This is my happy place. I love this garden center so much, it's very close to my home and my work so I stop by here often. Nothing hits you like the smell of flowers in a warm humid greenhouse. The staff here is very very nice and just about everything in this center is very comforting. I've been able to find beautiful memorials for loved ones ranging from people to pets and I think that's very nice to be able to find.

I've gotten beautiful arrangements from here. The plants I've purchased from here are always very healthy and never give me any issues. I don't have to worry about finding pest on my plant or discovering mold or fungus. I mean there is a lot of care put into this place from every aspect of the business and it shows. If I have a bad day a work nothing a walk through this greenhouse can't fix.

Funeral flowers were beautiful, full of flowers and the exact colors we requested. Beautifully arranged. We were very very pleased.

I come here all the time (when I'm not single, ha). I've always been able to find something good. And if you're just a dumb guy who isn't quite sure what to get, everyone I've met here is very attentive and helpful

I have used Dundalk Florist for over 30 years. They are the only florist I use because their service and products are excellent! Dundalk Florist always has the most beautiful arrangements and I love to send them to friends and family. If there is ever a problem or question, they always call to ask what I would like to do. They are the best!

Everyone there was so excited for my son for his prom. They helped him pick out colors and flowers that didn't overwhelm him. They even told him about a ribbon that glowed in the dark. He was super excited and picked that one. Thank you all for making his day. And moms too

When walk in the door you smell the flowers and I how the store was decorated beautifully. I like how the staff was very informative and very helpful to taking my package to the car for me. I 'm looking forward to shopping here again.

Ordered a birthday basket and some flowers to be delivered to my mom on her birthday. Same day delivery & they did a fantastic job. My mom loved everything & it was worth every penny. Was very impressed!

Great local flower shop! Large store to walk around and see what they have to offer. Went here for the first time on Valentine's Day at about 4pm and they had a selection out for every price range. Very nice looking choices for every budget. Very friendly staff, they package the flower arrangement in a box set up so the vase won't fall and everything.

The show room has a few different sections of general flowers and items to put in flower arrangements. Also a section for grave memorial items and flowers for funerals. There is a door out to a greenhouse that sells potted plants, house plants, outdoor plants, etc depending on the season.

I always order flowers locally. Even in other states. In the Dundalk, MD area which is not near my town, I ALWAYS call Dundalk Florist. They have always delivered what I ordered and when I scheduled delivery. I love them.

I tried getting flowers from one of those big internet flower companies and they took my money and then told me they couldn't fulfill my order. I ended up cancelling the order as I didn't like anything else they had to offer and needed this arrangement by a specific day. I made arrangements through Dundalk Florist and was very satisfied with my experience. I highly recommend them!

I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday. I wanted them to be fresh and from a florist near her work. The picture she sent me of her arrangement was beautiful! Even prettier than the example that I ordered from.

Ordering online was very easy and flowers were delivered as specified. I have used Dundalk Florist twice in the past 3 months and was very pleased with the flowers both times. The arrangements looked just like the photo on their website. I will definitely use Dundalk Florist in the future.

I love this florist. I do not live in the Dundalk area but I use them for all my floral needs. Very courteous staff and go out of their way to help with all your planning and needs. Definitely 5 stars & if I could give them another 5 Stars I would!

I love Dundalk Florist. I've been ordering from them for approx. 20 years and I've never been disappointed in the flowers they've sent to my family and friends. I would highly recommend ordering from them if you want a quality product that you can be proud to say you sent that.

I just placed an order with Dundalk Florist. I had cancelled a prior order with Blossom Flower Delivery due to horrible, untrustworthy customer service! Dundalk Florist was the exact opposite experience. They listened well, and were responsive to my questions. They also didn't charge an exorbitant amount for delivery. Now the flowers won't actually be delivered until tomorrow, but I expect that to go as well as the ordering experience!

I had ordered flowers for my wife's birthday and was having them delivered to her office. When she did not receive them I called only to find out they would not commit to a delivery time and all I was told was the delivery for her area was between 2 and 6 pm. When I asked if the delivery could be made any earlier they could only tell me the delivery service goes until 6 and offered no help at all. Sorry, but 6 pm for a delivery on her birthday is just unacceptable. They offered no apology or help and I had to demand a refund! Completely useless business! Do not use them, go somewhere else!

I found exactly what I was looking for when I went there. Staff was so helpful and polite. Will always use this florist for all my needs. Even found some things I wasn't looking for.

