I just wanted to send my sincere thanks for a truly excellent experience with Diamond Limousines NY. We were incredibly nervous since we had the responsibility of making sure 25 kids were transported safely on a Party Bus and had a great time for our daughters 16th birthday. Diamond Limousines were very punctual, provided excellent service, and an unforgettable experience for them.

I would like to especially thank Albert the driver who made sure everything was fine, and was in touch with me giving me their status and location. Many thanks for everything! Highly recommend and will definitely use them in the future.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value This spot used to be good. I had appointment to see a limo they give me address and queens made me wait 30 min no one showed up.called 3 times no response to my calls. I came from Brooklyn it was a long drive there.that was not professional at all.

EVERYONE IN MAY PARTY HAD A SUPER-GREAT TIME! THE G-WAGON WAS AWESOME, THE DRIVER WAS AWESOME. THE STAFF REPLYING TO MY EMAILS WERE SUPER PROMPT! CAN'T NOT GIVE THEM ANYTHING BUT AN A++++! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING, AND I WILL BE BOOKING ANOTHER TRIP SOON!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Found out three days before my sisters bachelorette party that the AC unit broke in the vehicle. Understanding that things happen that is out of their control, I asked politely to be reimbursed some amount of money to make up for this. The owner DJ was so rude and unprofessional speaking with me on the phone. I asked him a few questions and he responds back "you are not listening to me!" then I proceeded to ask if there was anything he could do other than give us $60 off and he told us that "if you're not comfortable taking the $60 then I'm not comfortable having a driver pick you up. I'm about to just cancel the booking" Obviously we were at their mercy because it was 3 days before the event and everywhere else was booked.

We did have an amazing driver, Norberto that this company does not deserve by any means. He was the sweetest most accommodating guy. Very polite and even though he was sweating his butt off (no AC) he was sure to be uplifting and made sure we had a good time. This company does not deserve him. To say the least, do not book with company. I have never dealt with worst customer service, especially from an owner.

July 13, 2019 was my daughters Sweet Sixteen, I booked a Chrysler limo all the way in February. July 8th Jenny calls me to tell me they "upgraded" me to a red hummer and if I was ok with it.

It sounded suspicious to my sister but I was ok with it. July 13 the limo showed up we get in with the kids and I started to notice it was kinda hot. We all tell the driver to blast the AC! (It was 90 degrees and lots of makeup involved). We get to our first destination take pics and get back in the limo, by this time that limo was a SAUNA! Kids were dehydrated and not in the mood to even move which sucked because the purpose of the limo is for them to have a good time. I'm looking for water and all they had was bottles of water out on the cup holders that were very hot, half a bag of raggedy ice that had 6 or 7 pieces of ice because the rest was melted.

It was horrible, the limo driver asked us if we wanted to keep on riding around and we said hell no. He dropped us off and said to please try to get my money back because he sees that the hair and makeup of me and some other girls were ruined. He told me he will call the company and put his complaint too. I put a screenshot of the texts with the limo driver apologizing this poor excuse of a company didn't even apologize. It's been a month and they got back to me 2 weeks ago saying they are giving me 20% off for my next event. LMAOOOOO!

My dog has more brain then them I swear. Of course I denied it cause even if I lived in NY why the hell do they think I'm going to use their cheap limos? So they are giving he a grand total of $100! Hahahaha Anyways, your events are hard earned money you guys waist please don't throw your money on these thefts THEFTS IS WHAT THEY ARE, and they don't give a crap about screwing you over. None of their limos work properly anyways as for what I heard.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Where do I begin with the crazy messed up night we had with this company. 1. They were supposed to pick up a group of 15 women at 7pm for a bachelorette party. Waited 30 minutes before we decided to call and find out what was the hold up. Apparently "our party bus broke down and the driver never notified the company". We had things planned out for the night had a photographer booked and had to be at another event by 10pm. 2.

The woman over the phone was rude to US. and told us they would send a LIMO in an hour. We wanted and needed a party bus NOT a limo. (We settles for a limo) The hour came and went and no limo. We had to change our reservations and risked loosing the deposit to the other event. 3. The driver finally showed up 3 HOURS LATER. we had to cancel our photographer and lost that deposit 4.

You wanna know the icing on the cake. On our way to our first destination our limo BREAKS DOWN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE HIGHWAY! We were stuck on the highway for 2 HOURS before they finally sent another replacement. (Me and my beautifully dressed friends had to resort to peeing on the side of the road, how embarrassing.)at this point we just have to head straight to our final destination. 5. Bachelorette party ruined. And they refuse to give us a full refund for this disaster of a night. DO NOT BOOK THESE PEOPLE IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT YOUR PLANS TO HAPPEN.

