I had the most amazing experience at Lotus Bridal with Emily as my consultant. After visiting several bridal salons on Long Island, I had almost given up on finding a dress. That was until I went to Lotus! Emily totally understood my vision and pulled dresses that fit my description. The staff is super friendly and the ordering process is seamless!

Lotus not only has a beautiful selection with a wide range of prices, but their staff is lovely. I absolutely loved working with Emily, who helped me find my dress. She was patient, kind and very supportive. Great experience!

I had a wonderful experience shopping for my wedding dress at Lotus Bridal! Nicole was extremely patient, and understanding of what I was looking for, even though it was very specific. When I wanted to return to re-try on the dress, she was very responsive via email to get me scheduled for an appointment that worked for me (even though I had limited options as I was coming in from out of town). She also helped find the perfect veil to match my dress! I would 100% recommend shopping at Lotus Bridal for your wedding dress!

I had an amazing experience trying on wedding gowns with Aenlly. She took my feedback for each dress and came back with other options that fit my descriptions perfectly. She understood my vision and helped me find the perfect dress in one shot! Lotus had many beautiful options and I couldn't be happier with the dress I chose.

Lotus Bridal was my second place I went to try to find my dream dress and with the help of Nicole we found it! After having a rough first experience at a different bridal store I didn't know what to expect going into my next appointment but Nicole made me feel so comfortable and really made me have an amazing time! She was so attentive to everything I was saying which made the process so smooth. She was able to read my body language when I just didn't like something on. I'm so happy with lotus bridal especially nicole! Oh, and they had a great selection of dresses!

Emily was my bridal consultant and she was AMAZING. Literally nothing but great things to say about her and the studio. Everyone was so kind and helpful and made the experience really special. 10/10 recommend

Truly had the absolute BEST experience here. I cant fathom why there are negative reviews. the staff could not have been nicer, sweeter, kinder, more complimentative, reassuring.everything you want at your bridal appointment. this was my second bridal appt after going elsewhere and having a somewhat nightmarish and terrible experience. The dresses Emily pulled for me all fit me (I am a size 14 in normal sizing) and I didn't feel like I was being squished into a dress.

I went through about 15 dresses and Emily was so wonderful-she didn't get frustrated with me, and encouraged me at all times. She really nailed my vision, and encouraged me not to say no to anything - and so glad she said that because a dress I wanted to hand back to her was the one. I ended up choosing my dress there, and the experience was truly magical. everyone in the store told me how gorgeous I looked, invited me up front to face time with my dad, it was just so wonderful.

They truly made me feel like a queen. Lexi was the sweetest angel, I feel like I've made friends here! If you are having doubts coming here---don't look any further. they have so much stock, there is no reason you wouldn't be happy. I had the best experience looking for my gown at Lotus Bridal. I had searched at a couple other shops before going here and nothing compared to Lotus Bridal. Everyone was so friendly and they have a huge selection of gowns. Lexi was extremely friendly and helpful and made me feel so comfortable and supported throughout the appointment. She was able to find my perfect dress and I'm so thankful for her help!

Everyone at Lotus Bridal was wonderful! They were so kind to go out of there way to get me a dress I loved as a loaner from the designer after nobody else had that dress in stock. They had such a wonderful selection and I ended up picking the loaner dress I had initially fallen in love with. Lexi was my consultant and she was great- she was personable, helpful, honest, and not pushy at all. The process of purchasing the dress was smooth and east. I highly recommend lotus bridal, they are a great business with a wonderful selection!

Lexi was the best attendant I've had in any of my gown shopping experiences. She is on point with every detail. And up to date with all the lasted trends and completely sees your vision. She will not disappoint you.

I got my wedding dress here. Everyone is so professional and helpful. So many dresses to choose from with a reasonable budget. I ordered my dress 6 months prior to my wedding and it came one time with enough time to get my fittings. Definitely would recommend this shop.

