A Personal Touch Florist

Ordered flowers for wake this past week, I prefer to send white roses in a vase so I called directly to see if the florist had them. I also like to use a local florist always. Sue was very helpful checking on my requests. My initial request wasn't available. but John recommended Yellow roses with red tips. I want to note that every person who was looking at the flowers were making comments on how gorgeous these flowers were.

They were STUNNING. Extremely fresh, strong looking stems, and beautifully arranged in a vase. Thank you Sue and John I will absolutely use your florist for anything I need locally in the area.

What I ordered was not what I received, there were a lot less flowers and not the same flowers, creating a very different look. The worst part was that the flowers were already in the process of starting to die, with the edges darkened in about 1/3 of the flowers. I was extreamly embarresed because this was for my mother who is very into flowers. I got a more expensive option because it was supposed to be a combination gift for her birthday and mother's day which was on the same day this year.

The card with the message had been wet. So it didn't look right. I didn't call to complain because the damage was done: my mom received a subpar gift, and was disapointed on her birthday and mother's day. Even if they sent a replacement flower arrangement (which others with the same experience did not get), it would still have not erased the failure to provide a gift that expresses how valuable my mom is to me.

The flower arrangement was $65, but it was worth maybe $20. to be generous; with the mother's day week price hike, maybe with $35. I usually make flower arrangements myself for my mom, but I was going to have a crazy work week, so I decided to order. The arrangement was so bad, my mom couldn't hide the disappointment in her face. I tried supporting a local business, but as a customer I like to get what I paid for. I like a fair exchange. I see here that others have had the same experience. Needless to say that I will never order from here again.

I live in Texas and wanted to have some flowers delivered for Valentines Day to my girlfriend who lives in Belleville, just a few minutes away from this floral shop. The bouquet turned out perfect, much better than I expected. We both loved it. And they still look great 3 weeks later. Phenomenal job!

This place is great! They handled all of the flowers for our wedding a couple of weeks ago, and our guests are still complimenting us! Walking into both the church and the dinner venue, I was stunned by the extra detail and care that I could see went into the work. (And our guests apparently felt the same way.) Every arrangement and bouquet looked so fresh and full.

They took it upon themselves to create a seamless theme throughout the day, and the effort made a real noticeable difference. I'm so thankful! They are super reliable, and they easily adapt when unexpected changes arise. They go the extra mile. This level of quality and service is hard to come by these days! John is the flowerMAN! I would recommend to everyone.

I can't recommend John enough! I postponed my big wedding until next year so I went into his shop yesterday 10/9/20 and asked for a bouquet for my wedding today 10/10/20. He just had a shipment delivered and did not have the maroon color flower I was looking for, but he made a phone call and was able to get the exact color for me. The bouquet is super full and absolutely beautiful! Super pleasant and accommodating guy!

I wanted a pure white floral arrangement to stage my home. I went in with my own vase and the owner made me a beautiful arrangement in 10 mins flat! Incredible service! Looks gorgeous! Thank you!

It's a nice little store with helpful staff. It's got the old time family owned feel to it, and I was only there for a few minutes. Ended up getting a nice potted hydrangea for about 12.50$ they had tulips for the same price. All in all it's a nice store.
