Hi friends so today I decided to never go back to Loma Linda florist indefinitely, my experience as of 2-11-2022. So I was help by an older gentleman and a trainee, very nice people and as I was checking out, a medium set women came out the back kind of aggressive looking directly at me and made a comment that I didn't take well. Not sure because I was an Asian America, idk but that was uncalled for, I don't want to get into details but I've been a costumer since 2002. Twenty years of my business to them for all occasions. I guess it was time to part ways. (I didn't make that purchase when checking out it was 4 arrangements)

I used them in May and spent over $600.00 in flowers for my Mom funeral service. Flowers arrived late but were pretty. But it was only 1 day you get to enjoy them. So come August I order a Birthday arrangement for my Dad 77th Birthday. To be delivered to his home. Spent $90.00 for the arrangement and within 3 days the flowers were dieing. Sad won't use them again. Flowers might be pretty but if they are dieing they aren't worth it. Find another shop.

So easy and helpful on the phone to create the perfect arrangement right in your price range! They asked what I wanted to spend, made up a special boutique and delivered it same day! great customer service and absolutely beautiful flower arrangements!

Went in last minute to get flowers for a birthday. Asked for a half dozen roses and they were beautiful. Roses looked amazing and full of other little flowers with a bow and all kinds of accents. Highly recommend.

I ordered a bouquet for my sister today and SPECIFICALLY asked for a colorful bouquet with carnations. Rainbow colors. What my sister received was a bouquet that looked like a 5 year-old arranged. All white flowers with violets and greenery. So much white. No color. I am devastated. How disappointing I spent over $80 on this hideous arrangement. What part of rainbow colors was not understood? Zero stars. So so very disappointing. A. Durning

I contacted them over a month ago to do a monthly delivery at a cemetery for a year. I later found out that the cemetery may not allow fresh flowers but they said they were going to find out for sure and that if they didn't allow it, they could so silk flowers and they would text me a picture of the arrangement. I was happy to hear that. I called today since I never got a picture and this order was supposed to be for every 30th of the month and Jim said he forgot to call me to let me know they didn't allow the fresh flowers.

I asked him if he did a silk flower bouquet as he suggested and he said he didn't. He also added that my account was not charged. I could care less about that. I trusted them to do a job and they totally dropped the ball. I'm super upset as this was very important to me and all he could say was he forgot to call me. Won't be ordering from them ever again!

Thank you so much, Loma Linda Florist! I spoke with Manny the manager and he was so helpful and extremely polite. I asked Manny if I can order flowers for my aunts birthday. I was a bit nervous thinking I was ordering flowers too late since my aunts birthday was the next day. He informed me that not only could he guarantee delivery the next day, but that he would redeliver the flowers himself later if she wasn't home. That way, the flowers wouldn't be sitting out in the heat and sun all day long. Thank you so much, Loma Linda Florist!

Valentines was my first time here. The flower shop is a beautiful collection of antiques and flowers. From the first hello to your goodbye you felt as if you were home. I believe Julie was the one that helped me. I recommend this flower shop 100% I'll be back soon.

Just the loveliest floral shop. Sweetest and most pleasant service. All of the staff; especially the delivery person. Very caring. There is so much charm. I highly recommend Loma Linda Florist for all occasions.

I've been working with this shop for the past 3 years. All staff members are incredibly nice and have a great eye! The latest project: send some flowers to my boss. I am out of state, so they took my order over the phone. I just told them my budget and that was it! Granted, they know my boss and know what she likes, but I never have to second guess their capabilities. Jim designed the beautiful flower arrangement. Manny delivered (with a warm smile).