I went to Lotus Bridal for my dream dress. I worked with Lexi, who was so welcoming and nice to my mom and I. She offered me her opinion when asked for, but did not push her opinions on me. She suggested certain veils that would look good with the dress I purchased. I am so happy with my experience so far and am looking forward to working with Lotus in the future makings of my perfect dress :

My sister got her dress here this past week. She had shopped at several other places on the island and also in CT, but we knew we had to return to Lotus because of Lexi being the absolute best wingwoman for dress selection you could dream of! I loved that she was honest without being judgy, you could tell she was invested in my sister looking her absolute best on her big day, and is a great hype girl making everyone feel good during the selection process. Lexi has a great eye for what will look good and feel right for each bride's individual style. She also helped my mom find a great mother of the bride dress! Lotus Bridal was my first and (after a few other store visits) last stop for my wedding dress! I could easily reschedule my appt online after my schedule opened up. During my first visit, Lexi listened and gathered dresses based on my profile the store has you create, but then she also brought me a dress completely different than what I was looking for, but with some key fit and style points I looked good in.

I am SO GRATEFUL for Lexi because she made a somewhat daunting task fun and successful. I visited several other stores that I had already set up appointments and ended up returning to Lotus Bridal all because of Lexi. I even picked the dress she chose for me after trying on sooooo many others in the style I thought I wanted. In addition, she broke the stigma of stores 'making' you get dresses too big for more alterations because she asked me how high my heels would be to see if I would even need extra length due to my height.

I had such a beautiful day at Lotus Bridal in Mineola. The store is aesthetically beautiful as soon as you walk in. From the moment our bridal consultant, Taylor, approached my group, I knew she was going to be a great part of the experience. She was lovely to work with. Taylor had such high energy that you truly need in this consultant role. She was kind, patient, and helped me narrow down which dresses I didn't like by listing pros /cons throughout.

I truly feel she was a huge part of helping me make a decision that day, and keeping my bridal party in line too! I ultimately said "yes" to the dress my first appointment with Lotus. Another great perk about them is after you purchase, they offer a discount on other accessories through the store. I can't thank Lotus and Taylor enough for such a memorable day!

Lotus Bridal was, hands down, the best bridal boutique I have been to looking for a wedding dress. My bridal consultant, Genesis, made looking for a wedding dress stress-free and fun! She showed me so many dresses that were exactly what I was looking for and really listened to what I liked and didn't like. She really helped to narrow it down to exactly the right dress!

She also picked out a gorgeous veil to go with the gown. I cannot recommend Lotus Bridal enough! Thank you so much for a perfect experience and for helping me find the perfect look for my wedding day!

The staff was welcoming and kind. Emily worked with me throughout the process and was extremely patient. I spent about 2.5 hours there deciding between two dresses at she encouraged me not to rush to ensure that I was making the right decision. Bobby; the manager was also great and was helpful in that she was completely honest about adjustments that I requested. She answered questions and concerns and I'm excited to have found my wedding gown! Looking forward to seeing the end result.

I cannot say enough about the experience I had at Lotus Bridal! Before scheduling with Lotus, I visited one other shop that did not meet my expectations - Lotus absolutely exceeded them! I had a wonderful time at Lotus Bridal for my follow up bridal appointment with my mom and MOH. Nicole was the absolute best! She was so informative and answered every single one of my moms questions! She picked out my top 5 beautiful dresses, and one of them ended up being the dress! I never liked the idea of wedding dress shopping. I didn't want something traditional and was hoping to find something more on the unique, classy & elegant side, but it can be hard to find a unique dress that fits your perfect vision!

At Lotus Bridal they were happy to listen to all of my thoughts and worked with them, rather than against them. I went to 2 other salons prior to this, but the dress options were basic & the sales people were pushy to buy the first thing I saw. Lotus Bridal has great, unique gowns for reasonable prices. Would absolutely recommend Lotus Bridal to other future brides for sure! And just another thank you to Nicole for being so attentive and patient!

