Didn't feel rushed at all! Lots of dresses to choose from, all lovely. Everyone there was so nice.

Went in for a bridal dress appointment on a Saturday. They already had about five dresses pulled and ready for me to try on based on my preferences they asked me to email them before the appointment. They really listened to my style and did a nice job with the choices. My consultant Kara was amazing. Very friendly and easy to work with. She did a great job making me and my family comfortable and answered any questions we had. I would recommend Spy Baby and Kara to anyone who wants a personalized and relaxed shopping experience. Thanks for helping me find my dress!

I came in a month before my wedding, they all worked really hard to help me find something off the rack that I loved! They didn't stop until I found /the/ dress! I bought it, and got three fittings in all before my wedding. They worked with me until it fit perfectly and looked exactly how I wanted! Each and ever one of their staff are nothing short of AMAZING! Shout out to my girl, Dita, their seemstress superstar

Came in this past Saturday with my best friend(the bride) and a few of us brides maids. What a wonderful experience! Best place for formal or wedding dresses in Syracuse. The store was adorable and very clean. The young lady helping our group was patient, friendly and fun. I would recommend to anyone 10 out of 10!

I called and scheduled a prom dress appointment. Never did they say that they have only a few dresses to choose from. When we got there they were all surprised to seee we were there for prom because there's no prom happening in the area due to covid. We did drive an hour and 10 minutes just to go to this place. They said we didn't order for prom because we're not having prom in this area. we did find a dress wanted to buy in the meager selection but they didn't have our size. their response was if you can't make the size work we can't help you we will not order your your size. (tried on size 4, needed a size 6) We said thank you very much and left. Very disappointed! Felt unwelcome for sure.

From the moment we walked in the door we were welcomed like family. Marie went above and beyond to help me find the perfect mother of the bride dress. Marie continued to exceed our expectations to help my daughter find her bridesmaids dresses she even called the manufacturer! When my daughter asked if they would be willing to do the alterations on her gown from Another salon she was more than happy to offer her services.

When it came time for the alterations Maria and Dita were absolutely amazing! They are gracious, professional, and expert seamstresses! If you want a locally owned bridal salon that gives you NYC selections and exceptional customer service I highly recommend Spy Baby Bridal

I had high hopes for this place because the dress I bought really was amazing. All of my issues were pre-covid so I don't feel bad about this post. My first encounter was them taking me straight to the plus size section even though basically all of their dresses can be ordered in a range of sizes so that annoyed me. They measured me and ordered a dress based off the widest part of my body (my hips) even though the dress was totally flowy from the waist down.

So when I finally get the dress I try it on and it's HUGE. I mean Huge. The dress was paid for and all sales are final so I couldn't do anything about it. I heard bad things about their seamstress so I took it to my own who said stores order dresses bigger so they can charge more for alterations which made me SO MAD. Basically I hate my dress and I'm stuck with it because it's so big but my seamstress is working her magic. Not feeling like the princess for my big day like I should.

I got engaged in January 2019 and got married 1 week ago (9/21/19). I knew I had to find a dress quickly given my short engagement. My dress came in the first week of August. It was cutting close, but they schedule your fittings as priority based on when you're getting married so this was convenient and reassuring. I had a total of 3 fittings and they adjusted my alterations to what I wanted without question.

There was one minor problem that was a little upsetting. There were 3 small ink stains on my dress when I went to pick it up the day before my wedding. This was very inconvenient as I was extremely busy that day, however, they had it dry cleaned within 3 hours and it was stain free. I understand mistakes can happen, but take it as a learning experience.

Please check the dresses before you bag them up! All an all, I do recommend Spybaby because the staff is very sweet, attentive, and there are many, many beautiful dress styles/options to choose from.

Absolutely awful experience and horrible customer service. The manager is very rude, snotty and unprofessional. If you are looking for wedding dresses or bridesmaids dresses do NOT go here. They will order you multiple sizes too big only to charge you extra money and to make money off of the alterations. If you are in the central NY area I would highly recommend going to NY Bride.

I ordered another bridesmaid dress from here and the service was outstanding, size fits perfectly and barely needs any alterations! Remind you I used the same measurements for each place!

