Valley Regency

We loved having our weddings (Dual ceremonies)and reception at Valley Regency. It's a beautiful venue. Vincent and the team are fantastic to work with. I had the pleasure of having Fabio and Chris as our Maitre ds. We would highly recommend this venue. Be sure to opt-in for the Vianese table. We had no idea what we were in store for but was a total hit amongst all our guests. We can't touch on their food as we had outside caterers.

The best venue out there! Since our first visit at valley regency, we have nothing but kind words to say about the team at Valley. They were extremely accommodating. They were very helpful prior to the wedding as well as during the wedding. Our bridal attendants were so sweet and attentive. Food was amazing, everyone loved cocktail hour! Amazing wedding and experience thanks to valley!

Large group events are fantastic here! The owners will work with you 2 configure your menus between cocktail hour, buffet or meal, table/napkin colors, etc. They make it all so easy and the food is delicious with lots if variety.

Valley Regency was absolutely amazing, in every aspect. I booked them for my April 2022 wedding and we were absolutely blown away. The food was to die for (the quality and quantity), the service was incredible everyday at all hours of the day or night (Vinny was so so amazing from day 1 all the way to our wedding day!), everyone there is so professional but also makes you feel so comfortable, and all of the accommodations made for us made us feel so so special and cared for.

Do yourself a favor, if you're searching for your wedding venue (or a venue for any event for that matter) and you live anywhere near Valley Regency, honestly even if it's a far trip, stop what you're doing and book Valley Regency. Most amazing experience ever!

From the day we walked in to tour Valley Regency, right up until the day after the wedding, our experience was exceptional. Vinny and his staff made us feel at home right from the start. He answered all of our questions and made all accommodations to ensure we had the night of our lives. The venue is magnificent and the grounds are beautiful. The ballroom is spacious and elegant.

The cocktail hour is beyond fantastic - our guests could not stop raving about the quality and selection of food! Fabio was great in making sure that everything was running smoothly throughout the night, and our two bridal attendants were very nice and helpful. We are so thankful we chose Valley Regency. Our family and friends were extremely impressed by the venue and we highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for the perfect wedding!

One of the best venues to work with! Franco and team were amazing! We had my bridal shower here and Franco was so great. He made everything so easy and seamless. The venue is just gorgeous. The ballroom is so bright and beautiful! It's so pretty you don't have to do much to it. Love the fireplace in the room as well. The bridal suite was so great too to get ready in- it is so spacious and large!

The food and service here is excellent. Everyone enjoyed the food and said it was delicious. The service at the tables were wonderful! The staff was friendly and attentive to all our guests. Overall, LOVED this venue and working with the team at Valley Regency. Thank you Franco!

My husband and I have been going to receptions for 50 years. BEST Experience of all! Absolutely the highest class of service, decor and food! If you're looking for a venue, don't go any further, make sure your memories are this good with no regrets.

My now wife and I got married at the Valley Regency on October 21st of this year. We could not have asked for a more perfect wedding at their location! From the moment we got to the bridal suite after the church ceremony to take pictures they were so helpful with literally any request you could ask for.literally anything! Cocktail hour was so above and beyond what we expected and heard nothing but amazing things from our guests the following days, (the martini bar was incredible and unexpected to us)! Reception followed and was no less amazing then the cocktail hour.

Food came out perfect, bartender for the guests was perfect with not to strong and not watered down drinks. Plenty of space for people not to be squished like sardines. Then finally the cleanup, which everybody was super helpful again with from cleaning up our floral stands we needed to return to packing our bags in the bridal suite to go to the hotel.

I wish I remembered the two women who helped us (the bride and groom) personally throughout the night because I want to give them the biggest shout-out possible. They were absolutely amazing and anything we or our immediate families needed they were on top of it in no longer then 2 minutes. I would highly recommend the Valley to anybody looking for an amazing wedding venue who really cares about your special day, everything was easy and stress free since just visiting and booking to the day of! I would give them 10 stars if it was possible! :). Thank you so much for making my wife's and my wedding a day we will never forget and talk about for years to come.

