Called to get a quote the lady who answered the phone was very rude. And seemed like I was bothering her. Will never use a place that treats there customers so rude.

This place was awesome. I rented chairs and able from this location. The staff were very professional and courteous. I am definitely going back for my next party rental occasion. Thank you. Oh. I can't forget their prices are very affordable too!

I do not recommend this place, be very careful when paying in cash and giving a credit card. This company has no consideration towards its consumers. I have rented tables from other companies and have never experienced such an unpleasant situation. I rented 10 tables with them and unfortunately we got sick with covid my husband went to the hospital and we had to quarantine I called the company to tell them that I had no one to carry the tables that if they would give me one more day to carry them, the next day I got a person to help me carry them and leave them in your store.

A few days later I realized that I had a charge of $ 285 dlls, I called them to see what was happening and the only response I had from them was this. We are sorry but this is a business and it is like a hotel when you stay there you have to pay for the nights you sleep there we are the same you have the product you pay for it. end up paying $ 285.00 +142 in cash a total of $ 427.00 for 10 tables that i use only 1 day. I will never use this company again. I share my experience with them because it is very sad that there is no awareness of society at this time.

Been calling them during business hours and emailing them for the past 3 weeks to try to rent some stuff for my wedding. I received no call back or email response. Nothing. Then today I finally get a lady on the phone and not only does she not have a real reason for not answering the phones or calling people back besides "we have been closing earlier because of the heat".

The best part was being told it's ok and they understand if I want to just go with a different company instead of them before she even asked me what I wanted to rent or see how she could help. Really sad first impression of a business.

I've called them 3 times now, each time they ask me information about my order and then say they will email me my invoice. I never get an invoice. Again, this has happened 3 times now! And every time I call they lose my information so I have to provide it over and over again. I've talked to both an associate and the owner. Clearly, they make it impossible to do business with them so I will just take my business elsewhere.

This rental company was so knowledgeable and helpful! We went in to ask so many questions as we changed our elopement to a wedding last minute. Pam sat down and answered everything in great detail. She took her time, and was very transparent. She definitely did not try to upsell but rather gave us the best advice for our situation! Will use in the future!

I am very disappointed in the service we received from All Occassion Rentals. Highlights: Paperwork filled out incorrectly Rentals delivered a day early with no notice Wrong tables delivered We had a delivery scheduled for Friday 4/23 for our wedding on 4/24. I was contacted twice the morning Thursday 4/22 with questions about the paperwork that was incomplete (this paperwork was filled out by the staff of All Occassion Rentals). However, during both of these phone calls there was no mention that they had changed the date of our delivery to that day, Thursday 4/22, even when we confirmed the delivery date of 4/23 during the first phone call.

I wasn't made aware of this change until the delivery driver called at around noon saying he was 50 minutes away. Because we were not expecting this, I immediately called the office, and they informed me they made this change "as a convenience to me" and said they probably should have called to let me know. Luckily, the owner of the home our wedding was being held at was home and had a place to store the tables and chairs, but this was not a convenience to us.

When the tables and chairs did arrive (a day before expected) they were the wrong tables. We had discussed multiple times on the phone 8' round tables (which they do not carry, they only have 6' round tables and below but this was never brought up as we discussed the 8' round tables), and we had (4) 8' rectangular tables delivered.

I immediately called when I was informed of the mistake and they acknowledged that we had discussed round tables, but since the paperwork was filled out incorrectly and said rectangular tables, there were no round tables available for the weekend of our wedding. They offered their apologies, but there was no remedy to the situation or discount offered.

We ended up having to change the whole set up of our wedding due to having the wrong tables delivered two days before our event. We were fortunate that we were able to make these changes and accommodate the early delivery, but it was very possible we would not have been able to. I do not want another bride going through the stress of changing their wedding tables two days before their wedding.

I gave a star because 1. I had to give something and 2. I did get what I ordered, finally. This was the worst experience I've ever had. The staff was unprofessional, unorganized, and frustrating to work with. We combed through our contract and found several errors with pricing, my husbands name, delivery date, pick up date, number of items we were getting etc.

