The Party Pro's

The Party Pros were awesome to deal with. Beginning with our consultant Kierra B and ending with our delivery/pickup driver Taylor. The selection was great and it was very easy to select the items we needed. Everything we ordered was delivered promptly and was in perfect condition. Very professional and friendly staff. We needed items very quickly and they delivered flawlessly. Strongly recommend them for your party rental needs!

This company and the staff were awesome and so accommodating. We reserve bistro tables for an anniversary in August and because of an unforseen glitch we had to reschedule the reserved table for December, they were extremely helpful in accommodating the move. The pick up was flawless and the return was the same. Staff very friendly and helpful, highly recommend. Also their prices were comparable to other places I checked and even lower then some.

I liked how they had the option of drop off and pick up, but I was a bit disappointed about how they scheduled it. I was given a pick up window of 10:30am to 12:30pm, and instead I get a call about 8:45am that they would be there in 30mins. I had talked to my manager about taking my lunch early to go and open the garage for the window time given, but then they showed up way early.

I had to take lunch only an hour into my shift, which messed up the whole work schedule for everyone. I get only being able to give a specific window, but to be in that window would be more helpful. The pick up driver was super nice though. As for the tables and chairs, everything was super old. Luckily, table cloths can fix the look of them, but the legs of the tables kept collapsing.

It was kinda scary when the 8ft table just caved on one side (multiple times). All in all, I don't think I the Portland Party Pros would be my first choice for future events. But I would use them if they were the only option.

The table and chairs we rented were perfect for our large gathering on Thanksgiving. The price was good and pick up/drop off we're really easy. Highly recommend.

The tent was perfect, and in great condition. It looked beautiful at our wedding. The drop off and pick up went smoothly. My only complaint is that we were given the window of 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. for drop off, but they didn't actually drop off until around 5:00 p.m. Great communication otherwise, and easy billing. Would recommend to others

Great place to get your party needs from. I made a last minute request and I got great communication with a quick response to get everything I needed for a surprise party. I will definitely be using them again!

The party pros were a fantastic addition to our wedding day. They even went the extra mile to come the day before and make sure they could access the space appropriately and figure out their approach so as to not be late on the day of. We ordered chairs and pillars and both product's quality were perfect.

The Party Pros were awesome to work with for my daughter's baby shower last weekend. The only real negative thing I have to say is I wish there were a better sign pointing towards their "Will Call" because I kind of drove a little bit in circles, but in all honesty I was driving my hubby's new truck so I might have just missed. But overall a REALLY FREAKING AWESOME COMPANY TO WORK WITH. We will definitely use their services a0gain.

The Party Pros were great to work with! Very simple to request a quote and make changes to the request. I got rentals for my wedding and they were able to set up on short notice. Highly recommend for any event!

Party Pros have consistently given me professional service. Jennifer does a wonderful job with order assistance. I spoke with her in person and over the phone several times. Each time I made a small adjustment to my order for my son's wedding on October 24th, she was kind, understanding and efficient. She would immediately send me a revised contract so I knew exactly what I changed.

Their delivery cost is the most reasonable in the business. The products came well packed and in excellent shape. I would highly recommend Party Pros for their high quality service and follow through.

The customer service was great. Everything showed up on time without a hitch and they were good communicators from start to finish. I loved not having to worry at all about our rental order. I will use them again for another party!

We rented tables from Party Pros for a garage sale. They delivered and picked up on time as promised and made it so much easier for us.

My go to place when renting supplies. Have used them on multiple occassions and they always provide friendly service, reasonable prices and the right product when I want it. I live close enough to pick up many of my orders. I will try delivery next time then update my review if required.

We have used The Party Pros for a few bridal shows and they always deliver an amazing set up. The staff are friendly and work with your needs. The communication is amazing from the management to employees.

I filled out a form online and received a email back the next day, followed by a phone call to make sure of what I wanted to rent. I chose to have the items delivered, and that went very well, they delivered and set them up. The tent and heaters worked great, then the folks who came to pick up the items were efficient and courteous. I definitely recommend them!

The Party Pros really lived up to their name. They were very professional and easy to work with in every aspect of our rental with them. From the first email and phone inquiries, to a visit to their impressive facility to see the chairs and tables, to the pleasant and hard-working delivery and pick-up staff, we were most pleased. We rented a 10X30 tent, bistro chairs and 60 tables. The tent was a lifesaver with the rains that came this weekend, and was so tall and bright. Chairs were comfortable and tables were sturdy and a good height.

