The Wellington House

My wife and I were married in the Wellington house many years ago the place is fantastic the scenery is breathtaking and I would strongly recommend it for a wedding venue a part of you and or place to hang out.

I booked the Wellington House for the annual retreat of my university department this week. From start to finish, the planning process was a piece of cake and Tom was excellent. Everyone loved the atmosphere, the food and the grounds were beautiful. Would highly recommend.

Spent a full day at a Department retreat and could not have been more pleased. Continental breakfast and buffet lunch were excellent. The chocolate torte for dessert was decadent and delicious. The service was unobtrusive and perfectly timed. The rooms and surrounding grounds are relaxing and pleasant with a very private feel - as though we were at a country house instead of next to a busy road and mall. Price was completely reasonable and we will be returning in the future. Highly recommend.

My husband and I had our wedding at the Wellington this summer - we both grew up in the FM area and know many people who have gotten married here, had rehearsal dinners, parties, etc. We could not have been happier with the Wellington House--the grounds looked amazing, the food was fantastic and Tom went out of his way to ensure we had all of the food and the specialty beer we wanted.

We could not have had a better experience and we're already dying to have some other type of party there. We had roughly 160 people and the weather was on and off sprinkling, but the house accommodated everyone perfectly, and the tent was amazing for dinner and dancing. All of our guests raved about our wedding and we could not be happier--they loved the food, the music, the bar selections.everything. The only thing we're sad about is that it's all over.we never wanted the day to end.
