When ordering in person for flowers for our mom's funeral, I was still using a crutch needed after an accident. They wheeled out an office chair so I didn't have to stand. They were very patient with us and let us take our time choosing. The flowers were absolutely stunning! The arrangement was larger and more beautiful than the catalog photo. Mom would've loved them. Will most certainly order from Steve's again for flowers and their customer service.

They knocked it out of the park! The amount we spent and what we got was amazing for my aunt's funeral. We were so thankful. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed in the flowers I purchased for my grandpas funeral. I paid 117$ for dead brown flowers. I reached out to them and sent them pictures. I finally got a response back and Steve himself is sending me 50 percent of my money back. Thank you for taking the time to hear my complaint and make it right.

Was very pleased with the support/ordering process as well as the flowers purchased. The person taking my order was very helpful and offered a suggestion that was spot on. I later noticed there was a mistake on the order, and they responded swiftly. Plus the recipient of the flowers sent a photo, and they were lovely. I absolutely loved the flower arrangement I got for a friend's funeral. It was a hectic week and I did not place my order until the morning of the funeral. which I don't suggest. but it was there for the services. I picked the arrangement from their website and it was more beautiful than the picture! Thank you so much. And it was very easy ordering it online.

I saw what I wanted on their website, but called the store to place the order because I wanted to add a couple of items. The store associate was incredibly nice and offered great suggestions. The order was delivered on time and on the date requested, which was Valentine's Day. They were already packed with deliveries, but added mine to the list. The basket and flowers were beautiful. I would highly recommend!

I needed a florist in Indianapolis so I did a Google search. After reading the reviews for Steve's and finding the arrangement I wanted to send on their website, I decided to order on their website. It was super easy to order, and I received a confirmation email from them. The order was delivered promptly on the day I chose, and it looked exactly like the picture on the website. I will use Steve's for all future orders in Indianapolis. Very pleased!

Huge Thank you to Steves Flowers for delivering flowers to the funeral home for our co worker's family member. We had placed the order via 1-800 flowers but the local florist cancelled our order and did not call us to let us know. We were left scrambling last minute to arrange a delivery and Steves Flowers came through for us! Thank you Linda for helping me out with my order.again.

I ordered a gift basket for a friend of mine who is in the hospital. The Dr's bag is absolutely perfect! Ordering was super easy, and it was delivered to her room the next day. I was even sent a photo of the actual basket they were sending! I'll definitely be back!

As former Indianapolis residents now living in Alaska, Steve's is our go-to Circle City florist when we order flowers for relatives and friends in the area. We annually order arrangements from Steve's to mark birthdays and special occasions. We've ordered both from the website and also by phone (extremely helpful customer service with unique requests) and have never once been disappointed.

Had a plant sent to a funeral the morning of, and it was beautiful! Their staff was very helpful and got the plant there with no problem.

Not only did they create a beautiful one of a kind arrangement, but they made the whole process effortless. Their communication was excellent! They sent me a photo of the arrangement and informed me when they were delivered, exactly on time. They were patient, kind and courteous. I highly recommend Steve's flowers!

We ordered flowers for my Mom's memorial service yesterday. Everyone commented how beautiful the flowers were and how much Mom would have loved them as she loved and appreciated beautiful flowers. Each bouquet was beautiful! Steve's went above and beyond all we could have imagined. For a couple of the arrangements, I just picked the vase and asked them to make it pink and purple.

I would never have imagined how beautiful and full the arrangements would be! Thank you for making a sad occasion so beautiful. I've purchased flowers online from Steve's for years now without issue. I'm in the military and my mom lives in the area, so I try to get her flowers for Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, her birthday, etc, especially with the passing of my step-dad. Typically the flowers are great and there isn't an issue which is the reason I frequent Steve's.

Not all florists are the same so it's great when you can find a reliable florist for a quality arrangement. However, this Valentine's Day my mom sent me the picture of the flowers and candy she received, and shared it with her friends, and I was taken back by the flowers. I referred back to the site and the receipt images of the arrangement I purchased and only two of the three matched.

While my mom was happy with the flowers, it was a smaller arrangement than what I had purchased. The pics show the difference. A little sad that the arrangement didn't look comparable but happy that my mom was happy.

