Wonderful location for various events. I've gone to several weddings and quinceaneras out there and each time the staff was professional and the establishment was beautiful.

My wedding isnt even until May but Texas Old Town 100% deserves 5 stars from me already! The staff is SOOO nice- and they're genuine, not just nice because they have to be. They respond to all my emails so quickly and detailed. and when i had the tour of the property i felt like they were my besties helping me plan! As for the Venue itself- BEAUTIFUL! 4 different halls to choose from so you'll definitely find one to accommodate all of your needs. We chose stone hall and it is perfect! All in all, this place and it's staff is amazing!

I was rushed in my time of being there to see the venues. Venue is beautiful but the staff there needs to learn about customer service. I was given a tour by Laci Gescheidle and the whole time it didn't seem like she was interested in showing us the venue and was very rushed. I called the general manager the next day to express my feelings but also told her I wanted to continue my process with them and possibly doing a revisit on the tour.

The "general manager" said she's never received complaints about Laci and that she thinks that her employee went above and beyond from what she "could see". Realistically, I was only calling to express my feelings but it went unnoticed and later in the day I received an email saying my "contract is cancelled". I am very bummed about this experience with them as I wanted to move forward but it wasn't in Gods plans. Thanks for nothing Texas Old Town.

I highly recommend Texas Old Town for your event or wedding! We booked at Redbud Hall and both the hall and ceremony space were beautiful with very little decor added. Their flexibility to pick all of our vendors except the bartenders worked well with our vision and budget. The staff were great at quickly replying to any of our questions. We really liked that we had the space all day and that furniture and cleanup/tear down was included in the price. I definitely recommend using Ron's Set Up for furniture before your event, totally worth the money.

The Sienna String Quartet recently did a photoshoot at Texas Old Town and WOW! what a venue! We loved that there are four different venues, each with a little different vibe! The venues are gorgeous and will make such memorable pictures! We highly recommend!

Texas Old Town was the perfect venue for our wedding! It's absolutely gorgeous and they have 4 affordable halls to choose from. We got married in Sage Hall and absolutely LOVED it! We had searched and searched for weeks trying to find the perfect venue in our budget for our wedding, and after touring the venue we knew it was the one. From the outdoor ceremonial site, staircase grand entrance and huge reception area, we couldn't pass it up. I would absolutely recommend Texas Old Town to any bride looking for an affordable, yet gorgeous rustic romantic wedding.

Just booked the Rosebud Venue for fall of 2022! There are 4 breathtaking venues to choose from and the grounds are extremely serene. This is a hidden gem that is waiting for your love story The staff is kind, charming, and knowledgeable. (Special shout out to Alyssa!) I cannot wait to celebrate our big day!

You're ONLY paying for the room. I am an entertainer and I've played thousands of events. It's very unusual to operate a venue business where furniture setup and breakdown ISN'T part of the rental agreement. Also the alcohol arrangement makes zero sense. You can ONLY serve alcohol at your event if you hire Texas Rita's. But guess what? TR doesn't ACTUALLY PROVIDE any alcohol. They're just a bartender/Rita machine rental company. YOU have to buy and provide all supplies, coolers, cups, ice, booze.

So why are we paying for a middle man? I was told they didn't have a liquor license, so why are they called "Texas Rita's" and why are clients REQUIRED to contract through them if we want to serve beer/wine? Sounds pretty shady.but other than that the room is lovely.

We went here for a daily members wedding. It was on a Thursday and the service was at 4:00pm outside, so it was hot - real hot. The guest seating was on the sun but the be wedding party was under a nice covered mini pavilion. Very rustic. The hall the reception was in was called Redbud. Plenty of room for our event of about 100 people. Nice stage area.

Nice bar and serving area. Dance floor can be as big as you want it to be. The provided the table n chairs. Really a nice county rustic setting. ALCOHOL: The biggest thing I think people should be aware of is on the bartending situation if you're serving alcohol. First, the bar tender was great and very accommodating - so no issues with him at all.

So there are two options - use their bartender or bring in someone from outside. Option 1: If you bring in an outside person or company, you must also provide police security. Option 2 (what we did due to budget issues): use their recommended bartender: we had to furnish all the alcohol, beer, wine and liquor, the set ups and mixers. Ice and ice chests. EVERYTHING.

We had to set it up and tear it down. He only served. Again, he was super nice and accommodating. The lace was great. I have no idea of the costs as I was not involved in that part of it.

My son's wedding was March 6th 2021.the venue was beautiful and the staff was professional and easy to work with. We looked at other venues but, this one offered so many little extras at no additional fees (some venues actually charged for each chair that would be used on top of their normal fees.or only offered a free 2 hour set up time) Texas Old Town was a wonderful choice!

