In a word "AWESOME"! Professional, attentive, sincere and honest are just a few other words that I can use to describe this experience. I purposely traveled 15 miles from where I live to Robert's solely because of its outstanding reviews. They did not disappoint. The service that they provide as soon as you walk through the door is nothing shy of perfection.

I needed to rent a tuxedo for a special daddy/daughter cruise vacation. Rob and his staff made the whole experience flawlessly smooth. An overwhelming selection of everything needed. Upon returning for pick up and trying on, the tux fit absolutely perfectly with zero alterations needed. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. A family owned business with integrity. Where do I start, Robert's has been dressing the men in our family for years. From my daughters wedding years ago to my son's prom last night they have never failed us, everyone always look fabulous. I happened to drive by Robert's Tuxedos one evening on my way home from work. I needed a suit within 3 days for my 10 year old (who wears a suit once and then grows out of it by the time another special event pops up! ). I arrived, was immediately greeted by Brian and brought my son in later that day for a fitting. We had our beautiful suit for our special occasion by the next day.

It was an awesome experience from beginning to end. They are prompt, professional, and provided excellent personalized customer service. We'll be returning for their services in October!

My son was in a wedding just yesterday! I brought him in not looking forward to this because I had no idea what I was doing! Everyone was EXTREMELY helpful, put me at ease, and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! Fitting and all! Picking up the suit was seamless! Then, I had to return the suit and I was running SO late unexpectedly, I called the store and asked if there was some thing I could do?

The owner himself picks up and says he'll stay and he also fitted him after hours for another suit he needed! Service is EXCELLENT and isn't it nice to actually speak to a human being when you call a store? A human being who actually wants to help you and doesn't give you attitude? A place like this will always be successful given the GREAT customer service! They've earned a customer for LIFE!

Great experience renting my son's prom tux here. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. We were helped right away and my son was able to pick out the color he wanted, get measurements taken and paid the rental quick and efficiently. Highly recommend for great service and inventory of suits and related items.

Had an amazing experience at Robert's, our wedding ceremony was postponed countless times due to covid, and yet they were more than flexible with us. Once everything was a green light, they yet again were very understanding to our situation and made the day very special. Everything fit perfectly, we will definitely do business here again.

Family owned business. I went here for tuxedos for my wedding and met with Robert. He was phenomenal from start to finish. Very friendly and personable person. He is very knowledgeable and new exactly what I was looking for and the measurements were perfect. Staff is very friendly and helpful as well. Went looking for a special color of vest and bow tie for my daughters wedding in Texas next week. The two gentleman were extremely helpful and they had exactly what I was looking for. Fabulous store and very customer focused. Highly recommend this store!

What a amazing place. I entered Thursday Evening looking to Rent or Buy a suit for Friday the next day. The owner himself helped pick out a full suit and was able to get it taylor In time and also gave me Law Enforcement Discount.

Robert's did my tuxedos for my wedding in early December. The process for picking them, getting them fitted and dropping them off was all seamless and easy. The tuxedos themselves are of great quality. They looked awesome on all the groomsmen. We all got so many compliments on them. They also did tuxes for our junior groomsmen and they came out great as well. I would recommend them for your big day without any hesitation!

I used Robert's for my wedding which was just on 11/5/21. These guys were awesome! Super accommodating, super patient and so friendly. Everything came in a timely fashion, I had literally zero issues. They guided me through things I was unfamiliar with having never been a bride and really made everything so easy. In the end the guys looked so handsome and the fits were so neat and clean.

I was attending a 40th Wedding Anniversary which was Black Tie. My personal tux no longer fit me as I had lost weight and it was too large. I decided to rent instead of buy since I rarely if ever use a tux anymore. Last time was over five years ago. I searched on line and Roberts was highly rated so I went there and am very thankful I did. Robert took care of me and I decided on a style and was fitted by him within 15 minutes.

I picked it up later in the week. Even then, after trying it on, before going home, he made adjustments based on my personal desires. I received more raves at the affair than I could have possibly imagined. I looked great and felt great. I looked as if I was wearing a custom-made tux. Roberts is highly recommendable!

