Fischer Flowers

I called in advance with for a large order of balloons and a dozen roses for my wife's birthday. The woman was very pleasant and committed that the order could be done. I received several calls on her birthday that the florist couldn't do the job, farmed it out to another florist, and got argumentative with me about the delivery time and insisting someone be home at the appointed time for the large order of balloons.

I explained to the man that my elderly father would be there and that this was all settled several days in advance. I then explained to him that this was my first order from the business. I stated that having a wife and daughter means I will need flowers regularly. I explained that his attitude was not conducive to a long term relationship. He then, after all his belligerence, accused me of "copping an attitude." To be clear, the business was requested to do a job.

They quoted their rate. The rate was paid in full and in advance. They then whined and complained about the job. This is not the way to build a long term business relationship.

I ordered flowers for my grieving aunt and they never showed up. Called and no one answered. I found out the owners are absentee owners and live somewhere out west so basically they have underpaid employees running the shop. That place used to be the place to go in the area. Not the shop it used to be.another example of a business being run into the ground by the kids who inherited something they couldn't handle. Shop elsewhere.

Failed to deliver our flower order at my aunt's funeral. Promised they would make up for it and get flowers to us on time, but failed to do that as well. Made a hard day even worse with their negligence and unprofessionalism.

Don't ever use this florist. My wife ordered flowers for her sisters funeral, through the entire ordering process the guy gave her nothing but grief. Then we arrive at the funeral Home and no flowers. She called to find out what's going on and all the guy had was excuses and more arguments. He told my wife they would have flowers there before the service and they never showed up and stopped answering the phone. I really can't understand the Callous nature of this guy. Totally heartless and remorseless. I hope he never gets another Client, that way he can't do any more harm

We ordered flowers for our sister's funeral. The person who took the order was nasty, but we still placed the order because we wanted flowers to coordinate with flowers that were ordered by others. On the day of the service, the flowers did not show up. When we called, they said they would offer a refund, which was not acceptable since it was the. day of the service!

Then they said they would deliver something before it began, but never did and then didn't answer their phone. Save yourself and DO NOT use this florist. After our experience, we heard of others who had similar troubles with this florist. We found out too late, so warning others.

I ordered a spray of flowers for sister's funeral. It never showed up and when I called the owner, Charlie was actually combative! I was so upset and humiliated! The owner is completely unprofessional. If you still choose to use them, make sure you speak to Jennifer. If I could give a negative rating, I certainly would.

If I could give a minus rating for this florist, I would. The owner was rude and antagonistic. I was so sorry that I did not follow my instincts from the get go. Ordered a spray for my sister's funeral and it was never delivered. Then he lied to me on the phone and tried to blame his designer. Completely unprofessional! I was beyond upset!

Ordered flowers for anniversary got a confirmation email that they infact received my order but no flowers were delivered contacted customer service twice with no reply just disappointed

We received ( from our son and daughter-in-law ) the most beautiful flower Arrangement from here! I called them To thank them for such a stunning arrangement. I use Fischer's Flowers for every event that I host and also for house warming gifts. I never had one bad experience. Customer service was excellent. The arrangements were beautiful! I would recommend to anyone.

I needed same day flowers. The man asked if I could wait until tomorrow because his delivery wasn't due until then. I asked if he had anything for today because the person really needed a cheering up, he checked and said he could. They delivered a gorgeous arrangement and even discounted me $10 because they didn't have exactly what I asked for. Thank you!

I ordered a bouquet online at around 8 am and received it at 2pm, great service! Also the bouquet I ordered was absolutely gorgeous. The flowers were fresh and beautiful and my daughter was so happy with it for her 16th birthday. I haven't ordered flowers in a long time but have used Fischer in the past and will continue to. Thank you!

Horrible customer service and they threatened to return to my 94 year old mothers home and take the flowers back. Shame on them! I Called the neighbors to check in on her and am Considering notifying the police too. Recommend Spinning Wheel! Wonderful to work with. Interesting to note, The response given by the establishment here (2 weeks after this happened) is completely false.

I never once called the establishment. I never had a conversation with the establishment. I do know that the establishment tried to intimidate my mother when she called. Horrible!

Got flowers for my mother on Mother's Day and got the flowers in a yellow color, because that's my mother's favorite color. To this day, one week later, the flowers still look and smell the same! The whole team that works at Fischer Flowers did a great job. Outstanding customer service! Got them delivered and it was perfect timing! The color of the flowers inspired my mom to redo the living room with yellow, because the flowers were so beautiful! I will definitely be ordering for others in the future and will tell everyone what a great job they did!