Awesome service terrific staff food was awesome coffee could have been hotter

We had the worst experience the matrid Fabio is extremely rude we simply asked for a chicken sandwich and he started screaming at my assistant there are starving kids in Africa we supplied pork sandwiches and fruit which I cannot eat pork and his assistant kept rushing the bride while the bride was on time when I pulled him aside to confront him he kept his hand on the door and I wasn't able to walk away it made me feel so uncomfortable If this is how he treats vendors I couldn't imagine how he treats his employees

Attended an out door Wedding. The weather allowed for a beautiful ceremony. The venue was perfect. The food served for the reception was scrumptious. However the menu served for dinner was a little undercooked for my palate.

Their valet damaged my new truck and then ghosted me. Great place food was awesome but damaged my truck and basically ignored me.

This place was so beautiful the people who was working did a outstanding job appreciate you all for your hard work

Great place for wedding excellent service very clean and friendly

The Valley Regency was absolutely beautiful! My son and daughter in love were married there last week and even though we started late, things went off without a hitch. They changed the wedding from outside to inside at the request of the groom. Cocktail hour was shorter but the reception and dinner and dancing was awesome!

One is too many stars. It's really unfortunate that this venue was unwilling to work with those couples for weddings who were impacted by covid over the last year. For couples that were supposed to get married in 2020 and had to push their dates to 2021, not only did they not offer to allow them to cancel and get deposits back but also MADE COUPLES PAY MORE THAN WHAT THEY BOOKED FOR in 2020.

They had couples pay more per plate if they had to rebook to the following year and not like a buck or two, a pretty significant increase per plate. They also made them sign new contracts saying if they were to cancel after the rebook that they would not get their deposits back. I understand the venues have been impacted but so have the couples who had to move events.

What even worse is that they'll likely keep the deposit and book that date for another couple/person wanting to book an event. Of course, this review is my opinion but I find it disgusting that this is how they operate. I know of other venues that have worked to accommodate and have even refunded deposits in full for cancelations. I will not be recommending this venue to anyone because of what I see as their poor practices, the willingness to accommodate, and the increase in prices.

There are plenty of other venues in NJ. Do yourself a favor and avoid the hassle. Again, my opinion but I recommend you talk to others who have booked this venue pre-covid and had to deal with the atrocities this place has pulled off. Not worth it.

On April 1 2021 We hosted my 50th Birthday Bash at Valley Regency! From the start to Finish. The staff Lou, Franco, Fabio, Mary Ann. Offered the most impeccable service anyone could ask for from walking in the door and giving them a deposit. Till the last piece of cake was being served! The patience's and the dedication these four people provide to their clients Is the Epitome of top notch service!

I must have changed the menu like a dozen times even down to the last two days. And every time I called with a change. The answer I received from any of the four people mentioned, was no problem done! On the evening of the event Fabio was the maitre d'! Omg my guest loved him. His participation with my guests was absolutely over the top amazing!

We have been to other venues but the staff here and superb quality of service is excellent & unmatched by far. We will be back & absolutely recommend them 1,000 times over. It's a must! We will be back very soon we have two other events coming up. Thank you, thank you! For making my 50th very special!

My family and I attended a wedding at this beautiful venue last night. Our waiter was absolutely amazing. I wish I could say the same for the bartender. I noticed disrespectful and inappropriate words he was mouthing off to his colleagues about my husband, my father and I. I would give this place 5 stars if he wasn't such a terrible employee.

Outstanding! Franco and the staff could not have been more accommodating. Irene was an absolute treasure. The venue is beautiful and the food was amazing. Our son's wedding was one of the best events I have ever been to.

What is there NOT to say about Valley Regency? From beginning to end, Franko and Danny were amazing in making our day a very special one to remember. Danny took the best care of us, and not only the bride and groom, but made sure all of our guests were comfortable and pleased throughout the night. He made the ceremony run smoothly and made it one we will never forget.