I had the honor of working with Rob for my buddies wedding. Naturally he waited to the last minute to provide a location and color. Within a week Rob and his crew were able to measure and have 8 of us fitted. He was very sharp and it was an easy stress free process. No adjustments needed. I would highly recommend using them and will certainly be using them for my wedding in August of 2019.

No need to search any further for your tuxedo/suit needs. Robert's will take care of you. A family run business for decades is a business you can trust. Not only are the suits a higher quality than anything I've seen at Men's Wearhouse or other popular spots, but the prices are cheaper as well. You'll also get treated as if you're their only customer and have no worries at all if anything needs to be changed. I've rented from them 3 times now and never had an issue, but I know they'd take care of me to max if there was anything I needed changed. Can't recommend this place enough. Look no further!

From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable. I have a body that is not easy to fit and they spent the time and the energy to make sure everything was perfect. We then spent 20 minutes as it was quiet just talking to the owner and the fitter. Not only did everything work out well but the people are very I just returned the Tuxedo Quick and easy and again the people were very accommodating. Overall a great experience

This place is a gem, I've never seen my boyfriend look better. The tuxedos are impeccable, they are well maintained, have a huge selection to choose from and the owner is a pleasure to deal with. If you ask nicely he may also give you a dance lesson in the store There is ample parking, while that may not seem like a big deal but when you have to carry a bunch of tuxedos to your car. YOU CAN TOTALLY APPRECIATE the convenience.

The prices are certainly competitive with the marketplace for the quality you are receiving. If you are getting married, attending a gala, or simply want to take your lady on a lavish night out and need a tux- definitely make that your first stop.

Great local shop. Personable, quick and got my measurements right. I came in for a last minute black tie event and they took care of me right away. The tux fit perfectly with no issues whatsoever. Do yourself a favor and make this your first stop for your tuxedo needs.

So far my experience at Roberts has been great! I've been dealing with them for awhile because of having to return tuxes my fiance has rented from being in other wedding parties and Rob Jr. has always been very friendly and so easy going. Now it's time for my wedding and I came in here to discuss what tuxes to rent for my fiance and his groomsman. Rob helped me choose the perfect tux for my vision and introduced me to all the fits (I really had no idea there were so many choices!) it was so nice to have such great service. Rob even showed me what each fit looks like on and let me choose the perfect color for the ties (I had a certain specific color I wanted and Rob was able to order the color for me.) I can't wait until my wedding and for all of the guys to love their tuxes! I'm sure they will and I will have Roberts to thank! This place is highly recommended for excellent product and exceptional service.

Went here recently for a single tuxedo for a wedding I was attending. Honestly I'm the last person that ever wants to put on a tuxedo. But I must say they made the process much more enjoyable. The tuxedo was flawless. The shoes were brand new everything was perfect. The staff was incredible and It was nice to see how busy they were.

I had an absolutely incredible experience here. I came in for a last minute event and they were able to help me pick out a beautiful tuxedo in a pinch. I may have gotten lucky with my size, but I was in and out in an hour. Robert and his staff are knowledgable and friendly, too.

My family has been renting formal wear from Robert's since 2005, and I am a very happy customer. Rob's customer service is excellent, and there's something special about this mom and pop store. Rob Sr. started the store over 30 years ago, and Rob Jr. is the face of the business. Last week, I needed a gold colored vest, and I drove all the way to Totowa (over an hour away) to rent it from Rob.

They were open during the Easter holiday weekend (open on Friday and Saturday, closed on Easter Sunday). I was able to find the exact vest and matching bowtie, which Rob ironed and readied to be worn the same day, and he had me out of there within a half hour. Here's the best part of the story: When I returned the vest on Monday, I forgot to bring my bowtie.

Since I live so far away, I asked him how much I would have to pay if I couldn't get it back until next weekend. Rob said don't worry about it, and he said he wouldn't charge me anything extra for the late return. To both Robert Senior and Robert Junior: Thank you for your service!
