Super service - rented 40x80 for a business event with chairs and tables. Received timely quotes, set up was easy and professional, and even though I am sure not normal - was in the area right after our event and had the tent down and chairs and tables out like nothing happened. Good people to work with.

I highly recommend ACC Party Rental. We have now used them for 2 graduation parties, with our second party being this weekend. Josh and his crew showed up this morning at their scheduled time and quickly and efficiently set up our tent and left all other rented items neatly under the tent (linens were given to us to store until official set up). Communication from reservation to delivery was excellent with this company both times. Working with ACC effortless.

As a nonprofit trade association, we hold training clinics throughout Ohio. This past week, one of our clinics sold out near the close of registration (1 week before the event) and we needed to rent a few items at the last second to accommodate. Given there location, I contacted ACC Party Rental and am happy I did. They immediately got me a quote (within 5 minutes), I was able to get it ok'd, and we had a delivery schedule on the books within 30 minutes.

Since we're located in NEO, it's always a bit of a guess as to how something like this will pan out when your working with a company you don't know in a different city. ACC was responsive to all my communication (I didn't have to wait for call backs - someone answered the phone), they delivered everything on time, to the correct location, and picked everything up in a timely manner as well.

Everyone I spoke with was courteous, the quote was very reasonable and I will no-doubt continue to use them for any and all events we hold in the Columbus area, especially if this initial interaction is indicative of what I can expect moving forward. ACC Party Rental was great to work with for our backyard Wedding reception! They delivered and set up 2 large tents, tables, chairs, linens and a chill & fill table. ACC Party Rental is outstanding. Quality people and quality service. We used one of their largest tents and it was amazing. So pretty. Tables and chairs - and a popcorn machine! So fun. They made our daughter's wedding simply perfect!

I hardly ever write any reviews but I had to for this, this company went above and beyond from what was expected from them, we rented a tent, tables and chairs for a graduation party and they were absolutely amazing and I would recommend them to anyone looking for that kind of company, the professionalism, politeness and over all customer service deserves more than 5 stars.

And on top of all that, JOSH moved a ping pong table for me from the backyard to the garage and was very happy to help and they have nothing to do with the table. Again I would recommend ACC Party Rental to anyone.

We had a great experience with ACC! Communication was fairly quick, easy, and straightforward. They delivered our tent, tables, and chairs earlier than expected and set up the tent perfectly!

All the communication from Stephanie and Heather and follow up was excellent from quote, set-up to pick up. Josh, Mike and Sawyer did a great job setting up and taking down the tent in a timely fashion. It poured down rain during our entire event. The tent saved our event and kept us all dry. The window panels are a must to make the space more open and bright. If needed again, we would use ACC, plus they are a local Hilliard company.

We have used ACC party rental for 3 events now and each time they have been wonderful! All the staff have been so responsive and incredibly helpful, especially Heather and Josh. We would highly recommend using ACC Party Rental for any of your rental needs. They have been extremely easy to work with here at the Center Street Market and Crooked Can Brewing Co. in Old Hilliard. Heather and John are so accommodating and have helped us out with many of our party and rental needs. They are always quick efficient and very easy to work with. As we shopped around for a tent rental for my daughter's graduation party, we knew we would have trouble since we had a few special requests that would likely eliminate a number of possible companies. ACC not only accommodated us, but were completely awesome to work with. Dawn was so helpful and responsive and John and his delivery team were professional, prompt, and quick! We used them for tents and tables yesterday for a work event. They were great to work with and took care of everything exactly as planned. Prices were very reasonable as well.

Easy, smooth ordering and payment transaction. Everyone was super friendly from customer service to the guys at the pole building when I picked up the chairs. They loaded all chairs into my van with out even asking. Guys were friendly and polite. Will definable use again.
