Janette was amazing from start to finish! We went in with no experience purchasing diamonds, she gave us a crash course and guided us the whole way giving us options and suggestions to assist us with our purchase. She was so friendly and knowledgeable as well as the other staff who stepped in on days Janette was not working. Robert Brenner sat there dealing with me for close to 3 hours, trying to decide on a engagement ring for my girlfriend (now fiance). He explained the ins and outs of rings, diamonds mine/lab. It wasn't like he was trying to sell me on the ring the at all, he actually treated me like a person. He seemed to be just as excited as I was for finding the perfect ring for my newly Fiance.

Without his friendliness and expertise, I probably would have never gotten this perfect ring. Monica Park was amazing! We went in to have my wife's ring and bands sent to Tacori for usual service. However i also wanted to secretely get my wife a "push" present and new band for her set and Monica was great helping me set up that appointment and the whole process of picking the ring. Mervis has always been great, but Monica's service went above and beyond.

First class experience with Lauren at Mervis. The plan was to shop at a few jewelry stores for our anniversary ring. Our first stop was Mervis at Tysons, and thanks to Lauren's amazing customer service we did not need to go anywhere else. Lauren guided us through many beautiful rings, and her advice, knowledge, personality, and no pressure sales made the experience truly relaxing and enjoyable.

Lauren was the Best saleswoman I've ever dealt with very nice, smart, ant intelligent she knows her work very well and knows her diamonds my fiancee is very picky but Lauren was there on ever little detail that my fiancee saw and wanted that may have been difficult but Lauren was 2 steps ahead on ever issue we had or ran into, I most definitely will refer Lauren to all my friends and relatives

From start to finish Lauren Davidson was great. I called on short notice and they were able to squeeze me in. We picked something out only to realize I was way off course, she helped and was patient as we started over. I could not be happier with the experience and customer service! Elizabeth Appleman was wonderful to work with. She helped me find the perfect ring to accentuate my solitaire. I had to have my ring adjusted a couple of times, and each time she was patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. She was super friendly with my daughter and gave her a ring pop candy so she walked away feeling special too.
