I ordered funeral flowers on a Friday for delivery on Monday. My floral basket was never delivered. Turns out that the mortuary was outside the shop's normal delivery area. Store manager notified me of this on Saturday and promised on-time delivery by another means. But in the end my flowers were never delivered. The manager apologized and my money was refunded, but that didn't help the mourning family. I should have been advised to order from a shop that was closer to the mortuary. That sort of service would have earned a five start review.

I love this florist! They always have a nice selection of some of the higher end flowers and most importantly the flowers are always very fresh and arranged beautifully, unlike some florists that send fully opened roses that die in two days. They are also so pleasant and the flowers always arrive when promised. I can't say enough positive things about my experience here every time I send flowers. Thank you!

Upstanding florist from the beginning of my interaction with the delivery lady, Sandy, to the owner Patty. The arrangements where beautiful, and their customer service was amazing. Whenever I want to get flowers delivered to my daughter I will definitely call them again. And they actually made the arrangement look like the picture! I am so impressed by them. I live all the way in California, so it's hard doing business this far away. I would give 10 stars if I could!

I've been sending flowers from here for a few years now. I send my wife flowers at her office each Valentine's Day. Jindra delivers fresh, beautiful flowers on time. Being able to shop online and request delivery is very convenient. My wife loves her flowers, it makes her look good at work, and I get brownie points. It's a win win and well worth the money spent.

I live in the state of Pennsylvania and I called this florist to purchase an arrangement for a funeral. I could have and should have purchased with an online vendor; but I thought I would get better results by contacting a local florist. I researched the type of arrangements that I wanted to consider before I made the call. I spoke with Katherine and tried to ask some questions.
First I asked her based on their website what was the difference between the standard size and the deluxe, her response was the price, I also asked what the tax rate in Ohio, her response "8%". At that point we looked 3-Wreaths $125.99, $88.95, and $99.95. I told her the $125.99 item was out I was not going to pay that much. I asked about the size in terms of width and height most of them were not listed.
Instead of answering my question she began to quote me price for some baskets in the range of $49 - I told her that was not what I asked, I asked about the size of the arrangements. She began by telling me that some people cannot afford even the small basket in fact some people could not afford anything. I asked her about the type of flowers in the arrangements she gave extremely long explanation for everything.
At times I tried to ask questions based on what she was saying. She kept talking or would not allow me to complete a sentence. I became annoyed and told her "I am speaking you keep talking over me and not listening to what I am trying to say. We went on to discuss a basket and I settled on the one pictured above- for $89.95. I confirmed with her that size would be the only difference, the assortment of flowers and everything else would be the same.
I offered to purchase directly with her at that point she told me if I purchased online delivery would be free. I went online to purchase it calculated a delivery charge of $12.95 a hidden service of *$9.99. I say the service fee was a hidden charge because unlike their delivery policy (which I failed to read beforehand) there was no disclosure any place on their site regarding this fee.
I called back an got a person who called herself Patty to question the delivery charge and she told me I heard (Katherine) tell you about the charge. I told her I did not hear that she went on to defend the fact that I was told. Patty put my integrity in question and failed to show any semblance of value for a customer. Expectations were met my order was minimized or in blatant terms screwed up, because I outspoken and they did not like what I said.
The arrangement did not contain the flowers that were showcased the basket and the vase had absolutely no resemblance to the one online. The owner e-mailed the picture shown above. I called and spoke with her and made my displeasure know she admitted that she made some substitutions with the flowers no mention of the inferior basket, no thank-you for your business -a show professionalism in spite of how she perceived me.
What I got was a defensive attitude until I partially explained the reason for my attitude. She offered to refund me I told her I was a person of moral character and I would not accept the refund; but, I would like to have the $9.99 for the undisclosed service fee refunded. Conclusion: 1. I was never asked how much I wanted to spend instead I was stereotyped. 2.

I'm not from Cleveland, so I had no idea what florist to go to. When my partner's brother died, I had a horrible experience w/ the place that his funeral home recommended (1800 flowers that went through Wickliffe Flower barn), so I was once bitten, twice shy. We had another death about a month later. This time, I found Jindra's on Yelp, and it had great reviews, and noticed it had good reviews.
Still hesitant, I called instead of ordering online. She took so long and was so patient and kind with me, and made something truly beautiful. Pictured below is the white serenity. At our request, she added yellow flowers to add color, and we chose to add on the crystal cross from another arrangement (my partner and I couldn't agree on the display we wanted, so she made us a compromise!) I hope we don't have any more funerals soon, but I would use her for any needs, and strongly recommend her. Don't go anywhere else. This is the place. She is kind, patient, and makes beautiful flowers!