Hugely thankful for the amazing service of the Party Pros, who we used for our May wedding. They were fantastic to work with, from start to finish, and dealt with all of my changes to the order with grace. Never worried about them not showing up the day of - I've heard horror stories about other companies! Setup and delivery was a breeze, and I was able to leave cleanup and pickup in their capable hands without worry. Definitely recommend!

They were really easy to work with. We rented tables, chairs and all of the dining and drink ware for a wedding form them. I ordered about a month before the wedding. The website was easy to use and and sale people called me after I placed the order to double check everything. There was a very small number of things we had to substitute (like sugar bowls and creamer carafes), but otherwise everything else was exactly as advertised.

They called a few days before to confirm delivery and they delivered everything truck a big truck out to the place we rented in Lincoln City. They arrived on time and everything was well packaged and exactly as ordered. The pickup was equally smooth. We were very happy with the whole process and the rentals. Would definitely recommend and use them again for any event you're planning.

Well priced, great service, easy! Used them for our wedding on 9/30/2016. Our reception venue had most of what we needed but we ended up renting wine glasses (picnic size worked perfectly) a couple of round tables, table cloths and about a dozen folding wood chairs that we used at both ceremony site and at reception. They were able to deliver the day before which I appreciated as I was stressed out with all the final prep work that needed to be done.

Pick up was day after, also easy. Called in the morning and they were able to work with us on timing as we had some after-wedding family events to attend. Online reservation, email and phone call to complete and quick pick up. Will definitely use again if I have other rental needs in the future.

I highly recommend Party Pros! Excellent customer service! We ordered a few tables and chairs for our party and it was unbelievably affordable leaving more room in our budget for food and drinks which was awesome. I called the morning of the party and added a large outdoor mushroom heater to our order. It was no problem at all, they were great. Unfortunately the heater ended up not working and I called and left a message as soon as I realized it.

We received an email back first thing Monday with an apology and a credit to our account. The guys who delivered everything were friendly and efficient, five stars all around! I look forward to using them again, thanks so much for being so great!

There were many reviews on yelp that were not favorable about party pros. However I decided to use them and Katie at party pros was awesome and helping me plan an outdoor bridal shower with over 40 people in attendance. She was flexible to work with and she gave me a lot of good ideas too. They came like clockwork to my place at the time they said they would.

And then after the party a day they came and picked up at the time they said they would. Everything about party pros came off without a hitch. I would definitely use them again. And look up Katie because she was awesome.

The Party Pros in Hillsboro recently provided the tables, linens and dinnerware for an event I was running for nearly 100 people. They did an excellent job and went above and beyond to create a wonderful atmosphere and beautiful decor under budget and on-time. The staff was very friendly and easy to work with and took care of everything for me. I really appreciated their professionalism and eye for detail.

I have used their services both for work events and personal parties and have never been disappointed. I would recommend The Party Pros for rentals and supplies for events of all sizes. If I need a rental for an event in a pinch, they are my go-to. I've never had a problem booking, and they are always accommodating, even when it has been last minute.

The Party Pros have been supplying the tables, chairs, kegerator and bar for our annual house party every year. I am usually the one home to receive the goods and am impressed with the delivery people, the courtesy of the driver and helpers. The product quality seems to be dependable year after year. No complaints. Once the owner realized that a few items were missing and personally delivered them to our house in time for the party. I appreciate Party Pros and will go back there time and time again.

The team at Party Pro's is 100% professional and the products they rent are first rate. From the party planning to deliver they have the team focused on your event. I did not check reviews before calling The Party Pros. I got an email quote and called back, ready to make the reservation. The girl on the phone answered the 2 questions I had, but in such a curt and unenthusiastic manner. To her, I was not a name or a potential customer, just a quote number. She sounded so bored. I hesitated to make the reservation. Crickets. she did not offer any other help or information, or even ask for the sale.

So I thanked her and got off the phone. The whole thing probably lasted 45 seconds. That's when I checked Yelp only to find that my instincts did not fail me. I can handle mediocre customer service any day, but not when it comes to something special like a wedding or a party. I feel lucky to have avoided a stressful and frustrating wedding day. Edited 10/20/12- Since I posted this review, the owner has contacted me to ask for constructive feedback to take back to his team and improve customer service.

I appreciate his willingness to seek ways to better the business and I truly hope it works out for them. +1 star for the effort to make things right. I might consider them in the future if I happen to throw another party.

As a first time renter of tables, chairs, linens and glassware for a summer outdoor event I chose PARTY PROs in Hillsboro. I couldn't have been happier. The showroom staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions. Their delivery/pickup staff was professional and prompt.