We are so thankful to all the staff that helped make it perfect as well. The venue was absolutely incredible between the scenery, ballroom, and food. It's already been a month and all our guest still ensure us that they've never been to a wedding that extravagant and breath taking as ours. Our florist forgot two corsages and Franko was able to get two made on the spot for us. Thank you to all that participated in making our day a very rememberable one!

Long words are not needed. Customer Service: F Food Taste: B+ Professionalism: E Venue itself has a nice outdoor area and a very spacious bridal suite. However, from beginning to the end of wedding planning the customer service got worse over the time. On the day before the wedding, the venue said that there will be zero help with setting up the reception and we had to set up a lot of it that wasn't covered by the florist. Horrible manners of writing emails. They do not know how to compose an email. The only good part of the experience was the cocktail hour food.

This was the worst place I've ever been to. I was there last night for a high school event. The water came out with black pebbles in it. I had to ask 3 times for them to get me new water. The servers had no clue what they were doing. The dinner came out and it tasty nasty. The mashed potatoes with the chicken tasted like it has been in the fridge for a month. The dessert was hard and you couldn't even bite into it. We also never got coffee for the table. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Came here for a wedding. It's a nice venue. Great place to have both a ceremony Also the service during reception is the best waiter service I've ever had at a wedding. You can just order your cocktails from the server. Not sure if the food was catered from outside or within, but they did have a lot extravagant food choices, but the food wasn't as tasty as I had hoped.

Beautiful venue. Great food. Greater Staff. I never expected to have such a grand wedding. When I started wedding planning it was about just having a wedding so my family & friends can see me get married. Never had I expected to feel like a Queen for the day. Danny and his team really was on top of everything for a smooth wedding. I had some special needs guests at my wedding and Valley Regency was extremely accommodating.

I also told my bridal attendant that I was diabetic and she made sure I had food or something to drink all the time. They had just recently renovated their ballroom and bridal suite. It is STUNNING. The garden is always well kept and beautiful.

We had our wedding here last weekend and couldn't be happier! The grounds are breathtaking, the service was amazing and the food was amazing. Our guests were raving about the food all night. Cocktail hour was a hit with tons of food options and a stunning view of the outdoor area. Everyone there was amazing. We had a Greek/Portuguese/American wedding so there were a lot of moving parts.

Everything went smoothly and the staff went above and beyond to help. Thank you for making our big day perfect! Would definitely recommend and use this venue again for other family events!

Attended a wedding at the venue last night and it was perhaps the nicest, most organized wedding I have ever seen. First of all, the place is beautiful with an ambiance and atmosphere that is nothing short of spectacular. The cocktail hour was so good and the staff so accommodating making the night wonderful. The entrees were delicious and well-presented and the dessert bar over the top with delectable sweets for all pallets.

Attended a friends wedding here today. The food was plentiful and delicious. We were greeted with a cocktail then had the ceremony followed by a lavish cocktail hour. There was a large variety of food and plenty of it. One dish was better than the next. Like if there wasn't enough to eat at the cocktail party we were given a generous portion for dinner and then that was followed up with an ice-cream bar, loads of desserts and a chocolate fountain.

There was an open bar topped off with international coffees. Service was great. The staff was extremely attentive to every minor detail. Overall, we had a great time. Music, food, drinks and great company.

Like many others, I came here for a wedding. I had passed this hall a bunch of times and thought nothing of it as it's on a main road and from the outside, looked like every other NJ Venue. However, once you get there, valet is super nice. They open your car doors for you. He even told my date that he had left his suit jacket in the car. Awesome.

We get in, beautiful hall. Then we were told to go outside for the wedding and there was a beautiful mini waterfall with a koi pond as well as an outdoor fireplace (though it wasn't lit as it was already a nice summers day). The food at cocktail hour was nice. The staff seemed friendly (if a little quick to clear things for you, even when I had a few sips left in my wine).

Then the actual reception area was really nice as well with plenty of dance floor space and elbow room. Bathrooms were gorgeous and kept pretty clean (until later in the night when someone definitely threw up in the one stall). Definitely a prime choice and location to have an event!

Nice place. 1) The food is good. 2) Service is good. 3) Ambiance is good. However, nothing exceptional. Again, nice place.
