In 1994, a husband and wife bought a little bridal boutique and renamed it after their daughter-me, Nancy. I was surprised, yet flattered. It may have been their way of hinting that they wanted me to have a part in the store, but they never had to force me to work. I was only 13 at the time, but I was eager to work and learn from the beginning.

Scheduled an appointment to look at a specific dress with that information noted in the booking. Dress brand, style, and color were all listed. Despite having my email and my phone number, no one contacted me to tell me the dress I was specifically looking for was sold out. I drove an hour round trip (on my day off!) to experience poor customer service in person. Absolutely will not be back.

My sister-in-law and I were looking forward to going to Nancy's Bridal Boutique. Upon entering the establishment, the decor was great. However, the consultant did not greet us when we came into the establishment, and we didn't even get her name. The general response to us being at Nancy's was lukewarm at best. The consultant was pinning dresses to my sister-in-law.
The pins were poking my sister-in-law and irritating her skin. It took my sister-in-law and myself saying something in rider for the consultant to use clamps even though my sister-in-law said numerous times that the pins were bothering her. The consultant failed to provide dresses that catered to my sister-in-law's general style in shape. The dresses suggested by the consultant made my sister-in-law look less than stellar.
Definitely not size inclusive. I would not recommend shopping here for a bridal dress. Given the prices and decor I would have thought that Nancy's would be more customer focused.

Nancy's Bridal Boutique consultants are amazing! Our consultant, Julie-Anne, went above and beyond to help my daughter find a wedding dress that was not only stunning but captured her personality perfectly. Thank you Julie-Anne! My daughter purchased a wedding dress at different bridal salon. When the dress arrived, it was not the same as the sample, and we were told by that same store that it could not be fixed. Nancy, Julie-Anne, and the entire staff at Nancy's Bridal assured us that the dress would be exactly what my daughter had dreamed of, and they made it happen! They were compassionate, professional, and creative which is exactly what we needed. I would highly recommend purchasing your dress from Nancy's Bridal!

I'm not happy with my alterations experience here. They completely messed up shortening the dress. Now the pattern is completely different on the bottom to the point where there is a noticeable line. When trying to get a discount/refund - she tried to convince me that this was the best way to do it. Super bummed considering the the price of these dresses!

I went a year ago to Nancy's Bridal Botique and I got married in June. All these months from the first time till I got married at Nancy's they were all nice and helpful through the whole process. From the fittings, alterations. I loved the way the staff was helpful and Nancy the first time we met. She was the person who helped me pick my wedding dress and vision it where I would get married.
I loved how they were flexible and helpful all along the way. The prices it depends it Varys what your budget is in. My dress I had to add on things because it didn't come with how I wanted it and they made it possible I had to pay a little more but I knew I had to and was okay with it I loved how they were helpful and the way I wanted it the dress came out to be that way. Thank you Nancy's bridal Botique for the helpful and kindness and helping me pick my wedding dream dress.

Part 1: I would give ZERO stars if that were an option. I ordered my Badgley Mischka dress in January 2021. I called a few times for updates on expected delivery, as my first-told delivery date came and went, and I was becoming anxious. I received the call in July that my dress had finally arrived. I drove to Indianapolis (>2 hour drive) to pick up my dress on 8/7.
Upon arrival, they told me I still had an outstanding balance (I had paid on full on day of ordering). I pointed this out to the front desk associate; she opened my account and confirmed that I had paid in full and that she did not know why a balance was showing. I opened the garment bag and inspected the tag, which described customizations to the dress performed by the designer.
I had not order any customizations. I pointed this out to the associate. She stated that she clearly remembered me loving the sheer side panels (my favorite part) and agreed that I did not request any customizations (removal of the sheer side panels). I asked her to investigate, and she explained that it must have been an accident, but that I should try the dress on and she could have their in-house alterations alter the side panels to mimic the original dress (which is how I had ordered it).
I was not happy with this offer (I have read reviews of uneven seams and loose threads on other reviews), but agreed to try the dress on. The dress fit, but it was not the dress that I had ordered. After I had removed the dress, and compared it to the original dress I had tried on, I asked her to investigate the matter further, as this was clearly not the dress that I had ordered and I felt very uncomfortable with alterations having to be performed for something that was not my fault.
After about 20 minutes of looking through the computer system and the paper order book, the associate told me that another client had ordered the same style dress, in the same size, but with those customizations. She explained that the associate who transferred my order information from the computer system into the book had accidentally mixed up our two orders.
She looked at their outstanding orders, and informed me that my dress (no customizations) was already made by the designer, but was in holding in California. She said that they should get it in a couple weeks, and that they could ship it to me. I agreed. Photos and Video of Delivery Attached. To Be Continued under Sam Abdollahian's account.

