Would have been 5 stars if I could rate on initial experience. But the fact that I drove back 4 times for fitting for my dress and still had to stuff my bra for my wedding really knocked it down a notch or ten. As well as them messing up the tuxes 4 days before the wedding and blaming me for the screw up. Very VERY rude and offered no reimbursement for their mess ups. Unbelievably frustrating for how expensive they are, ud think everything would be flawless. I do NOT recommend.

I had a great time at Emmy's picking out my wedding dress last weekend. My mom and I both had an amazing time and were thrilled with our consultant Angie, and the entire store. They had the prettiest dresses, including all of the ones I had seen on designer's websites that I wanted to try. Angie ended up picking the dress that I purchased and it was perfect. The other employees were also super friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I personally can't say "thank you" enough for your efforts in making my wedding perfect for me and Taylor. From the going above and beyond to making sure we had everything we needed even when things didn't fit right or fed ex was needed. The prices are affordable and experience is worth the cost. I'd definitely recommend this place for your tux or suit rentals as they will treat you like family. Thanks again.

Glad it's not my wedding cause their dress selection and everything looks cheap for what pricing. The atmosphere is uncomfortably suffocating, unwelcoming, and judgy. We went in their for tux fitting and to pick up and the tall blonde lady with short hair was very unwelcoming. Only "helped" because it's her job but honestly don't bother.

My daughter, who is getting married in September, and I went last Saturday to Emmy's to look for mother of the bride dresses for me. I had called the afternoon before to set up an appointment and inquired about plus size MOB dresses and was told they did. I have to say that I was quite anxious looking for a dress because of my size--28. I was not disappointed when we arrived.

We were greeted by Mandy, who was warm, kind and extremely helpful. She inquired if I had style in mind and I showed her what I was looking for. They had the dress that I wanted and although it did not fit perfectly, I was able to try it on and see what it looked like. My daughter and I fell in love with it! Mandy took my measurements to ensure I ordered the correct size.

And in doing so, made me feel very comfortable in my own skin! Mandy also spent time helping my daughter with questions regarding bridesmaid dresses. She was so helpful. I have to tell you, the customer service at Emmy's was outstanding. I would highly recommend them. Thank you, Mandy for your help. I am so very grateful!

If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would! I was nervous to go wedding dress shopping because I am the queen of picking myself apart but let me tell you my entire experience was nothing short of a dream. I went when they had their summer sale and they had an incredible selection of gowns at great prices. I absolutely loved every gown I tried on and ended up deciding on the most gorgeous dress that I cannot wait to wear on my big day.

The whole staff was so friendly all the way through the process. I am from Cincinnati and recommend ALL my friends make the trip up to Emmy's to find their dream gown like I did. I truly cannot recommend Emmy's enough!

The lady with the short blonde hair is who helped me and was super amazing! Loved having her work with me. She helped pick out some gowns after I told her my style that I wanted, and seemed to know what she was talking about compared to some of the other workers there when I went with my friend. Since none of my bridesmaids were there with me, she basically took their role and was a lot of help! Made me feel very comfortable.

I would say for a small town boutique they have a good selection of wedding gowns, and dresses overall. Their package deals are pretty nice too! I guess it all depends on which employee you get to help you, to determine if it's a good or bad experience!

Very helpful staff. Helped and encouraged me when i was disgruntled with what to get and my size. So frustrating. But with a heavy receipt walking out, i found the absolute perfect dress. Will def buy here again.

A little cramped however they had lots of dresses and lots of dressing rooms along with huge well mirrors. Great selection but all of the dresses are quite expensive. Still cool to try them on! The worker my friend and I interacted with was a little cold and though she warmed up after we tried on a few dresses, she still wasn't as friendly as she should have been. Maybe she was having a bad day

If you want a suit that fits, here is not the place to go. If you are from out of town, you are sunk, as they won't do alterations the day of the wedding. No one in the wedding party had properly fitting suits or dresses. Avoid.

I went wedding dress shopping there last week, and upon walking in I saw the perfect dress on a mannequin. I tried on some other dresses, and I even went somewhere else to try on dresses, but I couldn't get that one dress out of my head. So, my mom and I went back to the store and put down a deposit. It's about as stress-free as it gets!

I loved the selection of designers and sizes they had available so you could really narrow down what would work best for you. They are super friendly, and I cannot wait to work with them after the dress arrives and throughout alterations and all the rest. The prices were also right in the range I was expecting. Overall, it was a nice, relaxing experience.

My experience with Emmy's only goes up to actually purchasing my dress, but so far I'm very impressed with the selection and the customer service. The dress arrived before they had estimated it, and we're on schedule for alterations and everything else. My dress was EXACTLY what I had in mind going into Emmy's, and it was even below what I had expected to pay. So far, I highly recommend checking out Emmy's.

Emmy's Bridal is incredible! It was the first store I went to, and I ended up buying the first dresses I tried on! I know that doesn't ring true for a lot of brides-to-be, but it happened to me. I highly recommend setting up an appointment, because the you get all the attention you want and expect. My consultant was Mandy, and she was a doll.

She made the experience relaxed, smooth, and most importantly, fun. She listened to exactly what I told her I was looking for, mind you, I was very picky on certain details, and she delivered, even suggesting dresses that I wouldn't have picked on my own, granted I was open to at least trying other things on. I ended up loving and picking the dress she had first suggested, too.

I read a handful of bad reviews on other sites, but now I'm convinced that those people were just difficult to work with and not open to other possibilities. I highly recommend going here for a dress, be it bridal, or prom/party.