The day I started working with them I asked for the very first time slot to deliver my items for my wedding. When that day came, they gave me the last time slot. It wasn't until they went back to the original notes that they changed it. The tables I ordered were wrong, they said I needed X amount of tables and a certain size and weeks before the wedding we were told that wasn't going to be enough.

The original tent size we were told ended up not being big enough. We had a budget and ended up having to pay way more money then we originally planned because they were not capable of doing their job correctly the first time. This was extremely stressful to deal with 2 weeks before our wedding. During that two week time I emailed our consultant to go over everything and I got an auto response saying "I'm out of the office indefinitely" no one contacted me to tell this and who to contact in the meantime. This company was the only stress I had before or during my wedding. Please do yourself a favor and use another company.

I called to get the total and we agreed over the phone. A month later the worker called and said the amount was an estimate? And it didn't include all the fees? I called to get the manager and she was very unhelpful and unwilling to keep me happy as a customer. She said " we are not going to work out" WOW great customer service! But thankfully I found a better, friendlier and cheaper place.

Had the worst rental experience with this company. If you want your occasion to go smoothly do not rent from all occasions rental. They people not only didn't give me what I ordered but then refused to respond to emails when I was asking for a partial refund. The entire experience was unprofessional and I would Highly recommend NOT renting from them.

This is an amazing business. The staff is very efficient and knowledgeable. I didn't even realize a business like this existed. Pam has so much knowledge and was able to give me information that I didn't even realize that I needed. The warehouse staff is able to load up the items quickly and is able to explain how each item is used. I highly recommend this business for your next event!

Overall this place helped me achieve the look I wanted. I started out with a huge list of things I needed, 3 tents, tables, chairs, linen you name it. But I eventually switched my reception and they worked with me till the very last day. The only things I did rent was a chandelier and white & black checkered dance floor :) And it was exactly what I needed for my big day! (I bought everything else online; not from here lol)

I rented 10 chairs. The start of the process was good - responsive staff and works with you to help you out. It's all downhill from there though. The warehouse staff is unprofessional (no uniform, rough looking) and the equipment is pretty beat up. The chairs were all very knocked and scratched. Then comes the returning. They are not open weekends so you have to return on Monday by 9am. Here's the kicker - their website, google, and yelp say they open at 8.

They fail to tell you they open at 8:30 so there's a line of about 5 people this morning (Monday) since 8am to return items. TL;DR. Go elsewhere. Other costs are comparable and I imagine better experience.

I found all occasion rentals on yelp. They have a huge variety of products to choose from. Their staff is professional and very helpful. I used them for our wedding they had everything we needed or wanted available. They worked with me every time I needed to make a change to my order it was processed right away and I was sent an updated invoice. If you are looking for a rental company to use that is local, reliable and flexible all occasion rentals checks all those boxes.

This company is SHADY and SKETCHY. They do not properly clean equipment, they do a quick wipe down that barely cleans the surface. Mind you, not even a bleach type, just mild detergent. Most tables were still sticky. Chairs are dirty. They hire people with nazi tattoos and one employee had "fuck you" written on his calfs for all customers to see. They tell you to being back the product by 9 am, they dont care.

You are more than welcome to bring back ANYTIME OF DAY, they just false threaten additional fees. They use shady under the table tactics likely illegal. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! This is one of the most disorganized companies I've ever dealt with! Each bid I got was different. They charged us for things we didn't rent. We had to put up our own lights (half didn't work), pick up our own tent walls (they said they'd do it), and when they put the tent up they took numerous breaks. Not impressed!

Pros- good selection, nice office staff, good prices Cons- received filthy and worn items, huge lack of communication with staff, rude delivery driver, received someone else's items. So I made several calls to communicate with this office to confirm all the details for my daughters wedding. Kept speaking to different people who were friendly but not on the same page and kept telling me to call back.

I also asked them to continue calling my number for anything and not the bride. We had a multi day wedding venue and the day of I had called them to get an idea of a delivery time and was not greeted well. We were given a time frame at of 10-2. Then at 1 pm they called the bride twice to reschedule the time which was during the nuptials. When delivery arrived it was raining and one of the delivery guys was very nasty.

We didn't have time to go everything as we only had an hour to shower and get to the church. When we set up the next morning we had linens for another party and the chairs and tables were covered in food and dirt. We were also missing a handful of table clips which were that big of a deal except I paid for them. On pickup date I had called in the afternoon to inquire if they were going to pick up.

