Had a wonderful experience and absolutely would recommend! A friend had recommended this wonderful shop to me and I stopped in on a Tuesday afternoon to peak around. Gabriele was friendly and helpful so I made an appointment a week and a half out. Honestly it was the first appointment that I had set and didn't know what to expect. Michele worked with me and handled my extra large group that tagged along.

She made me feel comfortable and educated me so much about colors, fabrics, and styles. My group pulled a good amount of dresses and a few I didn't want to try she was helpful in making sure I didn't try anything I didn't like and my group didn't even notice! Gabriele stopped by a few times with dress suggestions and more education (seriously I learned so much).she addressed me and my group so everyone was involved.

I ended up falling in love with a dress but had to sleep on it just to be sure. There was ZERO pressue put on me which I REALLY appreciated! They held it for me and I picked it up this morning with Kelsey who was very kind and very helpful. Again she educated me on alterations and when I need to get that process started. Absolutely a wonderful experience! So helpful for a bride like me that had no idea where to start. I'm absolutely tickled that the dress was such a wonderful experience!

I typically do not write reviews but I can not say enough amazing things about this place! Shopping for wedding gowns was the most mentally exhausting thing I've ever done. I went to 4 other bridal shops and Gabrieles was the only shop that I felt relaxed and at home in. She works so hard to make sure you find just what you are looking for and knows everything there is to know about wedding dresses.

I went to my bridal appointment with her.ran out of time and had to go to another appointment at another salon and she even let me come back after my other appointment to try on more dresses. I found my dress and couldn't be more happier with it. She also gave me other things for free for my wedding day. The best part too was the prices! She got me a dress $1500 under my budget and it's a Stella York! She told me to use the money I saved to buy a house and be married. She is truly a kind hearted soul and I would recommend her to anyone!

Don't waste your time stopping in without an appt! After driving 30 minutes to get to the salon, I met one of my bridesmaids here at 4:30pm on a Tuesday. We were the only ones in the store and were greeted by the owner who asked what we were looking for. We said bridesmaid dresses and she pointed to the rack of where they were. We found three styles that we were interested in and as we were discussing trying them on, the owner said an appointment was required to try on. Again, we were the only people in the store.

We put the dresses back on the rack and walked out, continuing to chat in the parking lot for a good 15-20 minutes. Nobody else went into the store! Pretty ridiculous we weren't able to try on the dresses - I have 7 bridesmaids and we were interested in $300 dresses that she is losing business on.

I don't want to make this review all about how bad Wendy's bridal is, but Wendy's is the worst company, (customer service, ethics, business operations - all horrible). I originally went in after buying my dress at Wendy's bridal feeling like there was no hope for it and that I'd have to buy a new dress. So when I arrived at Gabriele's I was very unhappy (still mad about Wendy's!) but prepared to hear that I couldn't alter my current dress and that I'd just have to buy a new one.

They did not push me to buy a dress from their store, but instead took time to understand my concerns. They explained what could be altered to change the parts of my dress that I didn't like and were very up front with everything including timeline, price etc. They were able to alter my dress for less than what a new dress would cost. They did a fantastic job, the dress looked totally different than when I brought it in originally.

I was so happy and amazed at the talent and ethics - something you don't find at most bridal shops. They could've pushed me to purchase one of their dresses, or told me that they couldn't alter my dress because it had some jersey material and beading, but they took on this dress and put my mind at ease.

Gabriele is an expert in her line of work. She won't sell you a dress that isn't stunning on you. She's honest, to the point, and full of life. Absolutely the best place to get your dress!

This woman is the nightmare for all bridesmaids! Not only was I misinformed the French Messiah was less than kind, nor did she express to us that these dresses ran small. I work with HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE, and never will I ever ever ever suggest this place again!

When I originally went into the store to order the dresses the customer service was great. They told my one bridesmaid that since she was losing weight they could alter her dress up to week in advance. Now that the time has come she was completely rude in the fact that we didn't take her suggestions and that they can't get her in to alter it because it's "wedding season" and they are overbooked.

Gabriele would do anything for her customers- she explains every single motion of the alterations & how she's going to make you look gorgeous. It's such a personal experience & they all do such a great job there of making you feel calm & excited. Any alterations or formal dresses I need in the future- I'm getting from there!
