Both of my visits were incredible experiences. I had accidentally made an appointment here and it was the best thing that could've happened. I originally thought it was Watertown, CT. and then when I put it into my GPS it said a couple hours and I panicked. I had a feeling that I should keep the appointment and go anyway and im so glad I did! My first I worked with Sara.

She greeted us at the door and made us feel so welcome! She brought us over to the suite where I'd be trying dresses on and then gave us a tour of where to find certain designers I was interested in. We went back to the suite with multiple dresses. I tried on the first one and before even seeing it in the mirror, I was bawling. Sara was so sweet and encouraged me to still try on the others I had picked out just in case and to make sure I was certain with my decision.

I tried each one on and then we tried on the first one again and it was definitely the one! I loved all of the dresses there and I'm glad one made me cry because I would've had such a hard time if I didn't have such an emotional connection to it. Sara then helped me to pick out a veil and look at accessories. She ordered a custom veil for me that matches my dress perfectly.

I also ordered a beautiful denim jacket with my future name on the back and we also put Vows Bride on the collar so that I could always remember this amazing experience I had finding my dress. The veil ended up coming in sooner than the dress and Vows was kind enough to ship it to me for free and I received it within a day or two of them sending it!

The staff was so polite and respectful over the phone when I called to inquire about shipping it inside of in store pick up. Everyone here was so kind and respectful to the fact that I was traveling out of state. My second visit, I returned with my sister to pick up my dress! We worked with Jess and she was amazing! She gave me time to try it on and take pictures and even helped me try it on with my shoes.

It was so lovely that both of my visits felt like I was working with close friends or family that were just as happy as I was and didn't treat me like just another sale. Both Sara and Jess took their time with me and really made me feel special. I was never rushed or made to feel like a bother! This place is amazing and I recommend it to everyone and talk about the incredible experiences every chance I get! We will definitely be coming back in the future when it is my sisters turn to find a dress of her dreams.

I ordered my dress from a bridal shop in Brooklyn, NY. They ordered the wrong dress and I only have 1.5 months until my wedding! I called vows in Massachusetts and they had a sample of the correct dress and Susie said she would sell it to me. Even though she was booked, she squeezed me in with an appointment because I was traveling to Massachusetts this past weekend for a bridal shower.

The dress was in perfect condition and Susie was a delight to work with. Vows saved my butt and they are the best bridal store. Beautiful dresses, beautiful store, everything clean and in good condition, and the best service. Thank you so much for helping me.

I had the most amazing experience at Vows! As a plus size bride who always has a difficult time shopping I was very hesitant to go dress shopping to begin with. Catherine was INCREDIBLE at making me feel like a bride and not a "plus size bride". She made me feel so comfortable and was a fantastic support who gave great advice. I tried on under ten dresses and found the one within the first three I tried on. An incredible experience and Catherine was the best consultant I could have hoped for. My dress is more than I could ever imagine, in budget, and shockingly fit like a glove. Highly recommend checking them out if you are looking for your dream dress.

When I bought my dress last year my experience was excellent. I believe I was helped by a consultant named Camille. The selection was great and overall I really enjoyed myself. When I went to pick up my dress this year the lady (black hair, glasses) who helped me was rude and told me to hurry up when putting on my new gown, which completely surprised me since my initial visit was so great.

My last visit at the store completely overshadowed my positive experience. I wish I never interacted with that employee, whom I believe was a manager. She completely ruined my wedding dress shopping experience. I wish I could've picked the consultant because I would pick Camille every time.

I went to vows in 2019 to find a wedding dress for my 2020 wedding (which was postponed to August 2021). For two full years the dress remained flawless. In 2019 they shipped it out to California for me as well. VOWS was the third bridal shop we tried and they were hands down amazing! Mandy was the absolute best and helped me say yes to the dress! She helped to pull things I had saved on my wishlist and other dresses that were my style. She could instantly tell what I liked and did not like and helped guide me to finding my dress! The entire experience was organized, made me feel comfortable, had a huge selection of dresses, and was simply the best!

I recently went here to go dress shopping for the first time. my sales person told me that "there's a time limit" and we had to be done by 12pm. The overall experience, I felt like I was rushed. Then once I picked a dress I liked, I felt like they were pushing me to buy it that day. I ended up taking a step back, went to Alexandra's bridal boutique and had a completely different experience. They did not rush me at all. I was able to take my time. And the girls there were so so helpful and did not tell me I had to be done at a certain time.

As a plus size bride, I had a FANTASTIC experience. So much to choose from. A great consultant who never made me feel pressured. A wonderful large dressing room. I never felt rushed and I felt like the consultant truly listened to me. I'm a second time bride and shopping 15 years ago (never at VOWS) was a totally different (and terrible) experience. Highly recommend for plus size brides.