Texas Old town is such a lovely venue. We really want to thank Kara and all of the TOT staff for helping to make our wedding such a lovely event. Due to the current situation, we needed to make sure that we had a venue that could accommodate a 50% capacity. TOT was able to work with us to help and make sure that we could meet the current local regulations.

We ended up picking Sage hall, which is a beautiful hall. It has gorgeous chandeliers and lighted drapery hanging from the exposed beams in the ceiling. It had the simple elegance that we were looking for in a wedding venue. The outside of the hall and TOT grounds are gorgeous as well. The grounds are excellent for taking beautiful pictures. TOT also helped us to find a lot of the vendors that we ended up using.

Their recommendations were great. We cannot thank TOT enough for letting us rent Sage hall and helping through these difficult and stressful times. TOT helped to make our wedding so wonderful and we cannot thank them enough.

This is a beautiful event venue with amazing staff. 5 halls with lots of outdoor space. Beautiful landscaping and amazing interiors. Bridal suites are huge and very spacious.

Beautiful venue for any occasion. We got married in redbud hall, and it was a perfect wedding. I come here often for chamber events, and all the halls are great.

Texas Old Town is such a beautiful venue. Me and my husband chose to reserve Redbud Hall for our wedding and we couldn't have had a more perfect ceremony and reception hall. The outdoors is full of beautiful trees, bridges, and small streams/ponds of water which makes for breathtaking pictures. The cost to reserve any of the halls is more affordable than competing venues which a MAJOR PLUS! Thank you Texas Old Town and thank you Kristin for helping us out and ensuring our wedding was perfect!

My friend held his wedding in Red Bud Hall and this place was absolutely gorgeous. The guys and girls had separate rooms to get ready in and the girls room was just spectacular, chandeliers included. This place definitely has a rustic charm to it. Everything was new and clean and made for great pictures. My friend's wedding planner Donna from The Wedding Belles helped turn the hall into the perfect wedding.

Totally not worth the money. Almost $3k for nothing but a room. They also make you do your own clean up and there is not even a paved road? Old Texas maybe sound charming but this place is a total hokey rip off (unless I guess you are planning to have a tailgate party prior to the wedding). Don't waste your money go to Disneyland instead and get married in Frontier Land.

Careful booking with this place for a wedding! Several reasons: mostly dirt surrounding the venue. By the time the wedding started my shoes, after having them shined, looked like I had just hiked in them. The biggest reason to be cautious with using this venue is it is "do it yourself". There was no one to help clean! The bride and groom had to help clean! No concierge No attendant whatsoever! It is a nice peaceful location but A LOT of money for nothing!

Texas Old Town is massive! A venue big enough that it's only rightly place is here in Texas. I've been our here a number of times for different events and I've still not seen the whole property. I recommend the place for any wedding where you'd want to show your guests a place to relax and spread out on the dance floor. The warm, elegant colors of the wood buildings and the surrounding greenery of the hill country ought to be all it takes to shut you right up and enjoy the serenity of the place.

And if that doesn't give you the calm you're looking for, Aubrey Cline is the assistant manager there and she take care of it. She's a great communicator and will do what needs to be done to get your event running smoothly. I can't speak highly enough about the staff here.

Beautiful. Stunning. Breathtaking. Whimsical. All the above are true accolades of how wonderful the place looks. In a sweet, romantic way it is a fanciful view of the best of Texas. We had an event at the Tejas and I fell in love with this place. In fact, I liked it so much that I think I absolutely need to start crashing weddings each week until I've been at all of their facilities.

When you come in the road is lined with roadlamps that are made out of old kerosene lanterns. That was super cool. After you get thru the main gates, pay attention. To the right are some signs that show what event is at which facility. They are spread out so just follow the signs at the intersections which point you the way. The Tejas was massive.

It had a wonderful old dance hall/saloon feel to it. Outside were quaint, ivy covered buildings which could be other drink serving stations, an old saloon looking building housing the bathrooms, a big event stage/dancing area and beautiful lawns and water. You just have to see it to believe it. If you have an event that you would like staged in a memorable spot - make it here. If you don't, try to crash the next wedding. Just don't get me in trouble and say that I encouraged you.

Outstanding event place. Martha is without the most amazing person to work with. She did everything she could to make our day the best it could be. An the venue is beautiful. Every staff we encountered was so sweet. Thanks to them our day was perfect.

Texas Old Town provided the perfect backdrop for our spring wedding ceremony. The scenery is beautiful as was the ceremony site and Redbud Hall. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating and I loved having access to the facilities from 8am-midnight on my wedding day. The bridal dressing area was large enough for myself and 5 bridesmaids to get ready with my mom and 2 hair stylists in the room with us. The venue was everything I wanted and could have asked for.

Wanna have a big ol Texasy wedding? Have it here! They have several halls to choose from. It feels like you're in a ranch. The ceilings are high and the halls are spacious. The landscaping is pristine. The outside bar is cool and convenient on your way to the restroom.