RUN! You are better off booking anywhere else or just hopping in an uber. This is a shady business that will not deliver the services you paid for and will NOT refund your money. They are highly professional when you are paying but after that beware. They will not refund your money either.

This is the worst, most unprofessional company I have ever encountered. They basically ruined my bachelorette party. My maid of honor booked their services for a party bus for 14 of us. They were supposed to pick up the first half at 7 PM. Come almost 7:30 PM and no bus in sight. My maid of honor calls the company and is put on hold to then find out the party bus "broke down", and this is where the shit show began.

They did not send a message or call to let us know the bus broke down and we only found out because we called. After more time on hold, we were told there were no other party busses available and they can not refund the deposit. Then they offered a hummer and said they were doing us a favor because hummers are more expensive. How I'm the world do you compare a Hummer with a darn party bus?!?!?!

They are not in the same category. All this waiting and delay caused us to cancel and delay reserved stops that we had planned. Ruining an eventful night. Then when we obviously had no other choice but take the hummer to transport us across town, the "amazing hummer" breaks down in the highway and we were stranded for about 2 hours. This obviously further delayed our plans and we're only able to enjoy about an hour off the hummer.

They were never apologetic, not one single ounce of remorse and still tried to charge full amount and have an attitude. Like a previous post stated. "Run Away" from this company! Their customer service is horrible and they are only in it for that money even if they have to scam their way!

**** WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE** My friend rented a pink hummer for her 30th birthday. We obviously were incredibly excited to have this unique and fun experience and it definitely could've been until our driver showed up. He was so incredibly rude to us the entire time. Would scream at us if we would ask to stop anywhere, slam doors, made our friend get out of the car and get cash from an ATM to pay for the service when it says that you can pay with a CC online.

Several of my friends tried to have a conversation with him because he was making our friend feel so shitty, but nothing was working. I understand people can have bad days but this was way out of line. This is supposed to be a service that we paid for in full and there is no excuse for someone to treat people that way. To top it all off, while we were exiting the car at the end of the trip he grabbed all of the trash and threw it on the street.

I confronted him and he completely disregarded me, got in the car, and sped off. Maybe you should really screen who you have driving for your service. Hard pass on this company.

I love this company. I recently had an event and I needed a limousine that would accommodate everyone. I purchased the limo bus and it was amazing. Clean, beautiful and elegant. The driver was so nice and he took great care of everyone on there. I can't wait to do even more business with them. I highly recommend this limo company to anyone for any event. Great job. 5 stars

This is our second time using Diamond Limo NY and must say that they are fantastic. The Galaxy party bus was amazing and so worth it. We had Tom drive us again as well. Always ask for Tom. He is professional and a great driver. Top rating from me. Jim

One of the only limo companies I was able to book for a pick up drop off service instead of an hour minimum. The price was reasonable for 8 girls. The limo company was easy to book, confirm, and showed up promptly. The limo was clean and the driver Jeffery was nice and accommodating.

This review is over do but I held a 5Oth Betty Boop Birthday Affair for my mother on March 10th. I was a bit skeptical because of the bad reviews but still decided to book this company for my mom's big day. I have NOOOO REGRETS!. The process was easy. I first left a deposit over the phone then went to the office to view the limo and also pay the balance.

The limo, which was the Red Hummer H2, was wonderful. My mom and her friends enjoyed themselves. The driver was great (I can't remember his name lol). He listened to every request I asked and followed every instruction I gave him. He even stopped and dropped me off at a location which I needed to do some final errands! lol. He arrived on time and brought them back on time to the venue. Thank you guys for being part of my mother's special day. I would totally recommend it!

Diamond wedding center is a one stop shop for your wedddig need. You can get your Tuxedo, dresses, limousines, invasions, photography, Dj at one location. It can really get stressful planning a wedding. if you have to go to suit store and for kids and then meet with photography and printing place for invitation can be time consuming. Thank God for diamond Limo they really help me out, the staff are really helpful and are amazing!

I have had the worst experience with this company by far. They did not work with me at all for the one most important day any person would have. On my wedding day, they double booked my limo and threw my stress level to the highest. Furthermore, they were hired and paid for in full in advance to pick my wife and myself after the wedding party to. take us to our hotel, but they never picked me up.

I waited close to an hour at the wedding hall and received no courtesy phone calls. I ended up taking my wife home in a cab. Now which bride would feel like she is being treated like a princess on the day she looked forward all her life? I recommend this company to nobody and will not use their services ever again. They did not even accommodate me nor did they try to be understandable about their mess up. absolutely the worst business ive dealt with.

**DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!** This is the worst company i have ever dealt with. We got a party bus from atlantic city to Yonkers, the bus landed 45 minutes late, had a broken window which was a complete safety hazard and also meant we got no Air Con the whole way home in 95 degree weather. Cigarette butts all over the floor, the bar wasn't stocked with cups/napkins/ice as they stated it would, the toilet had a bag in it which had napkins from previous journey and smelt so bad.

We couldn't even use the toilet. (I have added photos) On top of that they tried charging us $160 for tolls even tho that was all included in original price we paid. When we contacted Jenny in the office she wasn't helpful at all and when we asked to speak to the owner she said "the owner said the window has nothing to do with him and the service he provided" ehhh yes i think it does he obvi doesnt care about his customers just $$$$!

Yes! Finally a limo service that I LOVE! My friend wanted to get a limo for her 21st birthday so she decided to book it with this place. They didn't have a limo available for her at the original time she wanted so they cut hear a deal (I personally don't know how much) However, it was very nice of them. Price wise I believe it is $250 an hour for the hummer.

They arrived on time at my friends house in New Jersey. The limo in general was just beautiful! It had the whole package, beautiful lights, strobe light, the floor looked awesome, stocked with water and ice, plenty of plastic cups and pretty sick lambo-like doors. Plenty of space and easy to use stereo system. Our driver Frankie was extremely nice, professional, fun. Props to him for putting up with all of us. If you need a driver, I highly recommend asking for him. When the time comes where myself or a friend needs a limo, this is the company I will be suggesting.

Run, run, run! Yes, if you like RUDE driver's do yourself a favor & immediately look somewhere else. Who demands in a rude tone of voice to a bride as soon as they enter the car that they need her credit card & other info even though all has been paid for. If a driver does not have manners, what does that say about him & the company he works for? Seriously, this place should be be called thug limo company. P.S.Broken radios & AC might be a sign to RUN AWAY. Did i mention RUN!?

Diamond limo did there thing for my daughters sweet 16 on May 30 2015 we had the h2 and it was an amazing day and experience the drive was fantastic I couldnt have asked for.anything better he was on time and felt like I new him for years thank.you Diamond Limo for a memory and experience me and my immediate family will never forget I cant say enough from the driver to the limo to the ride you are out of this world amazing.

If I could give ZERO stars I would! I was looking for a limo for my daughter's prom. I called and got a quote of $2200 over the phone. I asked if it included taxes and fees and the woman said it included everything except the drivers tip. I took my teenage daughter to the location we had the deposit in hand and then they raise the price to $2650!

She said the owners do this to bring people in.this is called false advertising, bait and switch because she tried to switch me to another limo. Don't use this company it is a SCAM of a business!

TERRIBLE, HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE EVER! I booked a 45 passanger party bus for 5 hours from 10:00pm to 3:00am. Firstly, not only did the bus driver return an hour earlier than contracted, once he arrived to New Jersey from Brooklyn, he stopped the bus and claimed there were damages on the bus valued at $300.00. Two cupholders were unhooked from the wall.

To claim that the job to place it back on the wall is a $300.00 job is absolutely ridiculous, especially since it is something a small bottle of crazy glue at the hardware store for $2.50 can simply fix. The driver refused to move and return to our starting point in Brooklyn until he received his money. He cut off the music, turned on the lights and harrassed everyone on that bus for money, threatening to leave us stranded in New Jersey if his money was not paid.

For one: this party bus was booked by me, NOT THEM. To harrass every one of them on that bus for money in the middle of the party is unacceptable. That is a situation that the driver should have approached me with, and me alone, AFTERWARDS. I had no issues paying whatever "damages" incurred, but I was not about to give this driver $300 without proof of the actual value of the plastic cupholder.

For all I knew it could be worth $25, and he would pocket the rest. After this driver returned to Brooklyn around 2am, I did give him money for the damages just so he would leave everyone on the bus alone. I did request that the office call me first thing on monday for proof of this charge. I also wanted to speak with a supervisor about how this driver crazily behaved.

All week I received no call and every call no supervisor was available. Finally the week after that the supervisor, Sabrina, answered and I informed her of what took place. She said if there were damages a report would have been submitted but for some reason she could not find it that day and said to call her the next day (that's not suspicious at all).

After calling Sabrina again she said the bus driver was in the right to do what he did and said the damages were actually $350.00, but in exchange to leaving it as is, I would have to give a good review about my experience. The most disgusting thing I have ever heard! No receipt, no proof of the true cost of damage even after he cheated me 1 whole hour of time I paid for!

These guys were great. I booked their large stand-up Hummer for my friend's bachelor party, but they upgraded us to the larger International Party bus for no additional cost. We had the bus for 12 hours, and it was fun to see everyone's head turn while we cruised around, got drunk, and had a great night for our friend. Our driver was attentive and more than accommodating too. Thanks for the great time guys!
