Genell's Flowers

I am very grateful to this shop. I worked at a salon and asked for some arrangements there a few years back, and they did an outstanding job. So much so that I kept ordering from them since I moved to Troy in 2018. I currently ordered Christmas arrangements from them as gifts and received complements about them. Thank you so much for your beautiful work

Genell's was amazing at every step of the wedding process! Casey carefully listened to our ideas and completely understood the vision. She was flexible, knowledgable, and a great communicator. Genell's created a test bouquet a few weeks before our wedding to make sure I loved it. They took care of all the installation details, only bringing me in when needed.

Best of all, the flowers were gorgeous and exactly how I imagined them. Genell's offers quality service with creative flowers at an incredible price point. I would recommend Genell's to anyone.

Went in for the first time for flowers for my Mom's funeral. The lady was rude didn't smile or even tell me her name. She looked at me and made me feel awkward by asking if I wanted to arrange the flowers or have her do them. The point of going there is to get someone to do them for you. She pointed to the front and said flowers are there and there was only a single bouquet of roses. I said I had a vase to put them in. Then made me pick out a selection on my own in the back. Had to wait 15-20 mins to get it done. Not worth going back.

The Genell's Flowers team is incredible to work with. Not only do they do a great job creatively with their many floral products and services, but they're a joy to work with! Being a professional photographer who's worked with Genell's Flowers at wedding events and styled sessions, I've gotten to experience their work ethic and personalities when they are leaning into the client's vision and when they've been given creative freedom. I recommend them to all of my clients and encourage others to consider them for their floral design needs.

If your looking for a nice experience because your excited about a special occasion, I wouldn't recommend them. The flowers look nice but flowers are nice I'm general right. The service is what I was expecting to be nice. No offer of anything and had to ask questions I feel Should have been brought to us as they were options/extras for what we ordered.

Not a bad place but not the experience I was hoping for and because of that, I will not shop there anymore. There is too many other places to try to get the warm feeling you expect to get when ordering for special occasions and once in a lifetime occasions.

This shop has reliable, trustworthy and kind people working for it. I heard an old friend needed cheering up and I ordered flowers online, to be delivered. I liked the arrangements pictured and thought they were lovely and not gaudy. I live in another state, and when this shop was unable to deliver my flowers, they tried to phone me every day for days and left messages.

There are a lot of businesses in this world that would have attempted one call and hung up without leaving a single message. I had been given an incorrect address for my old friend who lived 120 miles away by a third friend. I receive so many horrible robocalls on my phone that I rarely check messages. The fact that I noticed daily voice mails from the same number in Ohio made me realize it was the flower shop and I needed to call them immediately.

I am thankful that this business cared and was so committed to providing the flowers I paid for. I moved away from Ohio many years ago but still have family there, and it makes me happy to know it is still the place where I grew up, a place of honest, caring and hard working people.

Kim and her team made our wedding so perfect and beautiful. We had our wedding in Columbus but Kim delivered the flowers the day of and set everything up. Everything turned our perfect from the meetings we had with her, example pictures we shared, and samples she showed us. In fact, it all turned out even better than we had anticipated in our minds. Everyone commented how beautiful the arrangements and decorations were. Thank you Genell's for everything you added to our day!

It was so great working with this florist (I think I worked with the owner's daughter). She walked me through everything I wanted for my wedding. Everything was beautiful and they did the set up and collected the rented stuff (i.e. vases) afterwards. Plus they gave very reasonable prices. I would highly recommend using their services.

Saw the reviews and gave it a try while passing through to visit family. What a delightful shop! Such a beautiful variety of arrangements and floral decor. Reasonably priced and very speedy for an unexpected trip. Will be back again when in town!

The staff here was friendly and helpful and the flowers I ordered were very pretty. BUT.within just a few days the flowers were dry and droopy (with proper care by the recipient). Flowers are too expensive to only last a couple days. 5 stars for customer service and friendliness. 1 star for flower quality. I don't think I'll be ordering from here again.

All I can say BEAUTIFUL! I was working on a limited budget for my wedding flowers and I got way more than I could even imagine.my bouquet was absolutely gorgeous, as well as my wrist corsages for our moms and my matron of honor as well as the bouts for my son and our best man. The greenery for the head table was absolutely magical.now mind you, I absolutely no idea what I was doing, but was guided along in the process. Kim did a gorgeous job (and you were so patient with me!).I thank you so much. You made my wedding flower dream come true!

Stopped in here by pure chance, looking for a bouquet for a table centerpiece. They let us into their cooler and pick out exactly what we wanted. Ended up leaving with what I would have expected to be 100$ for only 30$! Great value, great service!