I had a really disappointing with this company. In the beginning, I loved my dress and was so happy with the staff upon purchasing. I got my dressed altered at the boutique per their suggestion with their seamstress and I would highly recommend NOT doing the same. I had only the straps altered, bra cups put in, and the button hooks fixed and nothing else changed!
The morning of the wedding I put the dress on and within 3-5 minuets of wearing it (without moving.just my mom and MOH putting on the veil and buttoning me), the left strap broke. It popped off so easily, I was shocked. My mom, MOH, and Mother in law had to fix not only the left strap but also the right strap because it was such shambley work. The straps looked like they were hardly secured.
The three of them had to use needle and thread and safety pins to secure my dress.and it took about 30 minutes. I was unable to take about 15% of the pictures I had wanted either due to time or to the fact I was scared to move in my dress. It was extremely disappointing that the words out of my mouth to my dad during his first look were "please don't hug me too tight because I'm scared the dress will break again".
I was unable to hold my niece during the day because I didn't want the dress to break. During my actual ceremony, I found myself praying that every time we kneeled or moved, that my dress wouldn't break. I even had to pack a white sundress to take with me to the church and reception venue just in case the quick fixe didn't hold the rest of the day.
After getting back from the honeymoon, my husband called to ask for a refund and received a very small refund. My husband spoke with the owner and after a few minutes of conversing, he was hung up on. The owner had claimed "the dress was perfect" despite the alterations clearly being low quality work. Me and my family have all been shocked that an owner would hang up on a client.
It's very disappointing that a company that claims it wants to see all their brides smile and make your bridal fantasies come true, doesn't seem to care at all that their work ruined the wedding day. I truly became most upset when realising the company doesn't care about how their work impacts you after you pay them

Had the best experience dress shopping at Nancy's! Making an appointment was easy and they were very flexible when I had to change. They made me feel so welcomed from the moment I walked in. I especially love how they let you openly browse their selection of dresses, unlike some other stores. I had the pleasure of working with Julianne who was SO sweet and so helpful in helping me figure out what I love.
Even though I did end up picking out my dress from Nancy's, I love that the staff never made me feel pressured and seemed to truly want to just give me a great experience. Would absolutely recommend!

Absolutely 10/10 would recommend. Being a plus size bride, I was scared to come shopping and scared to try on dresses. I didn't think I would find "the one". But Logan at Nancy's Bridal made me feel amazing in everything I tried on. She picked some gorgeous dresses for me to try on and was wonderful to work with. I can't wait til I go back for my fitting for my dress! I was so so happy with my experience here. Would recommend to anybody in the future that I know to come here first.

I LOVE Nancy's! The whole place is adorably decorated! There is a huge selection of dresses. Making an appointment was super easy (I love that they text to confirm or move appointments) I had the pleasure of working with Nancy when I was picking out my dress! She is so sweet and made me feel gorgeous in everything I tried on! My dress arrived almost three months earlier than expected and I'm now in the process of having alterations done at their shop! These ladies are so sweet/helpful and have made the bridal/bridesmaid dress shopping experience the least stressful part of wedding planning!
