Naomi was absolutely amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and like family. The manager Sania was so helpful and helped pull unique and beautiful gowns from their collections. Every time I call to book a fitting Michael is so pleasant to work with on the phone. I have loved my experience overall and have recommended them to all my newly engaged friends.

I never leave reviews but felt like I had to for my absolutely perfect experience at the Wedding Salon of Manhasset. I cannot say enough good things about my bridal consultant, Naomi, in particular. If you're going to have an appointment there you must request her! I had two appointments there. My first appointment was just so that my grandma could come with me to a nearby salon and see me try on dresses since I had an appointment set up in the city. Naomi made the experience so wonderful however, that I canceled my appointment in the city and came back with my mom, future mother in law, and best friend for a second appointment where I found my perfect dress!

She truly listened to what I wanted and she found a dress that not only I loved, but my entire crew also loved (which I thought would be impossible!) My friend who came with me to my appointment is now going here to get her wedding dress with Naomi instead of her original plan! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Thank you Naomi!

If you want to feel beautiful, comfortable, welcomed and ZERO pressure, this is the place! I am so grateful I came to the salon. The staff could not be more gracious and make you feel so confident and calm, despite it being such a big decision. The selection of gowns is stunning, gorgeous, and plentiful. They really work with you to customize and give you exactly what you want. Wish I could give them 10 out of 5 stars.

They have gorgeous dresses and the service is beyond amazing I can't rave enough about the customer service h. The attendant I had Felicia was attentive asked questions about what I wanted in a dress before we started and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. In a time when brides feel so stressed the staff here made me feel welcomed and at ease.

Cannot recommend the Wedding Salon for any bride! The store has a variety of designers, styles, and price points, which works out for any budget. It's also a quick trip from NYC for any city-based brides (you can either drive ~30 mins or take the Port Washington LIRR line to Manhasset). I first looked for my dress in Sept 2019 for my July 2021 wedding (originally scheduled for July 2020) and worked with Naomi on a dress selection.

While I told her I was looking for a certain style, she made sure I tried on a variety of styles - and thankfully I followed her advice because I wound up with something completely different than what I thought I would want. She was so helpful in picking out amazing dresses based on my budget and giving honest feedback. I wound up choosing a Monique L'huillier dress - they were holding a trunk show when I went in.

Due to COVID, I had to pick up the dress in fall 2020 given that they didn't have enough room for all of the dresses for postponed weddings. I went back in in April 2021 for alterations and they did a great job in adding wiring and cups so the dress held up a bit better. All in all, the team is really professional and honest and great to work with!

I came here for wedding dress shopping. While I did not find my dress here, I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service. I worked with Alana - who was so sweet and PATIENT! The managers were involved in my experience as well. They were all picking out dresses they thought would be nice and encouraging me to try on styles I would have never thought of (which ended up changing my whole search!) the prices are on the high end, but they do try to work within your budget and offer discounts where they can!

Stay away. I ordered my wedding dress here pre-pandemic for my Oct 2020 wedding. It was due to come in June of 2020. I stayed in constant contact with them about when it was coming in. They said July, then August, then September. What I would of done if I was still planning on doing something on my original date?- who knows! The dress came in Feb of 2021. (8 months later) I ended up just cancelling my wedding, as there was no end in sight to the pandemic, and just had a casual small celebration.

When I contacted them to tell them I no longer had a need for the dress, my only options were to leave it there and just forfeit my deposit, or pick it up and pay the balance. That's it - absolutely no working with me. My dress came directly from the dress company. It was not altered or tailored in anyway. They can, and I'm sure they will (if they didn't already) sell this dress again.

When I said to them " this dress was not in for my october date, what would of happened if I got married in October?" The woman's answer was "well you didn't" In a time like this, to act like how they did is so unacceptable and wrong. Should be ashamed as a business to act like this in a pandemic!

Love that the staff were wearing masks. My daughter and I had a wonderful experience our consultant was Victoria Turoff. She was wonderful we tried on several dress and loved a Vera wang. We went back for the Vera Wang trunk show and that's when she found her dream dress. It was a Carolina Herrera and we said yes. Victoria and her manger made our experience memorable. Thank you. I went to the salon last Saturday to try on wedding dresses for the first time with my mom and bridesmaid. While there was a little bit of confusion at the start of my appointment and we waited a little while to be helped, I still had a great experience. Alana was so sweet. She retrieved my party, welcomed us and helped us browse racks for dresses I wanted to try on.

I was eventually paired with a consultant named Charmaine and she was amazing. She was so much fun and she knew how to get me into the sample sized dresses. We were laughing and having fun the whole time. She really listened to what I was looking for and pulled dresses accordingly. The other consultants there were also kind and helped pull dresses that were in my style and budget.

They were so attentive and kind, a fact I took for granted until I went to another salon and had quite the opposite experience. I'd totally recommend going to this salon if you are in search of a dress for your big day!

Incredible experience working alongside Victoria to find my wedding dress! She was professional, knowledgeable about inventory, informative about shipping timeframes, sweet, considerate, honest and fun! I anticipated being a very difficult bride to please (dress wise) but Victoria made the experience so easy & fun! Thank you V! And a shoutout to Sonia, thank you for your help as well! I 100% recommend this wedding gown store for all brides!

