All the employees are so welcoming, friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and pampered throughout the whole experience. It feels so intimate and personalized! Their dresses speak for themselves- but from the moment you are taken into your dressing room to when you walk out to your loved ones you are assisted by wonderful people who are so great at their job and truly care about making you feel beautiful for your big day!

I just can't say enough about this store, the beautiful, high quality dresses they have, and the way you are treated from start to finish! Thank you all at Anne Matthews- you guys made this experience flawless and so much fun! You all are wonderful and I can't wait to come back to see my dress!

Saved the best for last of the bridal stores in ABQ to try & find my dream dress & I'm so glad I did! My stylist Morgan was so helpful & kept everything I wanted in mind when helping me consider each dress. I came solo to my appointment today but the girls here really felt like new friends helping me decide and cheering me on! If you're considering a store to find your wedding dress look no further!

Let me just say, thank you to all of the consultants and staff here at Ann Matthews! I was able to find MY dream dress today and it was such an amazing and beautiful experience! This bridal shop has the most relaxed atmosphere and I can see why, it has been one of the best bridal shops here in NM! I am in love with my dress and I can't wait for the big wedding day!

Do not bother going anywhere else! The service was outstanding. Our bridal consultant did a wonderful job. She made sure to provide dresses to try that were within our budget and were designs that we loved. The gowns were breathtaking and the choice far exceeded my expectations for the budget we had. It was a relaxed environment with attentive personnel. A fantastic experience with a wonderful locally owned small business.

All I can say is wow this place is so amazing! The staff was so incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. The dress selection was great. I found my dress with ease. I was ready to give up after a negative experience at another place but I called Ann Matthews and spoke to the owner, Jason, and he was amazing and friendly. He made us laugh on the phone and gave me hope I could find mine.

I went in and had an amazing experience with Morgan and all the staff. We had fun with them and they were so sweet. We laughed, cried, and found THE dress : thank you so much to Morgan, Jason, and all the staff for the experience I needed.

Today, I said yes to my dream wedding dress! I want to thank all of the staff at Ann Matthews for going above and beyond and making my experience exceptional and personal! I had such a great experience here finding my dress. Everyone was super helpful and Veronica and Rachel went above and beyond to make sure that I will have the dress I want for my big day. Went to my first Ann matthews bridal event today and it was super amazing! The vendors were super nice and had lots of information. I made an appointment to try on e few dresses in march and I really cant wait! Got the VIP experience and the room is absolutely beautiful!

We came here to find my best friend a wedding dress and then we came back another time to find bridesmaids dresses. All of the staff was helpful and nice. They were very accommodating to all the bridesmaids. We then came to the bridal show and there were so many vendors and made the rest of the wedding process easy. This was such a great event to go to and I am very appreciative for what Anne Matthews has done for my best friend. We are so excited for the wedding!

The customer service at this place is the equivalent of ordering a burger and it getting spit in. If you're into that, shop here. If you like being treated like an actual human being go elsewhere.

Would recommend to anyone and EVERYONE! From the moment we walked in to the moment we said yes to the dress it was an amazing experience! Deseree was the first person to assist us and she made us feel comfortable immediately! They played fun games like calling the groom and asking questions to seeing if the bride could answer them the same for discounts making the experience fun! I had a great experience at Ann Mathews. Marla helped me find the perfect dress. Becuase they do alterations in house Marla was able to help me envision exactly what the dress will look like on the big day which helped ease a lot of my anxieties. She made wedding dress shopping fun, which I definitely can't say about some of the other boutiques I have been to.

FOUND THE PERFECT DRESS! Perfect service! Went in and everyone was sweet and helpful. The owner came out and introduce himself to my family and I. Everyone asked questions about how I felt and what I was looking for. I recommend it!

This is the first shop I went to try on a dress. I was nervous and scared, but everyone was so helpful! They found my dream dress on the first go! Veronica assisted me today and it went perfectly! This was my second appointment and I wanted to try on a dress for the second time to narrow down my choices. Veronica was super helpful in interpreting my needs, she continually offered alterations that could be done and allowed me to chat with their seamstress to ensure that I could have a strong idea of what the dress would look like.

I really appreciate the assistance I received, other bridal salons in Albuquerque have not given me individualized attention or had knowledgeable staff to assist in the process. Here I was given a stylist who stayed with me for the entire appointment. Veronica was able to give me accurate information about the dress and designer and changes that could be made which ultimately led me to pick my dress! This is the best bridal salon in Abq, no doubt!

I've never been treated better at this store. Emma is always a great help. She recently helped my sister her dream wedding dress. Emma is an angel. Came in with my sister to try on wedding dresses. The staff was very rude and stuck up, and were policing my phone activity, which was very disturbing.

Emma was very kind and helped us a lot, first dress that we tried on was the one! Got both our mother of the bride and brides dress here!

I went with my niece to try on dresses at Ann Matthews. The moment they found out that she wasn't planning to purchase a dress that day, they no longer seemed interested in having us there. My niece was only allowed to try on three dresses, which is absolutely ridiculous. The owner is quite annoying. He randomly pops up here and there, and just won't go away.

It felt like we spent most of our appointment listening to him ramble on about nonsense. Everything he said sounded so fake, and rehearsed. We went to several other shops that day, and they all allowed her to try on several dresses. Even though the plan wasn't to buy a dress right away, my niece ended up finding one she loved and making the purchase that day. Ann Matthews, you lost a customer!

Got my wedding dress from Ann Matthews's and I could not be more happy. The staff is welcoming and very helpful, and their new location is absolutely stunning. The seamstress is the best I've seen in ABQ and she added little touches to my dress to make it look perfect. She was able to work around my schedule to get it fit and did an incredible job. I would recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a wedding dress or a great seamstress.

The owner helped me find the perfect Prom dress that I always dreamed about. Everyone was very helpful and kind. They are willing to find you the right dress and keep reassuring if it's the perfect match. I can't thank them enough and I will never forget my experience with them.