I came here with my bride to be sister. First we signed in and waited for our name to be called. Taylor was our lovely bridal consultant. She helped my sister in choosing and giving different silhouette of dresses to try on. She made my sister at ease and help us to see the vision for each dress she tried on. Ultimately we didn't make a decision because we still have another dress appointment. She was the most friendly and knowledgeable sales consultant on the floor. I said yes to My Dress! The whole experience was so wonderful Nicole was super helpful and of course she suggested a dress that was perfect! right after I put it on I felt like that was it and didn't wanna try anymore dresses, highly recommend this place. It took me just about 1 1/2 hour to find exactly what I was looking for. Thank you so much.

As a very particular and indecisive person, I had a really difficult time finding a dress that I was in love with. Lotus was the 6th dress store that I shopped at and I am so grateful that I didn't settle for a dress anywhere else. The salon is big and has such an amazing selection of dresses. I was also able to bring 3 guests with me and our family felt like we had privacy which was really nice.

My experience at Lotus was nothing short of amazing. Taylor was so incredibly helpful from the second I met her. She had such a warm and bubbly personality and made the whole experience wonderful. She listened to everything I said and pulled so many beautiful dresses for me. I never felt rushed and was able to try on so many dresses during my appointment time. This location was easy to find. Emily, my bridal consultant, was amazing! She did such a great job finding me dresses that I absolutely loved! The dresses are at a reasonable price and absolutely beautiful!

I went to Lotus Bridal with a specific dress in mind. When I got there my sales associate Aenlly had the dress there waiting for me to try. Once I got in the dress I realized I didn't love it as much as I thought I did. Aenlly talked to me a little bit about my style and started to pull other dresses for me. She just got me and understood exactly what I wanted in such a short amount of time! She found my dream dress and I love it! I would definitely recommend going to Lotus Bridal for quality service, care and attention when looking for your wedding gown.

A friend recommended Lexi here so that's who I requested my appointment to be with and I could not be any happier! She made me feel so comfortable the entire time! And she spoke to me like a regular person / friend, not just a client. She knew what I was looking for and made sure I got just that! She was able to answer all my questions confidently and knows what she's doing.

On the spot she knew what could & couldn't be custom changed to make me love my dress. In no way is she pushy which I love. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or awkward. I didn't say yes on the first appointment because I wanted one other person's opinion (even though I already knew) and when I came back for the second she knew exactly who I was and remembered what I wanted to do the dress to slightly change it. I don't even know what else to say other than she was just a gem! And I 100% recommend her

Now that my wedding is way over I feel like I can post my review. I had a wonderful experience selecting my dress and ordering it. I ordered it in January and it came in for fittings in April. The women who helped me pick my dress was super helpful and so kind. I highly recommend her (wish I remembered her name). I had a wonderful time buying my dress.

The first time I was in for my fitting was in April. That time was wonderful. My issue was when I went to pick up my dress in June. I tried on my dress for the last time. I gained maybe 10 pounds since my last fitting BUT my dress still fit perfectly. As I was trying on my dress, the seamstress told me I was getting chunky and looked better the last time I was there.

She also made multiple comments about how the buttons might rip. (They didnt.) There was no need for the comments the seamstress left. The dress fit me perfectly. My wedding was a week away and as I was paying the seamstress told me to "lay off the donuts." I left this place in TEARS feeling like I looked hideous in my wedding dress that fit perfectly.

Then on my wedding day, because of her comments I felt very self conscious when I shouldn't have. Highly recommend buying your dress from here BUT DO NOT USE THE SEAMSTRESS UNLESS YOU WANT TO LEAVE CRYING.

I literally just left Lotus Bridal and I said yes to the dress! Lexi helped me during my visit and she was Amazing To say the least! She understood my vision and was pulling dress after dress that were so beautiful and exactly what I wanted! I am so happy I made the decision to go to this location! THANK YOU LEXI!