Jindra is simply one of the best! My wife loved loved loved the fresh flower arrangement designed by Jindra to celebrate our 25th anniversary. I described general colors and type of flowers my wife enjoys and the designer at Jindra made the beautiful arrangement shown. It's now nearly one week after the flowers arrived and they still look fresh and wonderful!
I ordered at noon the day before our anniversary and was surprised that Jindra was able to deliver that same day within a few hours! Very unexpected but really made our day even more special. This was the first time I ordered from Jindra and was so very impressed. Thanks Jindra!

I was in a jam because 1.800.flowers changed my delivery date after my purchase. I canceled the order and couldn't think what to do. I needed these flowers sent the next morning for my daughter's virtual graduation. So calling from Texas, I left a message on Jindra. They called the next morning at 8 and asked what I needed and where to deliver. They then said they would do it. The bouquet arrived on time and was beautiful. Thanks Jindra for helping me out in a pinch!

Jindra are not just wonderful florists but absolutely wonderful people. We reached out to arrange flowers for my father's funeral and even though we're all going through these coronavirus shutdowns, they made it possible for us to have the most beautiful arrangements for my father. They showed tremendous compassion and made this difficult time for us much easier. I highly recommend them.

Had the loveliest experience here today! I wanted to create a nice surprise bouquet for my fiance to come home to and -- even though they were busy -- the ladies in the shop were incredibly nice and helped me pick out beautiful flowers. Excellent place to purchase flowers, great selection. They have a wonderful web site which is just like shopping for anything else. Nice ad ons, and the vase they put the flowers in is a durable one not some thin piece of glass garbage great prices for every budget and supports small business instead of the corporate slugs! My mother-in-law lives in the greater Cleveland area and I've ordered bouquets from Jindra for Mother's Day and birthdays before, and from the pictures she's sent me they've always met or exceeded expectations. I am writing this review, though, because I had accidentally ordered her a Mother's Day bouquet this year even though she had plans to be out of town. Today, the day before Mother's Day, I called Jindra to try to change the delivery date.
I spoke with Patty, who graciously took the time to dig up my order in the midst of today's chaos and ensure that these changes were made without any additional charges. I was impressed how calm, kind, and friendly she was given she is working on a Saturday and it's the busiest day of their year. After experiencing such wonderful customer service, I don't think I can ever go back to ordering through Teleflora, ProFlowers, etc. If you are seeking to order flowers for someone in the greater Cleveland area, I would strongly recommend Jindra!

I live out of town and ordered the winter wonderland bouquet for my mom for christmas, and the bouquet looked more like a mini funeral arrangement, not like the photo on the website at all. All the flowers were there I suppose, just arranged in a clumsy way, I guess spring for the deluxe. She liked them fine, but her impulse was to put them on her alter, where she lights incense for our ancestors. I wanted to these to make her happy! :(( Probably wont order from here again.

I wanted to send some flowers to the wife and decided to check Yelp for local flower deliveries near University Circle (since I was in another state), rather than use the same old websites that charge almost $20 in service fees! Jindra stood out with some great reviews and next day delivery with no extra charges. Also, they had a few good options to choose from, which seemed reasonably priced (unlike $50 for 6 roses). Anyways, placed the order online seamlessly for next day delivery. Decided to go with the "Deal of the Day" aka florists choice, and hoped for the best. Well, the flowers were delivered on time and the arrangement was beautiful.
My wife sent me a picture of the arrangement so you can judge for yourself. I will definitely consider Jindra for my flower needs and would recommend that you give them a call to see if they fit your bill!

I didn't purchase the flowers, but I was the recipient. The person who sent them to me lives in FL, and he said they were extremely helpful and kind. My flowers are gorgeous! They were packaged lovely and handled with care. If he ever sends flowers again I know he'll use this place! We have used those online floral places and the flowers are usually dead or not cared for properly.

Received an Orchid last year from a friend that's still going even with my bad plant luck. Today I received a beautiful arrangement from a friend on a particular hard day of the year for me. As a flower lover, I've had good & bad experiences, & Jindra's has been one of the best. Couldn't be happier with my arrangement!
