Thank you for your response, Susie. And while I value your time in responding on Yelp, how come you never returned the several messages I left you? And to address your response- How come no one from your team acknowledged that they left me a voicemail when I arrived? I deserved a much bigger discount than the $40 that didn't even cover our gas. Your customer service is really disappointing.

I had the most wonderful experience at this bridal shop and the customer service is top notch. I was fortunate to have met the owner Susie who is very welcoming and helpful. They have a gorgeous selection of dresses and the store itself is very clean and sleek. Also, Esmeralda the tailor does a beautiful job and was able to do really difficult alterations on my dress.

I had such a great experience at Pebbles Bridal. I first came in by myself because I had no idea where to start and didn't want any pressure from family/friends. I literally had no clue what style or silhouette dress I wanted. I called for an appointment and was able to get in within a couple of days. When I arrived I was greeted by Gabby. Gabby was so kind, patient, and down to earth, I really enjoyed working with her.

She truly listened to what I liked and didn't like, and was VERY respectful of my budget. I even appreciated that she allowed me to look around at the various designers throughout the boutique and encouraged me to point out anything that caught my eye. I ended up trying on about 10 dresses during my appointment time. Pebbles Bridal was the 2nd bridal boutique I had ever visited, and after checking out about 3 or 4 more places I ended up back here within 2 weeks.

For my second appointment I came back with my sisters and a friend to show them my #1 dress. We had the pleasure of working with Gabby again and everyone in my group agrees that she is just awesome! I placed the order for my dress that day and am so excited. October can't come fast enough! For reference, they have gorgeous gowns ranging from around $1200-$5000+ and lead time for most dresses is 5-7 months. With your dress purchase, Pebbles Bridal even offers an additional $100-$350 (based on the price of the dress) discount/store credit toward alterations or accessories.

Customer service is everything, I work in it and it really is how you talk and interact with people that makes the difference. They have beautiful dresses, and have something for every budget. I had an appointment and I showed up on time. However, from the consultant to the manager everyone has an attitude and they lack customer service skills. They pulled dresses out of my price range, they were pushy, were completely unprofessional in the way they spoke and carried themselves.

From the moment I tried on my first dress I was itching to leave with their lackluster customer service. If you want an experience this isn't it. I give them the two stars for their dress selection, and I try to never give a business one star because having a business isn't easy. I just hope they really work on their customer service etiquette.

I really loved this place, great selection at some very decent prices. What I loved most was the owner, what a beautiful, elegant, nice lady. The associate was very friendly too but I loved the owner and would continue to support and def recommend people coming here. Thank you!

This was the 5th dress shop I had gone to and by far the best experience. It's decorated very cute and exactly what I was looking for as far as shopping experience. Susie was absolutely amazing, so sweet and friendly, she asked all the right questions and knew exactly what to pull for me! I ended up going with the dress on the mannequin because it was breath taking and I couldn't stop starring at it while trying on the other dresses, nothing else compared. Overall highly recommend!

I can't believe I hadn't reviewed this place before but I can't recommend them enough. I waited too long to get my wedding dress and after being almost laughed out of some other shops, the team at Pebbles not only were able to help in time but found me my dream dress.

Pebbles Bridal was such a wonderful way to jump into wedding planning. Pebbles was the first bridal boutique I went to, and I walked out that same day having said yes to the dress! Prior to my appointment, I sent their stylist a link to my Pinterest, and she pulled designs based on that information. However, upon trying on the first few dresses, I realized that I needed to try something different.

The stylist was so understanding and helped guide us in the right direction to find my perfect dress. I walked in thinking I wanted an A-line, and walked out with a mermaid Maggie Sottero. Because we completely changed course during the appointment, our hour appointment passed quickly. The stylist never made us feel rushed. It was only when we bought the dress that I realized we'd used up the whole hour!

Because of COVID, I was able to bring up to three people with me. I brought my mom and sister and they were allowed to browse the dresses (which are organized by designer) and take part in the process. It was such a special moment. I was nervous to buy my dress at my first ever bridal appointment. Was I missing something? Should I look at other boutiques to try and compare?

