The main focus of Bouquets & Balloons has always been and continues to be Quality State of the Art Flower and Balloon Decorating with a strong emphasis on Customer Service, Dependability and Professionalism that meet or exceed our customer's needs. Bouquets & Balloons was founded in 1988, and started providing innovative and exquisite floral designs for weddings, corporate events, banquets and other parties. In 1991, we branched out into Balloon Designs and began providing full decorative services for Trade Shows, Proms, Weddings and other large events.
Balloons have evolved well past the traditional balloon arch and classic balloon bouquet arrangements. Our team is here to show you the incredible possibilities that balloons provide! Not all of the Birthday balloons are shown on this site, we have plenty more and if given the time can special order ones we don't have. Bouquets & Balloons aims to provide customers with the specific balloons shown on our site, with a minimum of substituting. We are at the Manufaturers mercy since they choose which balloons that they will discontinue.

I loved working with Bouquets and Balloons! Cheryl was very helpful, responded quickly and followed up to confirm delivery details. She was able to turn a vision into a reality! I had never ordered a balloon bouquet before and had a lot of questions. Cheryl answered them all and was very helpful. I loved the arrangement that was created very much and the recipient loved it as well.
It was such a unique gift idea and was crafted with everything I had requested. I would highly recommend Bouquets and Balloons and look forward to working with them again in the future.

I ordered a 5ft clown made of balloons for my grandmother's 94th birthday. When I called, the shop was very helpful and friendly to order from and they delivered the balloons on time despite a snow storm coming into Portland. My grandmother was absolutely thrilled and delighted with the delivery! It's a fantastic alternative to sending flowers. I highly recommend Bouquets & Balloons and will order from them again.
