We relocated to Nashville and had to find a new florist, trying many around the area but none of the other florists compare to Rose Hill. They have the widest selection of flowers, they take notes and remember what we like so when we come in to buy an arrangement they personalize just how we like it. I asked for a $100 arrangement to be sent in thanks to a friend. See the photo. Beautiful, but it's one hydrangea, three roses and some wax flowers/lambs ear. For context, this arrangement is the size of a salad plate. The shop did credit me back $25 when I called them to discuss, but I still don't think this looks like $75, do you? UPDATE: The owner of the shop called me to personally apologize for the mishandling of this, and offered a full refund for the arrangement.

I ordered a main wedding bouquet for me (the bride) and two bridesmaids. They turned out exactly how I wanted! It's been 3 weeks and they are still going strong so it's the gift that has kept on giving. Highly recommend.

I recently ordered a sympathy arrangement for an unexpected loss of a client. I wanted wind chimes in the arrangement and I was particularly interested in it being a table top design. Not only did they far surpass my expectations, there was no mistaking which one was ours. And it was no surprise that the arrangement was set up next to the family's spray.

Have used them for several orders now when delivering to Nashville from out of state. The arrangements are always absolutely gorgeous! If you call and tell them how much you want to spend, they will recommend what to do to fit your budget and still be beautiful and full! Have also just ordered from the website based on the options online and the results were beautiful and on time. The best florist I’ve ever used by far!!