I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a great experience in purchasing a wedding dress. They have legit held onto my dress for over two years since COVID hit while I was unable to have a place to store it in mine and my fiance's small little apartment / the funds to pay the remainder of the total owed. I have heard horror stories from other bridal stores and I am beyond blessed at how generous and patient they have been.

I had someone refer me to Vows and after visiting two very bougie Boston bridal salons this place was an oasis - Olivia and team were incredibly kind and accommodating. The Special rooms to view the dresses with the curtain reveal are great when showing family and very private which I liked! They even have an area with different lighting so you can see your dress in, "nighttime lighting".

They have been incredibly helpful as well when my mom switched the veil option last minute (even after it was purchased.) in helping me find a replacement for the first one that was longer. All in all can't recommend enough! Made the process so easy on me. Thank you so much!

Had the best experience, ever! Krystal was absolutely fantastic. With only 4 months to find a dress, I was nervous I wouldn't find anything.however, Krystal was able to find so many options that would come in this month! I visited several other shops before Vows and they were all very rude/told me I was crazy to try to find a dress within that timeframe.

Not the case with Vows! Additionally, I was able to find a dress for 1/2 of my budget which is a huge plus. 100% recommend. Wish we just came here first! Nothing but the best to say about this shop.

My appointment got cancelled at another place because of weather, a friend had recommended this place and I nabbed a same day appointment. I walked in completely unaware of what a gem this place was. Sara was wonderful, she had me try on way more than 5 dresses and insisted I try on the two I was stuck between as many times as I needed! She gave frank, helpful advice and picked out the dress for me that ended up being the dress I chose!

It was a wonderful experience and I couldn't be happier with the quality of my dress and the price that I got, which Sara helped negotiate knowing the gown I fell in love with was slightly beyond my budget. Quick, painless and I did not feel rushed, 10/10 recommend.

Don't get me wrong, I had a lovely experience here! However, I was a year out from my wedding when I started dress shopping. Plenty of time to shop, decide, order, alter. When I found "the dress" the salesperson was saying to order that day and alterations would be no problem. Well that wasn't exactly honest. When she took my measurements, there was one measurement width that she suggested the size from.

I clearly communicated I had already lost weight and intended on losing more and chose to go down one size. Even with going down a size, by the time the dress came in and alterations at one of the recommended tailors was not no problem. Because of the lacework, between the hem length totally having to be deconstructed/reconstructed and taking it in requiring redesigning the entire bodice as well as back seam by inches, I am ending up spending nearly an equal amount on alterations that I originally paid for the dress. I just wish the alteration costs were clearer before I decided a dress. But technically that's not a sale person's job.

I had a lovely experience here! I wasn't expecting to find my dress so soon but was pleasantly surprised to find the dress that spoke to me the most here. Catherine was lovely and helped me narrow down my options since I was a bit all over the place initially. The set up is quick and efficient and you start with a wish list of 5 items to help your consultant understand your personal style.

The appointment set up at VOWS is great and I like that you get a private room to try on different outfits. They also give you the opportunity to see how your dress looks like in different lighting and they have SO many options to choose from. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat and definitely would recommend Catherine to anyone as well!

VOWS is amazing! Catherine helped me find my dress I said yes to! Lexi helped me out at the beginning and at checkout! Since I was young and watched I Found The Gown on TLC I wanted to come here. My mom and I traveled from CA to shop for my wedding dress! I'm so excited to wear my dress at the wedding. The entire experience at VOWS was incredible!

Vows made dress shopping easy. Louisa was an incredible attendant and made it SO easy. She was so attentive, detail oriented, and completely understood what we were looking for. I was between two dresses, and I was able to say YES to THE dress with her help. I highly recommend Vows. From making the appointment to measurements to making payments, they treated you like it was YOUR day. I couldn't say enough about Vows and their incredible staff!

My stylist was Krystal! I was immediately comfortable with her. Krystal saw the types of dresses on my wish list and knew exactly what to pull. She was professional, patient, had a ton of knowledge about the different types of dresses and she did a fantastic job helping me navigate the very different opinions my bridesmaids, and mother had. My mom really wanted me to go with a different style and Krystal did an amazing job steering my mother in the direction I wanted and why the style worked best for my body type.

She had great feedback which helped my group understand why I didn't like a specific style. The store is clean and spacious. I didn't once feel crowded like I did at other dress shops. I love the private dressing rooms for your group. It feels more special. I highly recommend Vows. Thank you Krystal!

I needed a mother-of-the-bride dress, and I don't like to shop, and neither does the mother-of-the-groom, so we were kind of anxious about finding dresses. We made an easy on-line appointment with Olivia and Liuba, and within an hour we had both found fabulous dresses! Mine happened to be in stock, and the other was ordered from a designer based in NJ to be delivered in a couple of weeks. Olivia was so patient as she assisted me.

