Bayside Tent and Table continues to add new inventory for the 2021 spring and summer season ensuring that the tent you choose will be of the highest quality. Our Eureka Genesis rope tents are enormously popular for wedding functions of all sizes. We also carry a full line of frame tents. Sturdy and dependable, the frame tents can be assembled in almost any area.
At Bayside Tent, we continue to add new items regularly to our inventory to help better service our customer's party needs. We have many styles of tables and chairs for all of your events. We also have a wide variety of china, glassware, silverware and linens to choose from. Our new line of dance floors are called New England Plank - a very popular and great looking style floor. We hired Bayside Tent for a family reunion this past weekend. The setup team showed up on time and was more than helpful. The first night of a two night event was a virtual monsoon but everybody in the tent was dry and out of the wind. The next morning the setup crew showed up just to make sure we survived and to see if everything was alright, which it was.
Ryan, from Bayside Tent, was absolutely terrific to work with! He and his staff are such hard workers; putting up this tent on an ocean from home on a windy day proved very challenging. They were professional and courteous. The tent was gorgeous, new and very impressive. Ryan was very easy to work with and very accommodating.

We contracted with Bayside Tent to put up a 20X20 tent and provide table, chair and linen rentals for a wedding brunch in September 2021. From my first contact with Ryan, the owner, everything went smoothly. Ryan easily accommodated some changes in my order a couple of months out and the set up and removal went smoothly and more quickly than when we used another tent company.
With so many wedding vendors being completely pressed this year with far too much work, Ryan did a great job of communicating with me and delivering on what I ordered. I would recommend Bayside Tent highly to anyone.

Bayside Tent and Table Rentals was amazing to work with. We hired them to provide multiple tents and tableware for our daughter's wedding which was at our home. Ryan at Bayside Tent was fantastic. In advance he scoped the property and made great recommendations about the size and layout for our event, and counseled us on details like adding lights inside the tent (didn't realize how important that was for a daytime event!). When the weather turned just days before out event, he was able to pivot with us to enlarge the tent and add sides to help it stay warmer inside.
After everything was set up he realized one piece was missing for one table, and went out of his way to get it and bring it all the way back to our property so the setup was perfect. His team was friendly, respectful, timely and did an A+ job setting up the tent, tables, chairs and all the rentals we ordered. Great communication, friendly service, quality product.

Bayside helped us with rentals for our small wedding during a PANDEMIC! They were amazing, flexible, helpful, honest and just all around great. Ryan was extremely responsive and great to work with. I cannot say enough good things about them. When it came to set up and break down they were very helpful and quick. I highly recommend Bayside!

On Sunday the crew broke everything down in no time at all and was so polite and friendly. We would definitely recommend them and use them again if ever needed.

We recently used Bayside Tent for my daughter's graduation party. Bayside Tent went above and beyond in party planning! Yes, party planning! Ryan promptly returned phone calls of my questions/concerns and accommodated all of my needs. His staff were professional and punctual. Set-up was long before the party started, which gave me plenty of time to get everything in order. We had a wonderful experience with Bayside Tent!

We hired Bayside to setup up a backyard tent, chairs and tables for 60 person wedding last summer and were very happy with the setup and the service. They set the tent up with plenty of time for us to get everything in place and good thing since it ended up raining that morning. We had forgot a few tables for drinks and they brought them right over for us before the ceremony started.
The tents, tables and chairs were clean and the service was very good. Also they were very helpful when we were planning our wedding. They recommended many vendors and we ended up with a great catering company that fit our budget. Would definitely use these guys again. I'd highly recommend these guys.

Are you looking to open a tent company? the Cape might be the place! Bayside tent apparently did not get the memo about exceeding customers expectations. The mud and grass clippings on the tent weren't exactly what we had in mind. chairs were dirty and the tables were old. Chairs and tables were just dropped off in piles. The chair and tables were not unfolded or set up, the extra half hour it would have taken them sure would have made us tell our quests how great the company was at pleasing it's customers. I would strongly suggest that Bayside survey their customers as to service and satisfaction.
