Sort and read the negative reviews here on Google before going. The owner Christina has not found her calling running a store for brides. She is unbelievably rude, uneducated, unrefined, and incapable of delivering any level of decent customer service and support. It's not the vibe you want when shopping for your wedding dress and not the type of business you want to support in a City of many.

After the wrong color gown was contracted, signed for mistakenly (when only one color was ever tried on) and ultimately shipped, the woman berated my sister blaming her as she was so indecisive and that it's her fault she signed for it. The woman had zero tact, compassion, or empathy and kept going at it. My sister left in tears. What could have been owned as a mistake turned into the most despicable altercation where everyone was furious.

It's rare in NYC to find this level of service and aside from this, their selection of dresses is very underwhelming and terribly bedazzled. Galia Lahav is the only reason we went and their only decent designer and fortunately, they've just opened their own boutique in NYC so there's no reason to step foot in this establishment. Ladies, you won't regret not dealing with her and finding your dress at one of the many other beautiful boutiques in NYC who have decent, more evolved business owners running them.

I had an amazing experience at Bridal Reflections! Maryjo was my consultant and she was great from start to finish. She was knowledgeable, kind and took the time to help me try on all of the dresses that I wanted. I went to a few other bridal shops in NYC before Bridal Reflections and this shop was by far the best! Thank you for a great experience!

I could not thank the Bridal Reflections team 5th ave enough. Not only did I find my wedding gown and worked with the most amazing consultant Sabrina, the team was ALL so gracious, kind, warm, and caring when my mom was not feeling well from the summer heat (during my appointment). In the hustle and bustle of the wedding industry to find a team so sincere and sympathetic is truly a gift.

I had the most wonderful experience at Bridal Reflections. Kira was the absolute BEST consultant who had a full and complete understanding of what I was looking for and what would work best for my body. Christina did an amazing job showing me exactly what my final dress would look like and helping me to customize it to be my own. I'm so grateful for the team and it was my favorite part of wedding planning so far! Can't recommend this place enough.

They are all so amazing and helpful from the moment you walk in and up until you leave with your dress! The service and client experience is exceptional! If you are a bride in the Long Island, Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan area I strongly recommend coming to Bridal Reflections to find a dress for your special day! The consultant Jackie felt my energy and gave me such a fantastic selection of glamorous gowns. My mom got her wedding dress here as well in the 80s. Jackie made sure I felt comfortable and this moment with my Mom and I very special. I walked into that shop anxious and walked out with my stunning wedding dress ordered crying tears of joy. The prices are also very reasonable. Come here for a dress!

Brides to be, you definitely need to come here for your first bridal gown appointments. The staff is so friendly and my consultant Jackie knew the dress I needed before I did. She was great and has a lot of experience in the business, it definitely shows. I gave her vague ideas of what I wanted and she pulled pieces I loved but didn't feel quite right.

She saved the best for last and it blew me and my family away! I said yes to the dress at only my second appointment searching. She made the process so easy and I can't wait until I get it in my hands!

Brides to be, PLEASE come here to try on your dresses! I made an appointment to try on dresses during the Galia Lahav trunk show and had the most amazing experience. Frances was my bridal consultant and went above and beyond for me! I knew which dress I wanted to try on before my appointment and she pulled that dress, along with similar dresses from the new collection.

She is so patient and sweet and really has an eye for what will look good on each bride! I fell in love with one dress and the manager Kristina was able to get me an incredible discount. I could really feel how genuinely happy she and the whole team are to help brides find their perfect dress. They also helped me work out a payment plan and overall, did everything they could to make my experience wonderful. I will recommend Bridal Reflections to anyone in need of a wedding dress!

Highly recommend. I went to many different bridal salons and BR was by far the most accommodating and had the biggest selection. I ultimately had 1 dress preserved right away due to postponing my original reception and then had my original dress dry cleaned and preserved. The entire operation was seamless and BR made it all so easy. You get what you pay for and I am so glad I went with BR.

I didn't know what kind of dress I wanted but they were so patient and really helpful in helping me find something that I loved. Highly recommend!
