The staff were nice about giving estimated prices, very patient. Products are nice as well, occasional stain or 2 on the table, but very nice overall.

I'm still waiting for a call back regarding the refund on my deposit! Bad experience with them

We had the company bring equiptment to our home in Beverly Hills for a large party. They smoothly transported chairs, tables, cutlery, and covered the pool. Yet, after their employees had cleaned the area, we recognized a small amount of damage surrounding the covered area. We attempted to contact the company and cordially request of them to provide their insurance information, they refused and denied liabilty; we have involved Counsel with a potential of filing a lawsuit.

These circumstances bring our group to question if the company has valid insurance, if they have the correct documentation, or the nature of their customer service as a "20 Year"+ year company in Los Angeles.

Worked with Christopher in Accounting for a holiday party event. He went above and beyond to make sure we were to get everything we needed. Great communication. Fair prices and helpful service. Thank you!

Ordered from them before COVID and the service was good, not this time around. My order was delivered 3 hours late, I paid extra to have it delivered at a certain time so I had to wait around and be late for work

There customer service is the worst, next time I will pay a bit more to get the same product but better customer service

I ordered for my halloween party one month in advance, paid for the event and was confirmed that all my items would arrive the day BEFORE the event. The day before the event I get a call letting me know that they overbooked. This little business is all over the place

The equipment I rented for my party was a bit old and dirty, I was not satisfied. I don't think it was cleaned, sanitized, washed.

We had a very professional experience with Manny/AAA rentals. A week before my daughters wedding we decided to move the reception outside due to mask mandates. Manny had all the chairs we needed, delivered and removed as promised. The chairs and cushions were also in very good condition. Thank you Manny for helping us with your great service.

I needed to find a rental company fast for a work event. Not only was the customer service rep helpful but kind. Pick up and drop off was easy and helpful. My new go to!

I called this place on a Saturday morning for 1 patio heater. I spoke w a young lady who told me the price was $105 and when I asked was there a delivery fee she said no because it was over $100. She said she would call me back and didn't. I called the company back 40 mins. later and she realized that she wrote down the wrong #. 2 days later I look at my credit card bill and I was charged $170.

I call the company and a guy tells me they would never tell me that.not well mam let me check with the young lady who answered the phone and find out. I asked for a manager or owner and a woman name Lisa get on the phone I explained what was told to me and she then says and I quote, "What would you like me to do?" Give me back my $65 dollars was my reply.

She then says we don't do refunds. UNREAL so you think you can just Steal $65 from a single parent working 2 jobs who did everything giving her daughter a sweet 16 bday party? I only live 2 miles from this company and have an SUV if I would told a delivery charge I would have gladly picked it up myself. I will NEVER stop until I get my $65 back.

I will be on KCAL news telling this story, IG, Facebook, twitter, and will gather every mother I know and picket this company for trying to steal from me. I WAS NEVER TOLD DELIVERY FEE. I WAS TOLD SIBCE THE RENTAL WAS OVER $100 there was NO FEE! BTW the patio heater was crappy too. I even took pics and thought it was unsafe because the wind was blowing and the large covering kept blowing.

If you own a restaurant in Southern California you're probably pivoting all over the place to keep your business open. We have 2 fine dining locations in Los Angeles County that we're reduced to takeout the day before thanksgiving day (our busiest day of the year) due to COVID 19 health department restrictions. In the meantime, our locations in Orange County were reduced to outdoor seating and take out.

Talk about a double whammy! Our new CEO, had an idea to open a pop up restaurant by our Corona Del Mar restaurant. Here comes Anthony Terrones and Ramiro Beltran of AAA Rents and Events to the rescue. We sat down with Anthony and Ramiro explained to them our vision for our pop up restaurant by the beach and they got to work on it right away. They had built us a pop up restaurant ready for business in a couple of days and ready for Thanksgiving.

Thank you Anthony and Ramiro for your efficiency and attention to details. The tent that AAA Rents built for us definitely a 5 star fine dining standard complete with a mini prep area, bar, heating, subfloor and lighting to cheer up our guests amidst the depressing COVID holiday we're in. Manny helped me select and deliver a beautiful gazebo and living room furniture set for my husband's 60th. Unfortunately, the wrong size gazebo was delivered and the furniture didn't seat as many people as I'd been informed but Manny was easy to work with and we resolved the issues. Problems arise, it's how you deal with them that counts. I highly recommend AAA and would use them again.

