The lady was rude how are you suppose to tell if you like a dress if you cant try them on! You definitely won't be getting any clients with that kind of customer service

I have been visiting rose garden for formal wear alterations for a couple of years. Staff has been friendly and helpful, I've always been happy with their work.

I highly recommend Rose Garden to anyone looking for the perfect last minute prom dress! With only 1 week to find the perfect dress for her Rose Garden was extremely helpful and had her dress completely prom ready in just a few days! Thank you so much she looked absolutely beautiful!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I went to inquire about my daughter's dress that I had ordered since Feb and I was told it would be here until July 10, but that's not the point the point is I went a couple of weeks before that and she had no answer, she gave me the run around with it will be here on time don't worry. With that being said when we went to talk to her she was moving around doing things and ignoring us, I walked up to her and said you should be trying to help us out instead of ignoring us and then she told me well I was waiting for you to stop bitching.my mouth dropped, my husband stopped her and gave her a piece of mind.she didn't even apologize she was rude. I don't recommend this place at all! She doesn't even deserve a rating.

Good selection of dresses but terrible service. We got a different dress than what we ordered and it was too late to reorder so we had to take it.

DO NOT GO HERE! Worst service ever. They order everything to big so they can get money for alterations. She lies and adds extra money to your payments. She is very forgetful, rude and does not work well with you. She ruined my wedding a week before it was time. We had to go get the rest of the stuff from somewhere else.

Wonderful place! The women there are very helpful and extremely pleasant to be around! I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs help with planning their wedding or other special event!
