We had the pleasure of working with Josh as we prepared for our September 2021 wedding. Josh was extremely helpful and accommodating and went above and beyond every step of the way. We decided that we needed a tent late in the process and Josh reached out numerous times to work out all of the details with us. I had ordered a large package with Hudson valley for my wedding for 136 people. I had already sent in my deposit and then I saw the two bad reviews on here. I had been in contact through email with Mary and had brought these up to her. She was able to ease my mind. They set up two days before my wedding and took down two days after giving me plenty of time to plan out where I was putting my tables and chairs. Absolutely no complaints. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the service as our tables and chairs were quite dirty. We spent a solid hour cleaning before the event which was not anticipated. While we were covering the tables anyway--I expect to receive clean items for my guests to eat and sit on. On a positive note, they arrived with the tent, tables, and chairs early with enough time for us to prepare for the event. They also came to pick up all the materials as well.

They took my deposit. As they date was approaching for our event I called them multiple times, left voice messages, an email of desperation and didn't get a single response. Finally sent a letter by us mail with an email fireing them. Guess what.they responded, sorry, your email must have gone to spam. I guess my voice messages didn't matter. They haven't return my deposit.
I have heard that I am not the only one that has had to contact an alternative vendor. A terrible way to treat people. I would recommend you look else where for your event needs.