My stylist, Emily, was so helpful! I went in pretty sure of the style I wanted, but tried on some other ones to be sure. She pulled great dresses for me and was very conscious about my price range. I'm so happy I said yes to the dress at Lotus and highly recommend! They have a lot of styles and their prices are very competitive considering they are a small bridal boutique.

I loved my bridal appointment! My consultant Taylor was great, she had three dresses ready. She was excited, patient and warm. She took photos for me to send to my parents and picked the perfect veil on the first try to go with my favorite dress. Taylor also handed me a bouquet and for the first time I felt like a bride. My measurements were taken once I put down a deposit and Taylor explained to me the alterations package. My bridal party gets a 20% discount if they make a purchase at Lotus Bridal. I definitely recommend this location and Taylor as a bridal consultant.

Highly recommend Lotus Bridal! Aenlly made me feel so special and listened to my feedback on what I liked and didn't like about certain dresses. Did not get that level of attention elsewhere. The store is so classy and has such a wide selection of dresses! It was easy to say YES to the dress there!

This was one of the few places I searched for a wedding dress based on amazing reviews from a Facebook group. I was not disappointed! I worked with Taylor who was amazing from start to finish. She is clearly a professional, yet kept everything light and exciting through the multiple appointments I made until I chose a dress! There was no pressure whatsoever and the seamstress was even floating around (who was also super helpful and sweet) and gave me a heads up on how she would alter certain dresses! Taylor was so accommodating with my loose idea of what I wanted and pulled absolutely beautiful dresses and veils.

Her excitement was contagious and I can't recommend this store enough! My mother also found a mother of the bride dress on the spot and also got measured for that and paid without an appointment. Can't wait to go through alterations and see our final looks! Thank you Lotus Bridal!

My experience at Lotus Bridal with Lexie was phenomenal! She was very patient, had so many great options for me and we loved her input! I thought this process would be stressful abut she made very fun! I'm so happy I went with this location and I found my dress!

I don't know where to begin. my experience at this store was amazing. Lexi went above and beyond to help me find the dress of my dreams. I could just say one word and she knew exactly what I was looking for. She has a real eye for this industry. I began telling her I didn't know if I wanted sleeveless or sleeves and she customized a dress for me with detachable sleeves so I can have both ways.

She was so sweet and so funny. I also explained to her how much it would mean to me to have my mom come and see the dress but how our schedules never match, Lexi offered to stay late to make that happen for me. I'll admit it I am very hard to please and Lexi made this experience so wonderful for me. If you go to this store. ask for Lexi!

This was one of the worst experiences I've had - I was so hopeful when I initially called to make an appointment, as I had a specific look in mind. Whomever I spoke with was extremely polite, said that they had multiple dresses in stock for me to try and that they could certainly order something to suit my needs if existing stock wasn't sufficient.

When I showed up to my appointment, it wasn't the initial woman I talked to, but Lexi. She said 'oh. you want this kind of gown? We only have one.' I told her that wasn't what I was told, and her response was 'well I don't know who you spoke to, but you can just leave if you want. You don't have to stay.' WHO SAYS THAT? TO A SOON TO BE BRIDE?

This is supposed to be a fun experience, not feel like you're easily dismissed. So I decided to stay and see what they had - I did take time out of my work day for this - and she showed me one and said 'I don't know. Look around if you want.' and disappeared. I pulled a few gowns myself, and they weren't half bad, but Lexi seemed completely checked out and not even putting in minimal effort. I would have spent a lot of money. Definitely not now!

I would 11/10 recommend this place! They were all so helpful and have anything you could possibly want in a dress! As I'm sure all of the ladies are great. I WOULD 100% request Nicole! She was so down to earth, so sweet and she just knew what dresses to grab for me! She really listens and understands your wants and needs of the dress! She was so so helpful! And not only with my bride dress but also for my mom!