Came here for to help my sister find a gown. The experience was very unpleasant, as the staff was absolutely rude and disapproving from the moment we walked through the door. Such a shame because they do have nice gowns. If i could give this place a zero, I would. We visited Macy's down the road right after, and they were much more friendly and insightful. Don't waste your time here.

BEYOND DISAPPOINTED! My experience walking in months back and finding my dream dress was fine. but my experience post leaving a $1,500.00 deposit is far from fine! My dress came in and although I was told "someone called" I did not receive a call or message telling me that my dress had arrived. after calling to follow up at the beginning of the pandemic as to what my options were since my wedding had been cancelled the responses were less than acceptable.

My dress came from the designer my size was currently available so this dress was not made or cut for me, I have not seen the dress or had ANY alterations or fittings, clearly this dress can be resold to someone else. My wedding date is June 13, 2020. being that this is not an "ESSENTIAL" business even if I were to take my dress I would not be able to have the alterations done which would make no sense and would not be able to be worn.

I was told that I can pick up my dress and pay my remaining balance as is. I was also told that there are NO refunds on my deposit. If my wedding was cancelled for personal reasons I think that is very fair but being that we are currently living in a "STAY AT HOME PANDEMIC" I do not believe this is right! I would never recommend this place to anyone being that in these times this is how they are treating their customers!

I got the dress today that was better than the dress in MY DREAMS. Nayomi was incredible at helping me find it and was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was fun, professional, authentic and honest. Thank you Wedding Salon for making my dreams come true.

I went into this store with the intention that I was not going to find my dress, it was only the second store I had scheduled and I had at least two more stores to look at that day. Well to my surprise, I found the perfect dress, thanks to Leslie. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. My seamstress Josephine was THE BEST! They worked with my schedule and thanks to them I received alot of compliments on my dress the day of my wedding. Thank you to all the staff at Wedding Salon of Manhasset! I highly recommend them to any bride looking for the perfect dress!

It is such a blessing to be a bride and Felisa Sternbach is a blessing at Wedding Salon. Her kindness, patience and listening ear just made my entire experience so special. I went there: hesitant, nervous and on a budget. She didn't give up on me and made sure I was truly comfortable in my choice. Special thanks to the wonderful owner and staff!

I would not recommend this place (the bridesmaid section) unless you want to leave without a dress and very very angry. The woman who was supposed to help me, spent her time with another group scheduled at the same time. She paid absolutely no attention to me and kept pointing me to the dresses that were on sale. She brought the other group their dresses and cleaned out a fitting room for them.

She helped measure them and fix their dresses, while I was left to my own devices. The two other dressing rooms were filled with wedding dresses and blenders (why?) so I was left to either try on dresses in the bathroom or wait until that entire group was finished. I decided to leave.

Very attentive Staff. Prices are very good. They have some Trunk show discount, which made the price a lot better and the designer of my nieces dress was here and came out to give her advise on the veil and other things. Highly recommended

What a great experience that made my wedding so perfect in the most beautiful dress. Special thanks to Sue and Rosemary who made it possible. Sue for her talent with fabric who fitted my dress up till the last few days before the wedding to make it perfect for my big day and Rosemary for patiently helping me find the right dress. I highly recommend getting your dress here because the service is fantastic! I'd gone to Kleinfeld in the city but this place feels far more premium and the dress fitting is fantastic with Sue.

She calms all your nerves about how you will look and each time you meet with her the dress becomes more and more fitted. She has a special understanding of fabric that allows her to change the bones of the dress to fit your form exactly while maintaining the original key traits of the dress. She hemmed and tightened and her eye towards detail made sure my strapless gown fit like a glove yet not allow for any jiggling flesh to peep out. It made me so confident on my wedding day. Thank you Sue and Rosemary and all the members for the Manhasset Wedding Salon. What a great place!

From the day I walked into The Wedding Salon Of Manhasset, to the friendly greetings from staff, to the beautiful high quality gowns, to the amazing and kind advice from the ladies there, to the AMAZING four alterations by Josephine (who was so kind and patient and talented) I have nothing but positive things to say about The Wedding Salon Of Manhasset! Josephine made my gown fit me like a glove and I received so many compliments on my gown, and I have Josephine to thank for that!

I went to several salons when I got engaged and The Wedding Salon Of Manhasset is by far the best place to go! Between amazing sales staff, to amazing alterations staff, to high quality and amazingly priced gowns/veils.the salon is just amazing!

Shopping at the Wedding Salon of Manhasset was such an enjoyable and memorable experience. I went here a few times and they had a beautiful selection of dresses. I loved the new Oscar and Vera dresses they had! Larissa is absolutely AMAZINGGGG! She is honest, kind, and knowledgeable. I never felt rushed and forced into anything. I didn't get my dress from here because I fell in love with a dress that the store didn't have, if not I would have bought my dress from here. Do yourself a favor and buy your dress from Larissa! I am telling all my engaged friends to go to her!