Well after have a issue with my order, Jennifer, , the manager, was very gracious and understanding. She resolved the problem promptly. Thats real customer service at its best

I ordered a deluxe floral arrangement from Fromyouflowers. They sent the order to this place. There were three sub flowers with a half dozen roses and some filler for almost $70! The roses were already fully opened so they'll be dead by tomorrow.

Bad customer service. We have been customers of Fischer Flowers for 12 years. However, we recently had two balloon orders (each 6 or more Mylar balloons) which only lasted a week. We didn't complain about the first problem but did about the second. Charles called us to tell us he could not find our account or credit card payment and was rude and impertinent. We will no longer deal with them and will go elsewhere. Extremely disappointed.

This was my first and last experience with this flower shop. I needed to send a floral arrangement as a thank you. I needed it to be a bit on the masculine side, and requested sunflowers and things of that nature. The kid who answered the phone was irritated from the onset of the request I made. I asked for a photo to be sent to me so I could be aware of what they were sending, and he was unsure but said he would see what he could do.

I also requested to have confirmation of delivery and he was unable to to accommodate that request as well. The next day i checked my credit card statement, and this flower shop billed me 3 times for 2 different amounts and exceeded the budget I had requested them to stay within. I called them again and another girl answered and said she would look into it and get back to me, and she offered the delivery fee to be refunded to me.

A week later I checked my credit card statement and no refund had been issued so I called one last time, and i gave my information again, and was told that a manager would get back to me, and that didn't happen either. I ended up getting a photo of the arrangement, and not one sunflower was in this "seasonal arrangement". Your customer service is awful as are your business practices. Unacceptable.

I happened to be out of town on business for my wife's birthday. They have a sign out front that says "If your name is. stop in for a free rose!" In talking to the young lady who answered the phone, I asked her if they already had that day's name on the sign, which they did. I told her that it was my wife's birthday and asked if she could please change the sign to her name. She did! I then purchased a beautiful bouquet for my wife. Fischer Flowers saves the day!

So I know that most people probably say this but this florist really is the best I called asking about Gerber Daisies for my girlfriend who I was trying to surprise and give her a huge smile. This place did that and so much more the florist initially didn't have much in stock but told me he was getting a delivery and to call back in a hour. I am so glad I did because the flowers were perfectly arranged in a vase and even being cut lasted 3 weeks with only a couple changes of water. Will definitely be coming back for more this summer. Thanks again for the wonderful job.

Fischer's never fails to put a smile on your face. Beautiful arrangements or just a little something to let someone know that they are on your mind, Fischer's has got just what you need. Moderately priced, great selection. Sure to please.

Came home to find these stunning flowers from my husband for my birthday from Fischer's. All I can say is WOW!

Last time I order from here! Called in an order to be delivered to the hospital for my mother who has been battling a serious case of pneumonia to find out they delivered the order to shore medical center when I clearly stated to be delivered to the AtlantiCare Medical center. You're better off ordering from 1800flowers.com

The absolute worse company, no customer service skills, are not willing to solve a problem.will never buy again from this losy company, they suck!

Do not use for your wedding flowers! Despite hearing bad stories from friends who have used them, I called this florist multiple times and left multiple messages. However, I never received a call back. I even stopped by a few times to try to talk to someone directly and left messages at the desk for a call back from their wedding coordinator and never got a call back. I repeat. Do not use them for your wedding flowers. They are not reliable and are actually quite rude

Terrible customer service. They did not honor my confirmed order for Mother's Day. They are rude and offer no solutions when they make a mistake. If you are wanting flowers for a special day, do not use this florist.

Copied our coordinators post. Truly disappointing service I placed an order, on behalf of ALL the New Jersey State Police wives for a large floral spray for Fallen Trooper Frankie Williams. The base price on the website was $249. I went into the shop and was very specific about the flowers to be used and expectations as this was a piece to offer. our condolences and support of Trp. Frankie Willliams' wife, Kim and family.

I was charged an additional $100, bringing the total to $380 with tax and delivery. Due to Fisher Flowers being closed on Sundays, and the Services and Funeral are today, Monday 12/12, I asked for a picture prior to closing Saturday. The picture I received was not even close.

I live in Florida, However my entire family is in New Jersey. I grew up just down the street from Fischer Flowers. It was the go to Florist for our family of 8. When it is time to let my family know I am thinking of them, I always go to Fischer Flowers. There products are excellent in quality and freshness. The only change I would like to see is a few 20.- 25.00 items for when you don;t want to send a big bouquet. Just a little flowers. Thank You Fisher Flowers for making Mothers Day Shopping meaningful and easy.
