We will bring the party to your home, office, or specialty location of choice. Take the Belt Parkway to the Verrazano Bridge. Recipe is a mobile cooking class & catering company founded by Ettore Mazzei, the founder and head chef of Chez Vous Catering and Party Rentals. Chez Vous was started in 1986, thirty years ago and has been the go-to catering company for high-end clients such as David Tutera and VH1's Mob Wives. At a recipe party, residents of luxury condominiums and apartment complexes come together for a social gathering.

This venue is amazing! It's for sure a vibe. If your looking for a little something different consider this for you special event. The owner ettore will treat you like family and get the job done right. His manger ray is beyond helpful to all your needs and will stop at nothing to make sure your day is perfect. And the food is great!

Had a last minute cancelation for a Home Party from a different caterer due to health issue. Threw us into panic mode. Reached out to Chez Vous and they saved the day! Excellent Quality and creativity on the food! Pasta Bar was a huge hit! This was matched by the wonderful/professional/friendly service of the servers that came to the house! Would absolutely recommend and call on again for next party. Thanks!

In July of 2019 me and my wife had our wedding here and it was truly an amazing experience from the staff to the food and even the house dj were all top notch. Andrea was on top of every thing we needed she had her staff waiting on us hand and foot. We wanted for nothing and honestly can't wait to have out next function there.

Chez vous catering did an amazing job with hosting our Commodore ball. Andrea and her staff went above and beyond in accommodating me and my hubby. Servers took care of circulating the room making sure tables were cleaned off. The food was amazing, different cheeses to sample from, two types of pasta that were super delicious, their dessert presentation was beautiful. I can't wait to have another party with Andrea and her staff to host. DJ Matteo did an amazing job with reading the crowd. Love it

I used Chez vous for high tea my daughter's baby shower. They did a phenomenal job. I didn't have to lift a little finger and could concentrate on my guests. 1st time I got to eat at one of my parties. Food was very good. All their personally were very friendly and caring towards all guests. Set up and clean up were great. Will definitely recommend them to anyone.

Our Yacht club used Chez Vous for the Commodore's Ball. The food was excellent. presented well, and plentiful. The staff was amazing, especially Andrea. She paid attention to every detail like it was her own party and made sure to cover all the bases. The servers made sure to get to all the tables with the hors d'oeuveres and were friendly and attentive. Great job all around-impressive!

We recently choosed Edgewater Hall for our wedding and reception. It's warm and cozy atmosphere was the perfect place for us. The food was great and staff was friendly, especially Ettore and Andrea, she was awesome, she made sure every detail we requested was met. My family and friends were all pleased. I reccomend this hall for all your events. The food and in house DJ Mateo was top notch. 100% LGBTQ friendly!

Chez Vous catered our Commodore's Ball on Saturday evening and I couldn't be more pleased. Andrea was there from setup to finish, keeping an eye on everything and everyone ensuring that our only worry was to have a great time. DJ Matteo kept the group on the dance floor the entire night and the photo booth was so much fun. I can't thank you all enough for helping us to have a very successful event - the food and staff were phenomenal. I highly recommend them for your next event!

I just had my wedding there and I can't give enough praise to ettore and his amazing staff. From start to finish ettore was amazing. He worked with my budget and I was able to have my dream wedding. My wedding was Gatsby themed. And it was the perfect venue. The food was superb. Every bite was delicious. My guests loved everything. The wait staff were very helpful. Anything I needed they accommodated. The patio and view were an extra bonus. I highly recommend you checking it out for your next party

We had a great experience at Edgewater Hall.the BEAUTIFUL rooms, allowing us to come in and set up early the night before; the Server, Ray, was such a doll; the DJ, Matteo, was fantastic, and really helped us steer the party. Everything turned out perfectly. My daughter was beaming with happiness. I will definitely remember their kindness in helping to make our celebration successful. Thank you to Ettore for making it all seem so effortless. Your professionalism is top notch!