I recently went through a death of a loved one and received the most beautiful arrangement from the local florist. Almost a week later and they are still as bright and beautiful as the day they arrived. Ironically, I had ordered a bouquet from them the day before. Great service and beautiful choices. I absolutely love using Steve's! I've been using them quite often since the pandemic prevents me from seeing my loved ones. Always a quick delivery - great prices and BEAUTIFUL QUALITY pieces. They always last such a long time. They also go ABOVE AND BEYOND to create pieces you're satisfied with and will work with you on your budget and what your goal is/the feelings you're trying to get across.

Love them and will continue to use them for every occasion. I live in Dallas, Tx and found Steve's Flowers and Gifts online. A very close friend of mine lost their father and I wanted to send flowers to the service. Ordering flowers online especially when out of town is always a little worrisome but they did a fantastic job! The arrangement looked as beautiful as they did online. I was not there to see them but Steve's Flowers emailed a picture to me prior to delivery. This is a nice touch to their service and set my mind at ease. I highly recommend them for any of your floral needs.

Steve's is our family go to! Staff is always extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We recently ordered a birthday bouquet to be delivered. It was absolutely beautiful and loved by the recipient. Placing the order was a breeze. My husband was able to pick out the vase and type of bouquet he wanted. Steve's offers a wide variety of sentimental items.

We have used them for remembrance flowers and sympathy flowers. We have also been recipients of these items and each and every time they are amazing and find a place in our home. You can't beat free local delivery. FREE? Who does free anymore? Steve's does! Steve's also offers a $20 Tuesday special which never fails to be beautiful. $20 plus free delivery of a designer choice bouquet or dozen of designer choice roses. Have no fear because Steve's designers rock it every time! 5 stars in my book! We refer all our family and friends to Steve's.

Hands down the BEST service I've ever had from a florist. Period. I ordered online - which typically means the order goes into a black hole and you never hear again. Or if you do it's a generic confirmation. Not Steve's. I received an email with the details of the order, followed up with several pictures of the actual arrangement being delivered - and later, confirmation that the order had been delivered.

And the recipient was thrilled with the flowers. How much better does it get? My only regret is that Steve's isn't everywhere. But when I need flowers in the Indy area, I sure know where to get them!

Wow this place is awesome! I'm so impressed that they sent me a photo of the flowers as soon as they were made, and they actually look like the picture! I have never ordered from a Florist who does this. I've always wondered why they don't though. I'm usually so disappointed when I order flowers because they end up looking nothing like what I ordered.

When I order flowers, I order them because I love the vase and the flowers that are pictured, but when ordering from other florists, it usually looks nothing like the picture, which I do not understand at all. I just wish this place was close to me, but unfortunately I live in Texas. I will definitely order from them again though if I need to send someone flowers that live here!

Highly recommend Steve's Flowers and Gifts! Website offers many gift ideas. I actually placed an order around noon and still was able to get same day delivery. I called to confirm my order and they were very nice and willing to check into everything. Then I received an email with a picture of the floral piece I ordered. I live out town and did a Google search for a florist in Indianapolis so a could send a "cheer you on" arrangement for my manager. I chose the Psychedelic Luv Bug arrangement. I received a photo of the arrangement and was not happy with the way it looked. They called the driver and stopped it from being delivered and then re-did the arrangement. I am 1000x happier now. :- Great customer service and it's great that they send a photo of the arrangement. This way you know ahead of time that what you ordered is being delivered. Thank you!

I've used Steve's flowers one other time in the past will great results. So I decided to use them again. I pre-ordered a Valentine's day delivery on 2/8 to beat the last minute rush. It was very clear that they would be delivered on Valentine's day. Well they screwed up and delivered the flowers to my girlfriend with a note reading "happy valentines" on the 8th.

I called and they offered to resend more flowers on Valentine's day. I explained to them that the excitement of getting flowers at work is because it's an occasional thing and that it kind of takes away the "specialness" if you get them 2 weeks in a row. They agrees to refund me but it still irritates me. Now I have to come up with something else. I want my girlfriend to have a surprise on Valentine's day.

Ordered flowers this morning from CA to be delivered to a friend in IN. Amanda helped me over the phone and was super nice and attentive. She took all the details and requests down, and the arrangement was gorgeous. It was ordered mid morning and was delivered same day. I even got an email with a picture of the arrangement. Beautifully done, timely, attentive and easy. Will definitely use this florist again! Thank you!