A very close family friend who is like family ordered an arrangement for my dads funeral. To see her so upset and hurt by the arrangement that was delivered broke my heart! She was told it had premium flowers and it did not! After complaining she was told they'd come pick it up! From the funeral home! HOW tacky! and refund her money but not the delivery charge! How very disappointing!

The arrangements are always so spectacular. My husband will call them up with an idea such as, can you send her something that reminds of her Hawaii and they put orchids and birds of prey in the arrangement. Or he'll say something blue and they pop in blue orchids. They always deliver on time. Cannot be more pleased with the quality-the flowers lasts more than a week

So disappointed in there delivery service. I have been going there for 30 years and you would think that a birthday delivery could actually be delivered on the day requested. The delivery service has gotten worse and worse over the years and the customer service just seem to not care.refuse the delivery they say.and we will refund your cost. What!

Come on. I'll go to grocery store and get a 20 dollar bouquet next time instead of paying 100 bucks for delivery "surprise effect". Totally blew it For the surprise. Terrible

Called them from Ohio to suggest and send memorial to family there. Very helpful staff, she was very kind and patient? Would definitely use again.

This place is my guilty pleasure. I have a hard time leaving with less that 5 plants. Beautiful, healthy plants and an amazing selection. Definitely some flowers you won't find elsewhere. Extremely friendly staff that are happy to chat and tell you about their products.

The first time in 25 years I will be ordering flowers (order them often) from a different florist. Prices were getting high and quality was diminishing. Still, I went there to order flowers only to be told that there was no gold ribbon for the corsage and boutonniere I needed. How does a florist not have access to a common ribbon color. (Go to the craft store!) Asked if they might get some in, and was rudely told no. Not accommodating at all!

They did a good job arranging flowers for my mother's memorial. The woman who help me took the time to find me the perfect color roses after I told her my mom's favorite color was purple she called the people in the back and asked them to send down every variation of purple they had for roses. She was very helpful and sensitive and I was extremely pleased with how the arrangements came out.

My grandfather passed away and we needed flowers for the funeral. I wasn't sure who to go to for affordable yet good looking flowers. I found this florist company on google and I was very thankful that I did. The staff was very friendly, and very patient. They helped us decide on which flowers would be best and they also worked with our budget. I highly recommend this florist company.

I ordered flowers of a funeral on Sunday the arrived 5 days early. I called them to ask them why they came so early and to g he wrong place she couldn't answer me she said if I wasn't happy to throw them away in the trash. WTF ok that's the last time you will ever get my business ever I will never suggest this place again. Wanted flowers for a funreal now they will get wilted ones that are old and have to be packed in my smallish car. Thanks for NOTHING

I tried to meet with them for my wedding in May. They cancelled on me TWICE and after that, rather than trying to accommodate my schedule (I work full time and this apparently doesn't fit with them), since we are getting close to the date now, they told me I still had to come in on a Saturday three weeks out. They were going to look into something else and call me back.

That was over a week ago and I am still waiting on a call. For a wedding that would bring them considerable money, I think this is very unprofessional and would not consider using them for anything else either.

My family and I have used them for years. We have always been satisfied with their products and great service, until now. I ordered an arrangement online for a funeral. I was unable to attend the funeral so did not know they were not delivered. I received a phone call 10 days after the funeral saying they could not deliver it today as the person was already buried.

I clearly had ordered it for the correct date and offered to send them the screen shot of the order. I was very nastily told I did not and hung up on when I said I no longer needed the arrangement for a funeral that was long since over. I was charged for the delivery fee regardless. I do not know what changed there with their service or if it was a glitch with their system but to be spoken to the way I was is enough for me to take my business elsewhere.

No there was no email nor did you send me one when requested. Rude and hung up on. Bad day? Perhaps. To not give me the opportunity so show you that there was a glitch and to talk to a customer that way. Not good business.

I come here to get flowers for my visits to the cemetary. Every time I come here, the staff are very friendly and great me with a smile. The selection is second to none in the area and the grave marker accessories are great. Highly recommended.

I will never be able to go to another florist again. They did an amazing job with my wedding flowers. From the start Denise was so helpful with helping creating the vision I wanted (lots of colors, nothing too uniform) and she took it and ran. I could not be happier.

I've used Dundalk Florist for over 30 years, for Holidays, special occasions, birthdays, etc. I usually order online, living on the West Coast. But even if I have to call to ask a question or change an order, they are super friendly, helpful and efficient. When I am back in Baltimore, I love to visit the shop and greenhouse to pick out an arrangement or plant.

I have cheated in the past and used FTD or other services, and people always knew it. I'll stick with Dundalk Florist! I couldn't give them any less than 5 stars. Thank you, DF, for many years of beauty and happy hearts!
