 degree heat. I called the office the next day and asked to speak with the owner/general manager. I spoke with Dominique and she told me that he would call me back. I latter stopped at their office and I showed Dominique the 5-calls that I made over 30-minutes.
In that I had not heard from the owner/general manager she offered to "make it up" the next time I rode with them. I told her that all I wanted was an apology from the person with the authority to fire the dispatcher for repeatedly lying to me. She assured me that he would definitely call me. Well it is now three days latter and I have heard from nobody. Lesson learned; this company does not care about its customers.

I've been inside their limo and their large bus. I was incredibly impressed with the cleanliness and service I received. The drivers all went above and beyond and treated us like this was their own business. The vehicles are pristine and in great shape. I've used limo service around the country and Transtyle is by far the best. You can tell they take great care in their company and employees because that integrity translates all the way through. I can't recommend them enough.

Very impressed with service. Driver sent friendly text when he arrived at location. It was also helpful to have his phone number via text as added convenience if I happened not to see him. Driver was early which was convenient for me. It was easy to locate him at entrance of hotel lobby, as he was waiting patiently with electronic device with my name on display.
Driver was very kind and I enjoyed the conversation during the ride to the airport. It added to my experience rather than just providing transactional transportation service. Vehicles elegant, clean, and comfortable. A stress free and wonderful experience. Would recommend their services to anyone.

Horrible. We were supposed to be picked up at 5:50 for a big charity event and they never showed up even though everything was confirmed the day before AND an hour before. Even worse, we had to spend 5 minutes on the phone with someone who apparently had no idea where the car was and finally told us it would be another 10-15 minutes. We used Uber instead.

The best most reliable limo service in the Valley. I have used them for years and they are very flexible if you have to change a call, and their drivers are professional and well groomed. And the other day we were picked up in amazing Mercedes SUV that was big and spotless. And they transport you in style

The car was great and comfortable, but the driver kept speeding up and slowing down so quickly, I started to feel ill. The driver also had on a vulgar radio station with profanities as well as uncomfortable commentary about sex books. I wouldn't call myself a prude, but definitely not the right station to have on in a car with a client in it.
My driver also asked me if I could tip in cash, which I found to be terribly inappropriate. This is a black car service, not a yellow cab. I guess overall the cars are great, but the drivers should be vetted or trained a little better.

Kind of tough to review via Yelp as there is no breakdown of ride vs customer service. So, I'll break it down for you: 1. Ride = Wonderful. Got there on time, in a super nice vehicle, with class. Driver found no need to do a lot of chit chat unless I started it. So, A ++ for that. Enjoyed the ride. 2. When I got out of car, gave him my credit card, he had automatically put in a 20% tip and just said sign at the bottom.
I was always under the assumption that the customer decides when a tip should come, not the driver. Just poor form on the drivers part. I understand the need to try to make money off of the service, but trying to trick customers is another thing.

Brutal service! I hired transtyle to transport a few executives to and from the airport at conference in Arizona. I created an account with my companies credit card before arriving, I sent them a copy of the credit card and ID for their system. I met the first important exec upon his arrival, where the driver was about to take his credit card, saying the trip had not been paid for.
I ran over and stopped the driver explaining that we have an account. Took about 5minutes for him to ok it. Annoying! During the conference I made a few more bookings with the company, every time I called they put me on hold for like 5 minutes and then would spend another 10 minute trying to locate my account. They told me several times the can't find the account before I would tell them to look again and it would magically appear.
For my own ride to the airport I booked a car from transtyle, arrival was prompt and the trip was fine. When I got out of the car the driver did not get out and help me with bags, instead he asked me for my credit card. I explained have pre booked, he made a phone call, hung up the phone and told me I would have to use my credit card. Not happening.
I called the company myself, very frustrated, the driver shrugged his shoulders and said "it's not my fault", major attitude issue. Finally they approved and I left, after ten minutes outside the airport. Their awful, don't trust them with your important execs, they might let you down. The Fairmont princess might recommend them but I would go with another company.

I totally agree with Christina that it probably depends on who you get as your driver but my experience with Transtyle (that's short for transportation in style FYI) was nothing short of fantastic because of my great driver. I didn't get your name but thank you for waiting for me and rushing me to the airport to catch my red-eye flight just hours after I first landed in Phoenix.
You were friendly, professional, and just all out awesome. In fact, thank you for totally empathizing with my crazy travel on this trip. I've never seen drivers who cared enough about their passengers. 5 stars without reservations to my driver! Compared to other drivers that I would end up meeting in my trip, you were a godsend.
