Arena's Eis House

We stayed here last week. Could not believe how clean and comfortable the room was. Will definitely stay again. Also one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in at a hotel or motel.

We've been staying here since last year and we love it. The food from their restaurant is delicious (specially the Eis House Burger). The girls are very friendly and overall, I wish I could give more stars.

Great food and service was above average. Drink prices average. Clean and great decor atmosphere for 6;30- 8 pm evening. Friendly service and customers

Food was undescribably amazing. I rate 50 out of 10. Great rooms, great view, great atmosphere, great prices, little to no wait. I suggest the cast iron burger, dont miss out on the EH signature sauce!

Wasn't bad until favorite server left.served soup cold few times had to send back.but then we started doing take out instead for soup.after few months started wondering about servings - asked them about the size was told ran out of bowl to go's - substituted cups instead.charged us for bowl - but served us a cup.owner refunded one but knowing been shorted for months wasn't ok with that. so just check your not getting shorted when you ordered and getting over charged. its a hit or miss not consistent.had to send soup back for being cold.20 min later still no soup - husband was done with his meal - we just decided to leave wasn't worth it no one goes to dinner to watch one person eat and not get served food.need to work on their customer service.and if you pre order prepare to wait.we order before we leave our house - 30 min drive.get there and its never been ready - we've waited 30 min plus for take out once we got there and it was already called in.

Good food I'm always full when I finish my plate. I normally get the chicken parm. Can't go wrong with some curds and chicken wings.

My husband an I stayed over the Christmas weekend.the room was huge an extremely clean.the bathroom was big an nice HOT water! We definitely will be staying again when we visit family!

We had our wedding reception at the Eis House on August 14th. Everyone here worked hard to make our day perfect. The venue was beautiful on the day of and the staff was extremely accommodating to all of our requests. The food served for our wedding was delicious, we chose the American buffet. Overall, we were extremely happy with with our experience at the Eis House!
