Premier Wedding & Party Rental

We hired Deslie to coordinate and decorate our wedding and she rocked it! She was amazing to work with from start to finish; she is full of ideas, very detailed and had excellent communication throughout the entire process. She made our dream wedding a reality and alleviated so much stress. She even followed up with us after our honeymoon to congratulate us.

Could not get a hold of them in time for my little event. Left voice mails but calls were only returned a week or 2 later. Omg I think this was the wrong company! My husband and I are very sorry

I needed a last day request for more chairs & tables & the owner Deslie & her husband came thru for our event. Their nice chairs were in great shape & were in strong protective casings to protect them in the vehicle while being delivered. Strongly recommend!

This was my first timing book with Premier Wedding & Party Rentals. Deslie took such good care of us even though we had a last minute request for tables, chairs, and linens. She is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions with ease, not to mention the very fair prices set for all of their services. We had an event at my shop last Friday morning and at the last second on Thursday afternoon we found out that were desperately in need of a bunch of chairs. I called Premier shortly before they closed for the day and they were wonderful! They provided fantastic service, and really got us out of a pinch. Prices couldn't be beat either! I'll definitely use them again in the future! Thanks Premier!

Rented chairs for my sisters wedding a month ago. Deslie is such a sweet lady to work with.

I just used them for my wedding. I rented a 20x20 and 20x40 tent. I am really glad I went with Premier Wedding and Party Rentals! The main lady I talked to, to book tents and coordinate it was Kathy, and she is wonderful! She is very professional, answered all my emails/questions in a timely manner, and had great communication with me. The installer guy arrived on time, set up the tent perfectly and worked with us to get what we wanted, and took down the tent the next day. Everything went very smoothly, no issues at all, and the prices are great! I highly recommend them!

Really, really bad service. I called to request pricing on linens and the man that answered the phone (no name given) told me that he couldn't provide me with that. I asked what fabrics he had available, still couldn't provide me with that information. He was extremely rude and not at all knowledgeable about the products that they carry nor the immediate area in which their actual business is located. Unfortunately this is an instance in which it is certainly NOT beneficial to support my local vendors. Such a shame!

Abysmal service, this backwards company fouled up 16 of the 18 things we ordered for our wedding. When the owner was called to address these issues, her disposition was downright aggressive toward us to the point where it reminded us of a vagrant scratching the dirt for a nickel. Needless to say, whenever your payment is complete, kiss your money goodbye, no matter what your order turns out to be.

The desperation and horrible customer service leads us to believe that this could very well be a front for some sort of other illegal business, for it amazes us that in this poor economy a company could survive utilizing such a rudimentary approach of "snatch and grab" to your wallet. Most entertaining of all is the fact that the owner, by her own admission, relayed that mistakes happen all the time. See you in bankruptcy or in jail "Premier" Wedding Rentals.