I found my dress! They have a great selection here and awesome customer service. My sales associate, Alcira, had so much patience. I tried on about 5 or 6 dresses while I was there. She asked me what I was looking for, listened to my requests, helped me get the dresses on and lead me to dresses with the designs I wanted. I placed my order for my dress, my headpiece, and my matching veil. Follow-up, I went back to have my height measured for the hem of my dress and the other ladies that worked there were also super sweet. I would definitely recommend this place and I can't wait for my order to arrive

Amazing experience at The Wedding Salon of Manhasset! Susan and her team truly go above and beyond for their brides. I had Rosemary as my consultant and she helped me find my dream dress! It was a truly perfect fit for me and I couldn't be happier! Hannah was my seamstress and did she did a PERFECT job! Wedding Salon has a fabulous selection of dresses and the staff is very knowledgable, helpful, and energetic! Every appointment was amazing and I highly recommend this store for all future brides!

I found my dress on my first trip here over a year before my wedding and I never looked back. Noreen made everything extremely easy, and seeing her was always like seeing an old friend. To be honest, I was nervous about trying this wedding salon. I know some stores in Manhasset can be a bit snooty, but you'll find NONE of that here. Noreen did everything in her power to make me feel at ease, and I truly felt she understood what I wanted.

She found me the PERFECT dress that I continue to get compliments on weeks later. I had Josephine for alterations, and she is also a true pro. There is nothing that she can't solve. She took in my dress at all of my appointments due to my wedding diet weight loss, and she never seemed put out. Because I was an out of town bride, I had my last formal fitting the Tuesday before my Saturday wedding, and even when she had to take in a good amount, she said it wasn't a problem, and she'd have it ready on Thursday to try on again, and that she did.

The last thing I noticed was that the dress crinkled just a tad when I stood up, and she even managed to do a small pin to fix that! There was a small situation with my veil when I went to pick it up, but the gentleman that assisted me was also on top of things. He wouldn't let me walk out of there until the situation was handled perfectly, and I appreciated his extra effort. My favorite vendor throughout my wedding experience was Wedding Salon of Manhasset. I could not recommend them more highly.

While my bride-to-be daughter, my other daughter and I LOVED every dress she tried on here, she ended up going with another dress from another salon. The gowns here come with a heftier price tag, and that was the deciding factor, sad to say. She has a budget, she would have gone over her budget here, and she ended up not having to do that from the other salon.

Her consultant here was Rosemary, and I cannot say enough about this woman's knowledge, professionalism, and her amazing capacity to surround my daughter with the best of everything. gowns, service, information, and enthusiasm. Rosemary was extremely honest, didn't pitch compliments or comments unnecessarily, didn't try to push anything, but she offered her best, most honest, heartfelt suggestions, and we felt like we were with the best consultant in the trade. Plus, she brought my daughter so many amazing gowns to try on.

One was more gorgeous than the next, and she absolutely nailed what my daughter wanted to see/try on. I truly appreciated everything about Rosemary and am sorry we couldn't get her a sale after all her hard work. It's just one of those things. If you are a bride-to-be wondering if this store is worth your while to visit, I implore you to check them out. but make your appointment (with Rosemary!) early. They fill up quickly!

Saying YES to the dress here is a warm, and exciting experience, far beyond any expectations of how I ever imagined it --- this is a credit to the wonderful women who run the salon, most specifically Stella who was the greatest help of any of the bridal salons I visited in my search. We laughed, we cried, we hugged, it was so happy and fun. Manhasset Wedding Salon was the first stop on my search.after seeing the rest of the salons out there, including Kleinfeld, Pronovias, Nordstrom, Macys, etc., I came right back here knowing this would be the place I bought my dress.

I requested Stella each time I came back because of how patient, and helpful she was from the very beginning. She never once told me that I am late, running out of time, or put any type of pressure to pick the dress and order it. She is warm, caring, provides laughter as well, and is very understanding of how much stress brides may feel while trying on dresses.

At other bridal salons, I felt like a number, simply a dollar sign as if to say, we need to get this sale today. I understand that's the business, but Manhasset's approach actually worked and brought me straight back to me. Thank you Stella from the bottom of my heart for the wonderful experience you provided to me, and my entire family --- Mom's, nieces, sisters, and even my Dad! Love you Stella!

My best friend bride and I, along with the rest of the wedding party, came in here one Saturday. We came here ONLY because there was a dress she had been eyeing and wanted to try on and they had it. This place is ridiculous. I was expecting a high-class, snooty staffed salon and instead we were met with a lackluster experience, complete with snooty staff.

I guess half my expectations were met. The place has ZERO sizes for one. I'm sorry but if you're going to carry dresses, than carry them for the average woman. The largest size they carried was a 10. We all know that this is more like a 6 or an 8 in regular clothes. The saleswoman also made a point of making a comment to my friend that "her size" wasn't one they typically carried. Hmm, maybe you should reference that on your website.

The dresses themselves were not impressive, couture or not, they were not flattering, pretty or clean. They all look yellowed. I'm glad she didn't find her dress here because we left, went to lunch, went somewhere else and then found THE dress. Don't waste your time here.