The boutique is beautiful with chandeliers and a beautiful flower wall to take pics if you find "THE ONE" I went on their website and favorited a few dresses and the first one of those I tried on I fell in love with. I tried a few more on but they just didn't compare. Genesis was very nice and helpful. I said YES TO THE DRESS at Lotus Bridal.

Such a great experience! Emily was so helpful! She knew what I was looking for and only showed me dresses within my budget. I said yes to the dress after an hour! Would highly recommend. Be advise, when you book, you must pay $50 deposit and you have to cancel within 24 hours if you can't make it or you forfeit the $50. I thought it was worth it. There's a parking lot you can park your car.

You have your own little section and you can take your time. I'm still in awe over the dress Emily had me try on. It was the one! Alterations cost $600. All the dresses are decently priced. Def go there if you're a bride.

Absolutely loved my experience at Lotus from start to finish, everyone was helpful, extremely accommodating and friendly. My consultant Nicole was amazing and pulled so many dresses in my style that I chose the perfect dress but completely different than what i walked in envisioning. This place was amazing! The attention to detail was on point. Lexi bought dresses out for my daughter that fit what she was looking for & even suggested some. She ended up loving one that was suggested. They really do make it very special. Recommend this to all future brides.

Found my dress at the first atore that I went to try dresses on. Overall, they were great. Extremely pleasing in regards to last minute alterations. Only complaint, alterations are cash only, but wouldn't take a star away for this. Definitely recommend going here for anyone that is looking for a dress! Loved that they had bigger sizes (10&12's) as their sample sizes.

Before even walking into the store I knew exactly what wedding dress I wanted to purchase. The woman who helped me was super understanding of that and didn't try to push me into trying on or consider any other dresses. The purchase was a very quick and pleasant experience. When my wedding was cancelled due to Covid, they stored the dress for me for a couple of extra months until I was able to come to Long Island to pick it up.

Absolutely the best bridal experience! Went there with my daughter to find a wedding dress and the staff, especially Bobbi were all so wonderful. Every one of the ladies were kind and helpful. My daughter found the perfect dress in no time! It was such a great experience I went back to purchase my mother of the bride dress. Bobbi had the patience of a saint, considering my indecisiveness. This shop took all of the covid 19 precautions necessary. It was also a very peaceful and pleasant experience. I would definitely check them out!

I had a great experience coming to this bridal shop. The shop is not crowded. The shop does follow Co-vid guidelines. Super neat and clean. My consultant was Emily C. She had so much patience. Being on the heavier side, she worked with me. She did not give up on what I was looking for exactly. I would definitely recommend her to any of my loved ones.

She definitely knows her bridal stuff. I felt beautiful ready for my wedding. However, I am a little worried about alterations but I'll see when I get there. Other reviews on alterations scare me a little.

Loved this place when picking out my gown but sadly the alteration experience was terrible. I had to go back multiple different times and each time, it wasn't fixed. Something else would always be wrong. Things were added I didn't ask for, and when I kept saying I wasn't happy, the seamstress said to me "Idk whats wrong with you." Eventually I had to get back on a plane the next day (which they knew when i booked my appointment early in advance) and I felt so uncomfortable after that last comment that I just said it looked fine and took it home where I brought it to a seamstress in Alabama and she told me the entire dress needed to be fixed. It was a disaster. I paid for alterations twice. I so wish I didn't pay for it here. $750 just to do it right the next time.

Lovely selection of bridal gowns and excellent customer service. Definitely, make an appointment. You'll get all the attention you need. They make a bride feel special.

I'm not going to lie; at first, I was not trying to go to a local bridal shop, but I'm glad I did. With everything going on due to the pandemic, Lotus handled my bridal dress appointment very well. The precautions taken made me feel safe. I had Emily, and she was just as wonderful as I remember during my virtual appointment. I never felt rushed. I did find my dress fast, and dream about it each day. I cannot wait to go see it and put it back on.
