I went to lili bridals after disappointingly not finding my wedding dress at Pronovias or BHLDN. I heard about lili bridals from a friend who bought her wedding dress here a few years back, and said she had had an amazing experience. So I made the appointment, and I'm so glad that I did. The person who helped me was Cecy, and she was amazing!

Super patient, friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me find and try on many dresses, until we found the one! I absolutely love my dress, and cannot wait to wear it in November! I absolutely LOVED my experience here! I already went to so many bridal stores and this was my last stop, it's true when they say you saved the best for last! Erin was my stylist for the day and was so calming during my whole experience. She truly listened to what I wanted in a dress and actually ended up picking "the one" for me! The dress is everything I could have wanted and within my price range!

I never once felt like she was trying to sell me on anything. I'm so incredibly grateful for Erin, the owner, and this beautiful store. Beautiful store, wonderful selection and lovely staff. We came in a couple of months ago for my daughter's first dress try on experience-and she really liked a few-but it was our first stop and Sarah did not yet know what type/style of dress she wanted. We had gone to several other bridal salons- but when we came down to the final top 3-Lili's dresses were not one of them. BUT we had such a good experience here-and their selection was so nice, we decided to do our 'last' try on day with grandma and future MIL at our favorite shops so they could enjoy the experience.

We decided to show Lili's the 'top' 3 dresses Sarah liked, and she explained what she loved about them-and our bridal assistant Cecy brought us several dresses and we chose a few as well. Well-Cecy's first choice for Sarah to try on was absolutely PERFECT. Just stunning. She did not want to take it off-but we had 5 more dresses to try! And each dress after was beautiful-but Sarah compared every dress to the first one. And so-Sarah said "Yes" to the first dress! Great job, Cecy.

I had a love affair with this store because of the customer service! Lisa is extraordinary at how she makes her client feel heard. She picked so many great options for me and went beyond her way to make me have the perfect first bridal gown experience showing me options of how we can customize the dress to fit. I did not bring anyone to my first appointment and she was all I needed.

After exploring 6 different bridal stores, even visiting a couple of them twice, Lili's was lucky number 7 for me. There is a homey charm to the boutique and a warm energy from the wonderful staff. They say some of the best things are right under your nose; that is how I felt with my experience at Lili's. I had somehow saved the best for last, and it was right in my neighborhood all along.

We were so happy to meet Lisa, who made it all possible for me to walk out with my dream dress. I was on a mission for a specific designer and model, and Lisa delivered! She was so supportive of meeting my very challenging wedding timeline and helping me walk out of the store with a smile on my face and a dress in my arms. Ceci was fantastic! I'm sure the other stylists are great as well. The establishment was a good size and very clean. They had a great variety of bridal, mother of the bride, and other formal gowns (mostly bridal). The prices were great as well! I felt like the quality of the dresses would be priced higher than their pricing, which was a pleasant surprise! I will definitely recommend Lili Bridal to my friends and family. I plan to have my mom come back for her Mother of the Bride dress. Thank you Ceci and Lili Bridal!

Lili Bridals gave me an experience I will never forget! Dress shopping (while wedding planning) can get a bit stressful, but your time there will make you realize everything is going to be okay. If you want the best most seamless bridal dress fitting Lilis bridal is the place to go to! From the moment I walked in, it was the easiest process ever! Cecy was extraordinary, she knew exactly what to do when it came to the fitting and gave her open minded honest opinion! I did not feel rushed or pushed into anything. This was the first bridal shop I visited and did not know what to expect! However, because of the experience and the quality of the dresses they carry, I expected the highest standard from other shops which I never received.

As a bride, I knew there was no where else I could trust other than Lili's bridal and Cecy, of course. We loved the place so much we even found a dress for my Mom to wear which was breathtaking! The staff is friendly, the shop is clean and very well organized! This is the best bridal shop I've been to!

Cannot recommend this place highly enough! I needed a dress ridiculously quickly and they let me buy the sample off the rack even though it's a very popular dress. And for the samples I didn't fit into they were googling up a storm figuring out how to get me one. I had such a wonderful experience shopping for my dress here. I went in with little to no experience with dress shopping but had a general idea of things I at least did not like. My stylist Erin was THE BEST. She helped me confirm the styles I liked and didn't like and honestly made me feel so special in every dress I tried on. She pulled out dresses that fit what I was looking for and really helped me narrow it down.

I ended up trying on something I didn't originally see myself in & LOVED IT. I ended up saying yes to the dress here and I am so excited to go back. I HIGHLY recommend Lili Bridals! If you are looking for the best shop to buy a wedding dress, look no further than Lili. You will love every step! I ended up emailing the owner, Lisa, ahead of my appointment and shared a photo of a dress that I was looking for - either to buy as is or to build upon a base dress. Lisa responded immediately and had several ideas on how to help me find my dream dress.

When I showed up for my appointment, Cecy was my stylist. She knew of the dress I was looking for and helped me immediately get to work trying on dresses. She was creative, fun, spirited, friendly - all of the things I love and appreciate. She helped me add sleeves to dresses I may not have considered before. She even improvised with a piece of lace to help me create a lace bolero!

When people walked by, they were wondering where that jacket came from. Cecy and Lisa were beyond helpful, thoughtful, creative and attentive. I felt so special and did not feel rushed at all. I am beyond grateful for all of their assistance! I highly recommend this shop if you are looking for the perfect wedding dress. Lisa and her team will help make all of your dreams come true! They even recommended a tailor.

I absolutely loved everything about my experience at Lilis bridal (so much so that I drove ~1 hr to get there every time -- definitely worth it!) I went to about 7 bridal shops to find my wedding dress and every single one of those places had beautiful gowns. However only Lilis also had impeccable warm and friendly customer service and was the one place where I received helpful individualized feedback to help me find the perfect dress in addition to never being pressured/rushed to buy or get out of their store!