The stylists at Pebbles let me spend some more time in the dress, as well as accessorize so I could really imagine myself walking down the aisle. That sealed the deal! I ordered the dress in September 2021. Upon placing the order, I was told that the dress would arrive by March 18 for my June wedding. That seems like more than enough time, except I'm permanently moving to the UK that very same month!

I can't leave any later than March 18th for visa reasons. But I knew that I couldn't schedule my move until I had my dress in hand. This was very stressful for me. Pebbles knew my unique situation when I bought my dress and assured me they would do everything they could to make sure I had my dress in time. In late January 2022, I called the boutique to ask if they knew the status of my dress.

And though I had ordered the dress months before, they remembered my situation and assured me that they would do everything they could to make sure I had my dress! That very same week, I got such a surprising email: my dress and veil (which I bought at an accessories appointment in November) could be picked up! That's a whole six weeks earlier than I had expected.

I purchased my gown and veil in their old store location, and was so excited to see their new space when I picked up my dress in January 2022! The new location is wonderful with gorgeous natural lighting and a clean, romantic atmosphere. When I arrived for my 12:30 pm appointment to pick up the dress, it was ready for me at the front desk. I was able to take the dress off the hanger to try on in their front fitting room.

Since I will have alterations done in the UK, the Pebbles staff were able to give me advice on an alterations timeline and how to bring my dress as a carry-on when I flew. This truly was a full-service boutique. I highly recommend Pebbles Bridal. I'm so glad they helped me say yes to my dress! Susie and the rest of the Pebbles team were so helpful.

I just purchased my dress from Pebbles Bridal I want to thank Gabby for such a memorable experience she made trying on dresses and helping find my dress a magical experience that every bride to be should experience. I'd like to thank Sarah for helping my mom with making the purchase process so fast and easy, I'd also love to thank Susie for taking the time to come by and help find my dream dress this shop is nothing short of AMAZING I recommend this place to all brides to be!

What a gem of a bridal shop. From the moment we walked the staff was exceptional. The variety of dresses was beyond our expectations. Purchased our daughter wedding dress from there and are super excited to start our journey. Thank you for making this such a special day for our family.

PLUS SIZE BRIDES BEWARE! Let me begin by saying I am a size 20/22 street. I love Maggie Sottero dresses and it was my dream to try them on! I called twice before the appointment to make sure I could fit in to some of their dresses and was assured both times I will have options. So Pebbles bridal will be a good time, right? I could only fit in to two dresses. TWO! T W O! Pebbles touts itself as having plus sizes to fit a range of bodies but it is not true.

I was absolutely mortified and upset. It was a horrible, horrible experience and made me feel ugly. Truly the store should be ashamed that they made someone feel as low as I felt in that moment. The only thing that kept me from crumbling was knowing I had a dress I already loved that FIT me and made me feel stunning at the appointment before at a store that ACTUALLY KNOWS HOW TO DRESS BODIES.

Even sadder is Maggie Sottero is all about inclusivity of sizes. Pebbles does not represent that and brings shame to the line. If you are a plus size bride, PLEASE turn your attention and bring your MONEY to DELLA CURVA! 3 miles down the road! They know how to dress plus because they are plus only! Every dress in Della Curva FIT. Cannot emphasize this enough. Shame on you Pebbles Bridal. Shame.

The seamstress Esmeralda is stunning! She was able to completely re design a dress for me and add the most perfect sleeves. Overall, the sales girls and Susie the owner/manager were fantastic and made me feel special every time I came in. I had multiple fittings due to the complexity of the dress design and I had such an easy experience booking my appointments and coming in for fittings. Highly recommend as they have a huge selection of designer and high end dresses.

I did not know where to begin when it came to wedding dress shopping. A coworker recommended Pebbles to me, so I went with a couple friends and my mom. I filled out a questionnaire before our appointment so they could get a feel for what I liked and didn't like. Adrian helped us and she was so awesome! She had a few dresses ready to try on when we arrived.