Found my dream dress for the incredible sale price of $50! I'm sure you can find your dream dress too, obviously don't expect to do so for the same price though lol. Helpful and informative staff as well!

The level of customer service I received here was truly remarkable. The care and attention to my wedding dress, as well as the bridesmaids' dresses and MOB dress, made my dreams come true. I will never forget the kindness and love they showed my family. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

My daughter was recently married and we found her dress at Spy Baby over a year ago. From the moment we started working with them they treated us like she was the only bride they were dealing with, the entire process of alterations, they made her a custom veil and final fittings was wonderful, stress free, well organized and made this special time in our life even more special.

They were truly excited about her big day and we loved the whole experience of working with their excellent staff. I would recommend them for all your special event wear needs, especially important events like a wedding.

Just has a wonderful time here. The ladies are welcoming and nice. Great selection of dresses and the seamstress Maria was very knowledgeable in providing what kind of alterations could be done to the dress I selected. I was able to find a modest dress( high coverage and back coverage) in a flattering fun style. I had been all over NYS at bridal shops and I should have gone here first! Make sure to call to make an appointment. Dressing rooms are spacious and there are mirrors and pedestals on floor so you can see what the back of your dress looks like.

Absolutely the best place to go for a wedding dress or a prom dress! My experience was wonderful and the staff was great to me treated me with respect and kindness!

Unfortunately an awful experience. When we first arrived to SpyBaby Bridal my friend and I were not greeted for at least 5 minutes (even though we stood right near the front desk). When we were finally acknowledged it was barely friendly. I am on a smaller budget and was hoping to see dresses priced $800.00 (tops). The woman who was 'assigned' to us nastily and loudly told us that we would have to searchhhh through the racks to try to find something in that price.

My friend and I could not believe how rude and belittling her behavior was. She continued by pulling 3 dresses and told me my room was all set. I undressed and while putting on the first dress I noticed the $1400 price tag! It is one thing if you do not have anything in my price range.it's fine I understand, but just TELL me! Do not stick me in a room with 3 beautiful dresses all $600-$800 above my price range. Will not recommend to my friends one day nor would I recommend to anyone searching for a pleasant experience. Customer service could be GREATLY improved. How rude.

This place is wonderful. I went everywhere in the Syracuse area and this was by far the best bridal store around. I was skeptical bc of the negative reviews online, but it was the best experience ever! If you're looking for a unique bridal gown, go here. If you're looking for run of the mill bridal, go to David's and pray it will look ok when it's shipped from the mass produced factory in China. Everyone, including the owner, is incredibly helpful and friendly.

They allow walk ins which is also a huge perk. I found my same dress at NY Bride but felt so relieved when I found it at Spybaby since the NY Bride associates were really rude and the company is having financial issues so I was worried the store would close (store closes = no dress). Maria, the seamstress is amazing and the sweetest person ever. Don't listen to the other people who have negative things to say, see for yourself!

I had a bad experience due to an employee. The owner called me the next day and was beyond wonderful. It says a lot about an owner who is willing to admit when things go wrong and offer ways to reconcile.

My sister in law bought her wedding dress here. This past Saturday, her wedding day, we could not get her dress tied correctly in the back and it was driving her crazy as it wasn't perfectly fitting. I called Spy babies, they were were fifteen minutes from closing and we were ten minutes away at our hotel about to board the shuttle for her wedding.

With literally seconds to spare before we threw the entire time line off Spy Babies acted quickly (and graciously).they sent a staff member down who tied her dress up as we were loading the shuttle. If this isn't exemplary service I don't know what is. Thank you so much for going above and beyond (and saving the day!).

I was able to get my prom dress here even though I went a little later than I should have! They still had an excellent collection and everyone was very helpful. I loved my dress and I'm so thankful I came here!

Terrible service at Spybaby, they were rude from the start. They acted like they didn't want to help me. They found me the style I wanted and abandoned me. Had to search for an employee for help. When they did help they told me I had big ribs and insisted I go a size up. Then they charged me 15$ for my measurements! They also were talking garbage about other stores and online sites that sell the dress for less. I will never go back and after that experience I remembered why I never wanted to go there.