I used this company for pipe and drape rental that I needed for a paid event. I made the reservation a month in advance for 30' x 10' pipe and drape setup. When I got there to pick it up the day before the event. They did not have me in the system and when they created the order they wanted to charge me an extra $100 more than I was initially quoted. Thankfully they adjusted to meet the original price.

When I went to set up the next morning I found that the drapes were only 8' instead of 10' and one of the post was broken and would not lock in the up position. As AAA is not open on Sundays I had no way of getting this resolved on the day of the event. When I took it back and told them about the problem they did absolutely nothing about it. I will never use this company again.

I have rented here for over 10 years, This week I called an order in for delivery today, it never showed. Called the company looking for my it, they had no record of my order. I told them I had record of my cell call when I placed the order, and they didn't want to hear it. They did nothing to help and Manny was extremely rude to me when I was trying to figure out how I an going to seat 40 without any chairs or tables. I WILL NEVER USE AGAIN.

Needed mainly tables and chairs for the surprise party for my boyfriends birthday but got so much more. Ended up getting a tent, lights, and all the silverware and dishes needed too. Also, a dance floor?! Was really impressed. The party looked great and I couldn't be more satisfied with the excellent service I received here. Will use for all future events and you should too.

Such good service and outcome for large family event today! Will continue with their services!

I had a very great experience with this company, I called to get a quote on some rentals for my daughters party and the young men who helped me was very kind is name was Manny. Great costumer service that's always a plus. everything came out beautiful we are happy with everything, we will definitely be returning for all our events. Highly recommend.

Super friendly and fast service. Absolutely unbeatable prices. I worked with them only once, and they were all very accommodating and flexible. I know where to go the next time I need to rent party equipment.

I don't leave reviews on here at all, but when you're planning a surprise party for your mother and the rental company screws you over i think it's justified. Shouldn't even be giving a star. My sister and I both have had to call for confirmations, after the order was placed. Supposedly they called but didn't leave a message and cancelled the order.

My Sister called to reinstate the order got cut off with low cell service so they cancelled the order again, i reinstated a few days ago and then today the day of the party, I call to make sure delivery is set and they tell me that they don't have enough tables. Huge lack of commitment to customer service.

We had a great experience working with Many and the crew to rent everything we needed for our wedding in Calabasas. We maybe had a week before our wedding, and Manny helped us constantly through in-person meetings and daily text updates until until he couldn't take anymore changes, which I think was 24 hours before the event. Understandably so, since they need to pack up the truck and keep track of inventory.

The rentals were very nice and high quality. We had nice rustic wooden tables and chairs. Great glassware. And Many helped us sort out the just-right size CLEAR tent, which made the event so special. His crew came the day before to set up the tent in the pouring rain. Then came the day after to pick everything up. The price we paid, especially in comparison to other rental companies of similar size was very reasonable. I would rent from this company again. Thank you!

Had to plan a party in a short amount of time and they had everything I needed for the party. Came through in a clutch. They delivered and picked up at the date and time we agreed on. The party was at our home so there was no time constraints. They dropped off the day before the party and they picked up two days after the party. I'm reading some of the nightmare scenarios in the other reviews and I don't doubt that it happened.

I just happened to have some flexibility in my schedule. So my observation is this: If you're not in a time crunch and you have space to temporarily store the party stuff for several days, AAA Rents will work great for you.

Pretty disappointing. We have a company holiday party coming up next week. We needed tents to cover an outdoor casino night. The representative said someone would call me to set up a visit to gauge what we would need for the party. We set a date for the visitation to happen a few days later. The day came, and no one showed up. No call either. I just received a call a week after the original appointment, and the representative says, "I was just looking through my books and I was wondering if anyone had ever gone out to see you." I recognized the voice.

It was the same guy that said, "Hey, I'll be out there to see you in a few days!" He asked me if I would be interested in having him come out now. I said no. He asked me if the party were cancelled. I said no. I let him know we were forced to go with someone else. He sounded like I had done something wrong. Oh well. I'm the one that got mistreated, not him.

The ordering process went smoothly. Everything was delivered just as I ordered it (right size, make, model, etc.). Everything was picked up at the proper time. My order was relatively simple, but I had great customer service. I'm not sure how there can be any shadiness in terms of cost. You are given a contract after your order is placed with the exact number of items you rented, the cost, and the time of delivery and pickup. Pretty basic. Couldn't ask for much more.