She listened to feedback about what we liked and didn't like about each dress and started to pull others based off of that. I tried on about 5 dresses total. The last one was the dress I ended up buying. It wasn't one that she originally pulled but she was a great listener and is great at her job and ended up pulling the perfect dress. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Pebbles.

They have a great selection and reasonable prices. Everyone was so nice and not pushy at all. At the time, I didn't have our venue or date secured yet so I didn't purchase the dress the day of and they were super nice about it. Dress lead times are pretty long and things are even worse because of COVID so I was really worried about getting a dress in time for our wedding on 9/26.

My appointment was 6/13 & I went back to order on 6/20. I picked up my dress on 8/20 and they set up an alterations appointment for me the next day. They do not do alterations on site but they have a couple of places they refer you to. I went to Lana at Professional Bridal Alterations and she was amazing! I had a great experience at Pebbles and would highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a wedding dress. I believe they have bridesmaids dresses and other formal dresses available as well.

In 2017 fell deeply in Aww of this place, the whole experience, the staff, people and dresses. The customer service was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The place is cute and the experience feels personal and catering. I saw many lovely dresses all sorts of styles, and found the perfect one for me. Whenever I see my dress I feel like there is another day in my future that gives me hope that I will get to enjoy it again. Thank you Pebbles Bridal in Placentia for everything!

I had a GREAT experience at Pebbles! All the staff were very friendly which made my dress searching experiences sooo much easier. They let me look through all the dresses they had available and I try on everything I wanted to try. My consultant was great about letting me know when I was looking at something outside my budget and making me feel comfortable asking any questions I had.

It took two appointments to finalize my wedding dress and I couldn't be happier! The alterations appointment went very smooth. I wanted to add a slit to my dress and they did everything they could to make that happen without ruining the integrity and style of the dress. They provided me multiple options and when I came in for my final fitting, everything was PERFECT. Thank you, Susie and staff for such a wonderful experience!

Can't wait to continue the tradition! I had the best experience with my wedding gown in 2019 and now. we're returning, for my daughter's wedding dress! The sweetest most helpful ladies anywhere! Great vibes all around! And. I chose a sleeveless gown, purchased extra fabric to add sleeves, the alterations were flawless, the vision was clear and results were stunning!

We're going back! For another wedding gown! I was a plus size bride in 2019 and the ladies at Pebbles were THE nicest, sweetest, accomodating staff I have ever met. All the ladies were positive, truthful and so encouraging, they pulled things for me, offered ideas and before you knew it, I had my perfect dress, I even cried. I have to add, the alterations were key.

I had to add sleeves, so I purchased extra fabric. Everyone assured me to not worry, and I trusted them. The woman who "designed" my sleeves was an artist, just gorgeous. I was nervous, but it was a work of art, seriously, my dress was everything I wanted! My daughter is getting married! She was my M.O.H. at my wedding. First thing she said, "I'm getting my dress at Pebbles" Can't wait to start another chapter at Pebbles!

This is the team to have in your corner. From appointment, selection, alterations, to pickup- this team was PHENOMENAL! Kept me informed, provided ideas, able to get merchandise for my last minute thought to wear a veil. I adore this ENTIRE team! You can tell they are truly invested in your vision. First, I'll say that this is a second marriage, and I'm not a young, blushing bride, but I was certainly treated like one at Pebbles! I had the good fortune of having Adrienne as my stylist. She was so patient, friendly, and very knowledgeable. After trying a variety of dresses and still being undecided, I returned the following day with my daughters and to my surprise, Adrienne said, "We just got this dress in and I think it will be perfect." Indeed it was, and how amazing that she thought of me!

My experience at Pebbles from finding the dress through alterations and pick up, was absolutely fabulous. Every staff member I encountered held the utmost professional standard, but in a very warm and friendly way. I thought pricing was fair and service was priceless. Thank you Pebbles!

First time wedding dress shopping and the Consultant Amanda was a blessing as she was able to manage and smooth over all my anxiety of what I thought the experience could be like! She seemed very knowledgable about the dresses in the store, of different styles and was able to get a vibe for what I was liking. She made sure to make me feel comfortable and was friendly throughout.