I also stated not to call the bride. The operations manager called her twice on her honeymoon then called me back hours after I called and was very unorganized. Later that afternoon the same rude delivery driver called my daughter the bride again to say they were fifteen minutes out. We had everything staged, dry, and clean at pick up and then the driver threw the linens on the ground to count.

Ok that's fine but don't ruin what I rented. We had to do so much and they added so much stress to an already stressful event. Very disappointed in this company and would not use them or refer them to friends or family again even to save a pretty penny. You get what you pay for.

Melissa is fabulous! Our swim team had our annual kids triathlon last weekend. We made the arrangements to rent a bounce house and snow cone machine over the phone. I was sent in to pick up the items as I live the closest (with a truck). I pulled in never having been - walked in and there she was with a smile on. She had everything ready for me, paperwork printed out, talked me though the weekend rental and return. Shes a wonderful welcome to walk into what can be a daunting place - rentals aren't something most people deal with on a frequent basis. She made the process a breeze. We'll definitely be coming back for any future needs.

This is my second five star review season nice I just used them again for our sons wedding. They delivered and set up exactly as planned. The part that was exceptional, was when they came to pick up the next day. I didn't realise they were coming so early and nothing was where it should be for pick up. No problem they got it done without even complaining.

Wonderful company. Originally purchased the wrong size helium tanks under the impression that it would be plenty. When picking it up from the gal, must be a manager, in the loading bay (after the original purchase) I was asked about number of balloons, sizes, etc. and why I had bought two small tanks instead of one medium tank. Telling her this is what I was advised she was extremely helpful and told me I wouldn't have enough and she was nice enough to see if I could exchange my two smaller tanks for the correct size! It was great to have someone care that I got what I actually needed so I didn't have a helium shortage for the wedding day! Thank you so much!

Pam, Melissa and Nickie were all extremely helpful with a last minute rental of chairs, tables and wine glasses for a 60th birthday party (when another local rental company was unresponsive). Easy booking. Everything was delivered as promised, and the party was a big success. Professional and top notch. Nothing hidden, and competitive pricing. Highly recommend that you checkout the website and give them a call.

Poorly handled and unprofessional. After most conversations and interactions with the business, we were let down due to lack of follow through. At first, Christie was the person who assisted us. She was warm and welcoming, assisting us with our wedding plans and assuring me that they would be of assistance throughout the months leading up to the event.

After that, we had no idea who was assisting our order as I was told that Christie was out on leave. Throughout the months, we were told that someone would call us about our order, confirm changes, confirm pick up and drop off times, and send us our receipts for the changes in payment and order. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Due to lack or coordination with the customer, it left us feeling frustrated, confused, and very irritated at times.

In the end, one of the products that we rented (a speaker with a microphone) was broken and could not be used for the wedding. When told about the broken product, the owner told us to buy a new one for their business. ( what's the point of renting then?) What a shame. They never offered to refund or correct it. During my final interaction, the person organizing the delivery schedule did not coordinate with us the day prior, as previously mentioned, which lead to confusion about the pick up of their products.

With no confirmation, they came without our knowledge and what's worse is that the scheduling person lacked accountability when confronted about the confusing messages and stated that she would charge us an additional 65.00 fee to drive 2 miles. Their lack of coordination, lack of concern for the customer, and poor communication is really what makes this a poorly run business.

Great service from the get-go in choosing items for our wedding. Lots of choices and given enough time, lots of availability as well. They were timely in delivering, the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was due to some miscommunication or lack of communication rather, on the pick-up date and time. No one showed up the next day and I had to call to remind them and confirm a pick up time. When they arrived they were quick and courteous and no issues at all. Overall a great experience!

I rented several portable BBQs for a company picnic recently. It took several calls and a lot of time to get the order completed. When the equipment arrived it was awful. One BBQ unit exploded and caught fire when we attempted to light it. It appears that it had been improperly reassembled after cleaning. Look elsewhere for your party rentals.

Loved my experience renting here. Everything was excellent quality right down to the mirrors. Offers interesting things to rent such as cotton candy machine and chocolate fondue. Highly recommended.