Even though my dream dress was the second one I tried on, she was so patient as I tried on several more, listening intently to all my concerns, and offering suggestions. The selection is great in terms of style, color, fabric and the prices are reasonable. I strongly recommend VOWS for all mothers! (Also, I appreciated that all staff and guests were wearing masks.)

Found my dress at my first appointment! I came in knowing exactly what I wanted. just kidding it changed as soon as I started trying on dresses! Catherine was great and helped find my dream dress. She was very sweet and knowledgeable of their inventory, and did not give me any pressure to purchase or hurry. I felt like I had all the time I needed to make the important decision.

Everyone was very careful to mask, and it felt very safe even in the middle of a pandemic. I also felt like I had a ton of selection for my budget. My friends also had a very nice time.

We had a great experience with Vows. As a curvy, in-between size women, I started this journey knowing that finding the right wedding dress would be a challenge. That being said, Vows had a fantastic selection of dresses, and sample sizes that I could actually fit in (wow!). The one I ended up going with was one that one of the attendants thought I might like on a whim, and although expensive ($2,700), was so worth it.

I also purchased my veil from them, which matched my dress perfectly. They were professional, clean, and so friendly! I gave them a 4 because my only critique was that they sized me a tad small- luckily it was very much fixable at my tailor and not a giant deal- would still recommend them! You won't be disappointed.

I went to Vows this past weekend to shop for my wedding dress and had the best experience. The display room is beautiful and organized, and they had every single dress I wanted to try on on my wish list. I went in with an idea of the exact dress I wanted - but was nervous about it because I REALLY didn't want to make a choice based on a decision I made before trying anything on!

We worked with Louisa, who made recommendations of other dresses I should try on, and was super honest and so helpful throughout the process. I ended up with the dress I went in thinking about, and I feel so confident it really was the best fit for me thanks to Louisa. She made me feel so comfortable, confident, and excited and I cannot thank her enough!

My consultant, Louisa, was amazing. She made me feel so welcome, supported, and excited. My entire bridal party loved her, and she provided so much helpful feedback that really helped me refine my vision. She respected my budget and ended up helping me find something off the rack that was way under, totally unexpected, and totally perfect. I honestly don't think I would have ended up with a dress I love as much as I love the one I chose, and it is in large part due to Louisa and her help.

A truly spectacular consultant! The overall selection at Vows was excellent, even within my relatively small budget. I definitely recommend for anyone in the greater Boston area to visit Vows - and ask for Louisa!

This is the place to go for Berta and Badgley Mischka weddings gowns. I fell in love with both designers and this boutique by far had the best selection of high fashion wedding gowns. I cannot recommend VOWS enough- snagged a sample off the rack at a discount for my wedding in January with no time to special order and I found the dress of my dreams.

The Vows team is incredible and the selection is huge. I appreciated the range of price points, designers, sizes, and styles. The store itself feels very elegant and they don't over-book appointments, so you really feel like you have enough attention and space for you and your group. The best thing about our visit was our consultant Krystal. She had incredible knowledge of all the dresses on the floor, and ended up suggesting the winning dress, which was not at all what I had imagined coming in!

She synthesized pieces of all of the favorite gowns I had tried on and ended up finding the perfect dress that I wouldn't have considered to begin with. I couldn't recommend Vows and Krystal more highly.

I had the best experience ever with Mandy W. She is so kind, patient, and supportive through the entire experience. She was so knowledgeable, found the perfect dress for me, and helped me figure out what to do with weight loss/measurements, which took a lot of stress off my shoulders. I'm thrilled!

Recently traveled to vows in Watertown in search of my dream wedding dress. Making an appointment was super easy, I did it online and filled out my Wishlist so they had a better idea of what I was looking for! It's beautiful and clean inside with a huge selection of designers. I went there specially for their selection of Martina Lina and Essence of Australia gowns.

I had Kelsey helping me and she was fantastic! She was super friendly, knowledgeable and she truly loves what she does! After trying on a lot of dresses I found the one! Vows has a great selection of dresses in different budgets. Ask for Kelsey if you go!

I was so happy to have started my wedding dress search at Vows! It could not have been a better experience, even in the middle of a pandemic. The entire team was so professional and I happened to have the best stylist assisting me, Olivia. She was extremely well versed in all of the gowns and quickly caught onto my style and what I was looking for.

Within a half hour we had narrowed it down to two incredible dresses, one of which was "the one." I ended up ordering a head piece along with the dress. everything was delivered in plenty of time to get fitted for our wedding. I truly could not have asked for a better experience. It was one and done and a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!