I went into wedding dress shopping thinking they wouldnt have anything nice in my size or that they would not let me try too many dress on or that I would feel like I had to purchase.none could be further from the truth. I did not find my dress but I def had a great experience and thank Amanda for her time and knowledge.

I had such an amazing experience at Pebbles Bridal! The employees were all so friendly and helpful. I went in with my best friend just to get an idea of what wedding dress shopping was like, and we only ended up at Pebbles because they take walk-ins, but I ended up finding my dream dress that day! The employee who helped me asked what I had in mind, and I gave her a description of what I was looking for.

She told us to go ahead and browse and pick out anything I wanted to try on, and then she went and looked for dresses matching my description that were within my price range. The dresses she brought out based on my description were 1000 times better than anything I picked out myself, and the very first dress she brought out to show me ended up being the one I chose!

I wanted to add lace sleeves to my dress, and Pebbles made that process so easy and fun. Their seamstress was so talented and took care of every little detail to make sure everything looked exactly how I wanted it to. She made the tulle sleeves and then helped us place all the lace applique on the sleeve to create the look I wanted before sewing it into place.

She spent so much time adjusting everything until it was just right, and she was so patient and kind and easy going. It all came out so beautifully. I'm so happy that we stumbled into Pebbles that day, because I can't imagine I would've found a more perfect dress or had such a great experience anywhere else. My dress ended up looking like it came straight out of my imagination. Thank you Pebbles for my fairy tale wedding dress!

Excellent service, great selection for every bride. We came in with low expectations, no appointment and come out with a beautiful dress, (a difficult decision to make since there were more than one that we like),. The stylists are friendly and knowledgeable. The place is well lighted with comfortable seatings for friends and family. Our stylist, Jasmine was so attentive and very helpful. Recommend to all brides to be!

I went to another bridal shop this morning and they only had two dresses in the style I was looking for. I came to Pebbles to see if they had anything better. I walked up to the store and it was still closed. Looking through the window I got a little scared since I only saw about 5 dresses hanging there. But once they opened and we entered, boy was I surprised.

There were so many dresses to choose from! Jenny helped me and found 12 dresses in my price range. They were all so beautiful! I was able to narrow it down to 6 dresses but it was truly torture trying to decide between those 6 as they were all so gorgeous. Jenny was very patient and even gave me lots of time to look over the dresses on my own. I still couldn't decide so Jenny helped me try on those 6 dresses over again!

Little by little I eliminated dresses until I finally said yes to the dress. I was so happy with my experience and I didn't feel pressured. Jenny assured me through the whole process I could come back later if I needed time to think it over. I love that they also had several discontinued sample dresses on sale which was great since I was on a budget.

I started my dress shopping experience thinking it wasn't possible to keep it at my $1k budget because online this style was several thousands of dollars. But they had so many choices in my price range. And the dress I finally chose was actually under my budget! I would recommend this shop and working with Jenny to any bride!

This is the 4th & last bridal shop I visited in my search for my wedding dress. I don't normally write reviews, but Pebbles was so amazing that I felt the need to really thank them for their. help. First of all, their dress selection is really great. I was specifically looking for a crepe dress & most stores only have 3-5 dresses in terms of selection choice, but Pebbles bridal had easily 10+.

The biggest difference was that the sample dresses they had at the store were BEAUTIFUL. The overall quality of the selections were diverse & all amazing, by far the best I had seen (& at varying price points). I also only have about 3 months to my wedding so while some stores immediately remove half the inventory, Pebbles really works with you. I found a dress I loved & they offered to sell me the sample in the store if they couldn't get it in time.

I am not a very fussy shopper - the color was perfect, the dress was in basically new condition, & the size was just slightly big for me. I was absolutely delighted to buy the sample dress! Lastly, the consultant & (I believe) manager that worked with me were warm, professional, and honest. You really feel like they're on your side & trying to make things easier for me. So far, out of all the wedding planning checklist item - buying a wedding dress was a very enjoyable experience purely because of Pebbles Bridal!