Special shout out to these two amazing ladies: Cecy, who was so kind and warm from the get go, was super understanding and supportive when I completely ended up changing the style of dress I wanted after seeing it on me (those things often don't look the same on hangers vs on you!), and was a familiar friendly face at every fitting (and a source of helpful feedback every time!) Sonia who did my alterations and was so welcoming and kind, listened to all my thoughts at each fitting with an open mind and without judgment, and then made it magically happen (she makes the post-alterations dress look flawless and as if it was made that way from the beginning!) Love your team so much and will send anyone looking for a bridal gown your way! This was the last bridal shop I walked into, and ended up getting a custom sized dress! The ladies here were so helpful, friendly, and patient from the minute I walked in. Cecy helped me from the beginning, helped me with my dress, and even when I went to pick it up. I would recommend this place to brides-to-be! There were so many beautiful dresses, and I'm positive you'll find the one there!

I can not say enough about Lili bridals, Lisa and the rest of the staff! Getting married is one of the happiest and most exciting times and when shopping for a dress, you want to feel special and like a princess! The selection is amazing, the store is beautiful and comfortable and you feel like people are there for you, helpful and it's a great way to experience that special moment in your life!

They know what looks good on you, even when you don't see it with a dress on a hanger, they know how to cinch the dresses properly to make them look altered when you try them on. Where to begin? I found the bridal store on Instagram while looking for a mother of the bride dress. I called the store to see if they have plus sizes as well of which they did. Then I learned they have a plus size bridal boutique upstairs which I thought was amazing. I scheduled an appointment for the next weekend as I would be in town and could help my mother find a dress.

At the appointment everyone was so friendly and helpful. Although my mother didn't get a dress there it was an amazing experience and they were so helpful and knowledgeable. Go to this store for all your needs.

My fiancee and I stopped by here to look at Bridesmaid dresses since we were eating breakfast across the street. So I parked over there to avoid looking for parking in the plaza that this store is located in. They mostly sell brides dresses but they had a couple of bridesmaid dresses on display. My fiancee like one of the dress on the display but they didn't have the color that she wanted.

The employees are very nice but they are also busy too so be patient. You'll also see a tons of rewards that this store got on their display. Also mask is required so be aware of that.

Lili is by far the best bridal shop in LA! Cecy and Lisa helped me pick the most perfect dress that felt so fitting to me. They literally went above and beyond to help me with my dress. They eased every concern I had and made me feel so special from the minute I walked in. They bent over backwards to be sure I would receive my dress in time for my wedding, I only had about a month and half to get my dress and they made it happen even with alterations.

I am beyond happy and grateful to have found not only the perfect dress but also to have met such kind and genuine women to help me along the way. They made the memories of picking my dress so special. Thank you SO much, Lili!

Words will never be able to describe how grateful I am for Lisa and her team at Lili Bridals. I went to 8-9 bridal salons looking for a dress and found nothing that felt like "my dress." Many of us shopping for our big day have watched countless episodes of "Say Yes to the Dress" and all of those brides said you just know. Well, I didn't. I searched high and low and none of the dresses felt right.

And then I met Lisa at Lili Bridals. Lisa from my first appointment to my last (which was several) was the most open, honest, communicative, hardworking woman I have ever met in this industry (and after nearly a dozen stores, I met a lot of bridal professionals). After many, many dresses, I finally found a dress I really wanted.but she didn't have it.and no one in California did.

I did the most logical thing I could think of and that was to ask Lisa for her help. Within an hour, Lisa not only found the dress.but it was on its way to her store! I was beyond thrilled. When it arrived, it was perfect. It was THE dress. If I didn't have Lisa, I would not have had my most perfect wedding day in Ireland. Lisa and team are so knowledgeable about all things related to your Big Day.

From the dress, to the hair piece, to the veil and all the details in between, I relied on her team for everything and my day was absolutely beyond expectations. Oh, and definitely get your alterations done here too! I had to get the dress altered a couple times and it fit perfectly. Well worth the expense! Where do I even start?! As a bride during the pandemic, there are moments that I felt crushed because of all the unknowns. Almost 2 years ago I started my search for the perfect dress and this shop did not disappoint. It was almost an impossible task to pick because they have so many incredible and breathtaking options. My big wedding was postponed last year but I was still able to marry my best friend in an small ceremony with friends And family and they were blown away by my dress and veil.

Last weekend I had the wedding of my Dreams at the Houdini estate and WOW did this dress work with the magical and romantic vibe of the estate. I felt beautiful and all of the guests loved it. The women at Lili Bridal made me feel So special from the minute I walked in, every fitting and just stopping in for Accessories. They make you feel like your special day is just as important to them As it is to you! If you are a bride. Do not waste your time anywhere else!

I had the best experience wedding dress shopping at Lili Bridals. They have an excellent selection of dresses that were within my budget. All of the sales team was lovely and super helpful. Lisa, the owner, was my sales person and she is just lovely, as is her sweet pup Martini. Not only is she super nice and helpful but she also expertly pinned me into the sample dresses so I could see how they would look.

No one was pushy or rushed me, ultimately the decision was mine. I loved two dresses, came back a week later to try them on again, and ended up purchasing my dress and veil that day. The whole process of fittings was also super easy. They have an in-store seamstress who altered my dress to fit me perfectly and helped create my custom lace veil. I felt like a million bucks on my wedding day and am still so in love with the dress I chose. The entire dress shopping experience at Lili Bridals was hands down the best. Cannot recommend more highly!
