Fassler Florist & Giftshop

I've had nothing but wonderful experiences with the staff at Fassler Florist and cannot recommend them enough. I've sent arrangements for birthdays, gotten prom and homecoming boutonnieres and corsages, sent sympathy arrangements and living planters and have always received friendly service. They always hit the perfect notes with every arrangement.

I work for an apartment community and use them often to send arrangements to residents and they are always well received and appreciated. Everyone I have ever spoken to has been accommodating and kind. Highly recommend using Fassler for all of your floral needs!

I love Fassler Florist! I've always been thrilled with the arrangements I've ordered for friends and family. They are always friendly and courteous, taking time to answer my questions and provide suggestions. They're reasonably priced and their flowers are gorgeous. My favorite florist in northern KY!

I live out of town and placed a floral order for a family member, in Florence, funeral through a link (Tribute) provided on the obituary listed on the funeral home's website. Tribute sent the order to Fassler Florist in Ft. Wright. The site conveyed that delivery was guaranteed to be "hand-delivered" to the funeral home before the viewing of my family member.

The guarantee mentioned my family member's name and the funeral home. So, I decided to place the order solely based on the reason it would arrive at the funeral home for the viewing even though I was ordering it late in the day. I was relieved it was guaranteed to be there in time for the viewing in spite of my last minute order and the promise of having it there before the viewing justified my decision to spend $140 for a floral arrangement.

Not long after I placed the order, the florist (Destiny) called me (10:10 pm) from her cell phone in her car, to let me know she received the order and would, "take real good care of it", but she could not guarantee that it would reach the funeral home before the viewing or the funeral tomorrow. She said not to worry, the funeral home would make sure the family got the arrangement.

I mentioned the guarantee from the website and she became snarky and defensive. She told me "not even Amazon can guarantee and order in under 12 hours!" and that she was just now leaving work at 10 pm and would not return until 10 am the next morning. I told her that I would not have placed the order without the promise of delivery before the viewing and that I would like to cancel the order.

She responded with derogatory remarks about she was a "live person, and not someone in the Philippines" She refused to give me information about who I could talk to about this matter. She said she would email her contact from the Tribute website after she arrived at work tomorrow. UPDATE: I have filed complaints with Tribute, and the funeral home complining about the experience I had with Fasslers. FlowerRama in Florence was more than happy to make an arrangement and have it delivered before the viewing for a much better price and a much bigger, more attractive arrangement than the one from Fassler.

This is a SUPER great place for flowers, customer service, friendliness, and quality. I've been ordering flowers here for my wife since 1996. I've never been disappointed (EVER). Big shout out to the Fassler family and staff members

Awesome service! Just completed a conference in Cincinnati, the fresh floral designs of anthuriums were perfect for our 3 day event! 5 Star folks! Call and ask for Destiny or Celeste personally, They will knock it out of the park!

Destiny and the staff at Fassler are outstanding! She saved a botched corsage I had received from another florist, and was able to transform it into something beautiful the day of the event. It was a busy weekend full of high school dance orders and (2) weddings, but she still took the time to help me last minute and did a great job! Above and beyond excellent customer service! Now I know to go to Fassler first!

I had an unfortunate experience today with Fassler. I ordered an expensive flower arrangement for my wife for our 30th Anniversary. I ordered it three business days before it was to be delivered. As of 1:30 PM on our anniversary, the flowers have yet to arrive. I called Fassler to ask what happened. They told me, "we deliver to Ohio first." I told them that mid-afternoon delivery days after I placed my order was unacceptable.

I was then told, "you did not tell us you needed a special delivery." (My faulty, oopps!) I said that mid-afternoon delivery under these circumstances was never acceptable. The person I spoke with kept on making excuses. By the way, the flowers have yet to arrive!

So thankful for Fassler's Florist. They have consistently delivered beautiful flowers for many occasions over the years. Destiny did an AMAZING job on this arrangement for Ben's service. Thank you for taking great care of your customers.

Fassler's is the only place we go for flowers for any occasion! They did a great job on our wedding three years ago. In fact, people are STILL talking about our flowers. They did a fantastic job on flowers for father's funeral last year. Destiny and Celeste are the ones to see if you want something special and nice looking. The flowers last longer than any other florist we have used in the past! And they are easy and fun to work with!
