I've used Old Town Florist for many years. I like their creativity and ability to create amazing displays. I always receive compliments from those receiving an arrangement from Old Town Florists. My last order (May 2022) was for a friend who cared for my pets during unexpected hospital admission and a recent trip out of state. I selected "Designers Choice" to allow the artist to create a special arrangement from a short background I gave on the recipient. My friend said, "These flowers are gorgeous!" Of course, I plan to have Old Town Florists for my future floral needs.

Same day delivery of a gorgeous arrangement to my dear friend who is recovering from surgery. I called in order to make sure they didn't use lillies. It turned out beautiful with orchids! My friend was thrilled. She texted me, that Florist is awesome.

I ordered this arrangement for Mother's Day and both my mom and I were blown away with how beautiful it is! It's absolutely worth the price and I am so impressed with the assortment of interesting flowers and greens it contains - truly the most beautiful bouquet! The florists at Old Town even kindly explained to my mom what elements would dry nicely and how to care for the live air plant that was part of the arrangement. Highly recommend for unique, elegant flowers!

If I could give Old Town Florist 100 stars, I would. Incredible service, easy process and absolutely gorgeous arrangements. They went above and beyond getting the arrangement I ordered to my grandmother in the hospital. Not only did my grandmother say that the arrangement was breathtaking, but that you could tell that they genuinely care. I think it's also important to mention that they were able to arrange, drive, and deliver with quite short notice (less than 24 hours), which I wouldn't normally promote but they really hustled to make it happen. I'm just so grateful to Old Town Florist for being LOCAL, affordable, caring and accommodating. I HIGHLY recommend their services.

Oh my gosh! I definitely picked the right place to help me with my sister's surprise engagement night. The bouquet was even more beautiful than I expected and was the perfect addition to their dinner table. On top of the gorgeous bouquet, the customer service was A+! The restaurant didn't open until 4 pm, with Old Town Florist closing at 5 pm. They did not hesitate to ensure they would be their as soon as they opened ready to deliver, they were so so kind. I will be using them again in the near future and for all of my floral needs form here on out!

Originally they told me that they would not be able to deliver my flowers as they made a mistake un scheduling. However, after a bit of negotiating they were able to pull it off and provided my mother with a very impressive bouquet that looks as pictured. She was so happy to receive her flowers on her actual birthday. Thank you for coming through!

Beautiful, luscious blooms arranged with care. Plenty of greenery to make the base look full and rich. The delivery person was professional, respectfully curious, and personable. I live in Ohio and wanted to send flowers to my daughter in Portland, OR for her birthday. Found Old Town Florist online and they delivered beautiful flowers to her same day. She was so happy and it make her week. Very easy online process!

I have lived in Portland for 20+ years and never knew about this florist and what a bummer, because they are incredible. Fresh, creative UNIQUE, bouquets. Excellent customer service. Fantastic pricing. These bouquets will NOT show up looking like you got them from 1-800-Flowers and they also won't have the overblown "Pearl District" prices. Just beautiful. I have used them three times in the last two months!

I have mixed feelings about Old Town Florist. My long distanced boyfriend has used them in the past - several times. One time the red roses died two days after receiving them. Which I'm sorry if you are paying $100+ for flowers they should last you a little longer, but then again they are flowers so you never know. The other thing is the card - now this may seem silly or unimportant to some but when you are receiving flowers from a loved one or for a special occasion some may want to keep the card. IE WEDDINGS, FUNERALS, ANNIVERSARIES, ETC - you know what I mean.

You may put the card on your fridge, keepsake box, whatever/wherever - it's special and important. Every time I receive flowers from them the card is NEVER signed from the sender, kinda odd, but the handwriting looks as though a 4 year old used their non-dominate hand. The arrangements are classic and clean though.

Got my mom a succulent arrangement for mothers day as opposed to flowers. They did an awesome job! Will be back.

My children moved to Portland pre-Covid. I'm 2000 miles away. On Valentine's Day, I tried for four days before to order flowers and nobody would guarantee a delivery. Most did not bother to return my calls or emails. Luckily, I found this florist! I bought a bouquet, (artistic design by them). My daughter, the recipient, worked in a florist shop during college.

