The Woodlands can accommodate elegant wedding receptions, club events, business meetings and seminars, or any other special event. The Woodlands in Cleves, Ohio, can accommodate groups as huge as 1000 people. The Woodlands Crystal Room in Forest Park can accommodate groups as huge as 275 people.

The Woodlands in Cleves has a minimum guest count in the South Hall of 100 people and in the North Hall of 150 people for one room, 350 for double rooms on all Saturday evening bookings. Discounts are available for Friday nights and Saturday afternoon bookings. Special discount rates may be available for Saturday afternoon, Sunday and weekday events.

We are not just a host of wedding receptions. The Woodlands provides an exceptional place to hold your corporate or social event. Great location includes free parking for everyone, and we customize the space and setting to your event and size needs. We have handled hundreds of different business seminars, holiday parties of all types, school proms, anniversaries as well.
Every bar package includes one Bartender for the first one hundred guests. We will add one bartender for every hundred guests at a charge of $100 per bartender added. No shots will be served on any open bar package. Bar service will start 15 minutes prior to your scheduled event and end 15 minutes before your scheduled event ends.
At The Woodlands, we strive to be your full-service banquet facility. That is why we partner with professional DJ services, bakeries, and other unique touches to enhance your special event. The Woodlands has an several independent professional bakers that can create any kind of cake you desire. They have all flavors available and can design wedding cakes and sheet cakes with corporate logos or any design.

I just had my daughters wedding at The Woodlands. It was a nice venue to have her wedding. However, one of the staff was dancing with a guest. Which I was not paying her to entertain the guests! Also, they started cleaning up before the reception was even over. They should wait until the guests leave to start cleaning up. It seemed that they were rushing everybody out.

From a photographers point of view, I enjoy having weddings at the Woodlands. The far right room is very spacious with a nice dance floor. The food is always good (catered on site) and the staff is kind. I find it easy to light the entire space without worrying over anyone running into my lights or being in the way. The grounds have plenty of parking as well as nice areas to step outside for pictures (up closer to the entrance). I'm always happy to return! -Marie Diane Photography

I highly recommend The Woodlands venue for your event. Our daughter and her (now) husband celebrated their wedding reception there this past weekend. The place itself was beautiful, the staff was professional, and courteous, and Dave did everything in his power to make the evening a memorable one. It's a hidden gem on the West Side!

The Woodlands was great for my daughter's wedding reception. Dave and the entire staff were great and very helpful. My Daughters Original date was pushed back due to COVID19. Dave was very flexible with rescheduling due to this and kept us updated with the changes and all the details that came with the COVID19 changes and restrictions. Donna was outstanding and very helpful leading up to the reception. Donna was very helpful in setting up the hall.
Setting up the cake table and all of the special details! Rachel the Room Captain the night of the event was very helpful and the entire staff that evening was also very helpful during the event and at the end of the evening loading up the gifts and the flowers and decorations etc. The food was great and the entire woodlands staff was great! I cant thank Donna enough for all of her help!

Woodlands the place that stays tuned in with all events held there. The bar has been set high when it comes to everything in general. The staff provides excellent service and look very professional. The food is great the drinks are cold. I have been here several times and everything I wrote is consistent There are 2 seperate buildings I have been to only 1 but been in all the rooms in it. Visually indoors and out very well kept even the restrooms were very clean and well kept. I would recommend for a little or big formal or not event see Dave he has you covered.

My husband and I just had our wedding reception at the woodlands. The food was great and the hall is very well kept. Staff was amazing and very polite. They made sure our night was one to remember. I highly recommend the woodlands for any special event for anyone. Dave was wonderful with helping plan our reception.

I'm a photographer and have worked at many venues. The staff at the woodlands is what stood out the most. They are very nice, accommodating and do a great job. The food was good and the place was open so everyone could see the dance floor easily and have room to move around. Campbell lakes is close by and a great spot for Photography before weddings.

I have been to a lot of wedding s here the food and service has gotten progressively worse. The food was border line in edible and had been reheated multiple times. The salad was full of old brown leaves if I could I would give it less than one star. Serving old food is uncalled for and serving food that is that bad for the prices that you charge is boarding criminal if you ask me.

We had our Wedding reception at The Woodlands and it was amazing. The prices were extremely fair compared to everywhere else I looked at. The venue was clean and beautiful. I Worked with Ray and Dave and they are the nicest people ever. I don't have any complaints about the Woodlands. The food was amazing. From what all my guest said. The staff was top notch and they made my night one to remember. Thank you guys for an awesome venue to have our wedding at.