She knows flowers. The flowers arrived, despite the fact that Portland was hit by a massive snow storm and many didn't get out that weekend. She absolutely loved them, they were beautiful. I will always use this florist for future orders!

We needed a last minute floral arrangement for a grieving friend. Since we are in the middle of the COVID19 shelter in place order, we were unsure who would be able to accommodate us. We live in the Pearl and often walk by Old Town Florist, but have never gone into their shop. When our usual florist did not answer the phone, we rang Old Town Florist.and we are beyond impressed!

I discussed with the florist what the arrangement was for and provided our budget. The florist even ran the arrangement out to our car! The arrangement was GORGEOUS (pics included in review). We will keep Old Town Florist top of mind next time we need flowers. Many thanks!

I ordered this flowers costed $91 total on its website then they called me that they do not have red and white color like this & they just had yellow and orange blaming me becuz I chose the design since Christmas?! ( how do i know i just went its website i chose?).then had to agree because there was no choice. Then I received a vase of flowers with totally different design, ugly flowers not fresh at all! I cannot believe i worked so hard to save money to give flowers for my mom on womens day but receive such ugly ones!

Whenever I order online from a florist I don't know, I have to rely on reviews and services posted, then hope for the best. Yesterday, I placed an online order for an orchid plant for my niece from Old Town Florist. She sent a picture this afternoon--it was prettier than the picture online. It made her day!

Old Town Florist delivered two separate bouquets to me this past week, one from a friend and family. Each arrangement gets a "10" for it's own design, flower quality, and volume. This family owned business delivers quality service in my valued relationships.

My daughter is performing in a show at the Portland Center Stage at The Armory and we weren't able to be there for opening night. Looked at reviews and pictures on Yelp to figure out which shop I wanted to use to send flowers and decided on Old Town Florist! The gentleman taking my order was extremely helpful in suggesting an option that matched my description of what I wanted!

A glorious, vibrant and gorgeous bouquet was delivered to the theatre for opening night so we could be there for the Break A Leg opening! I SO appreciated this lifeline to help us support our kiddo from afar!

This is our go-to florist every time we have flowers delivered for our mom. They do an amazing job, always get the delivery done on time, and the arrangements are spectacular. I'm one of the annoying clients who doesn't know anything about flowers nor what I want. I cannot name three different flowers. I call old town, I tell them I want to spend X amount of money (usually $80-$100), and I want it to be perfect.

They always deliver. My mother is very specific about what flowers she likes. She is not easily impressed. She is always blown away by how good a job old town florists do. I'm not sure what I would do without old town! Much thanks!

Impressed! Ordered online, since they were closed at the time I tried to order. Chose an arrangement close to what I wanted, and made the note "does not need to look exactly as pictured. Looking for something tropical and bright (specifically yellow)." In awe of the arrangement sent. Great diversity of flowers and creativity in the arrangement! I wanted to send something nice to a clients office who had recently passed away. I ordered a potted floral plant basket. I know the office staff really well, and I had a feeling they'd like something that they could have for a while. Also, I know they have a garden they love to keep up. After placing my order, I received a call from Old Town Florists that they were out of stock with some of the plants included in the basket.

They could either do an indoor plant, or I'd have to wait until the following day for delivery. I opted for waiting. I received a call and an email from my client thanking me and that the basket was stunning. They loved it and thought it was very thoughtful. The only thing I would have appreciated was a discount on the $18.00 delivery charge I was billed for given I was no longer getting same day delivery. Other than that, the communication was good, and the arrangement was really appreciated.

My husband regularly sends me flowers and after trying several different places Old Town is hands down the best! Lots of places skimp when sending them to someone because the person paying can't see them. Old Town never skimps and always sends the best!

One can only HOPE for the best when calling from yonder/out of state (fingers, toes, eyes were crossed)! One BELIEVES they're describing what they wish for 'perfectly' (ha ha), yet you can't quite be totally confident and all along am thinking HOW particular (or passionate about 'stuff') the person receiving this delivery is. Wendi /Old Town Florist NAILED IT, and then some.

I appreciated the choice to listen to me (not just hear, "blah blah blah"). the arrangement was gorgeous and a HIT. aim was to capture some of the vibrant colors and vibes of Mexico, it did just that!
