The front entrance of stained glass French doors situated on the 2nd floor opens to an ornate oak staircase leading to the lower level dining and common areas. The hallway is adorned with an antique working pump organ, which leads to the parlor. There are many period and older antiques and chandeliers situated throughout the house and bedrooms.

Absolutely amazing wedding venue! My husband's and my entire immediate families and our maid of and man of honor were all able to stay at the venue for our entire wedding weekend which took so much of the stress and running around out of our wedding weekend. On-site wedding coordinator is with you every step of the way and will do as much or as little as you'd like. Catering was delicious. Recommended a cake baker who could make a beautiful and delicious wedding cake. Photography was incredible.stunning fall photos that arrived to our home address within a week of our wedding date.
Everything was done on time and our wedding was flawless! For everything that you get with the wedding package, it is insanely affordable! For the quality of the services that we received, I would have paid twice what I paid if I did it anywhere else. Loved everything about our wedding thanks to the work done by the staff at Sleepy Hollow.

This review is all over the place but it is an in depth review of my experience at my own wedding. i just had my wedding here recently and the only perk was the wedding planner and the fact that they had lodging. Yes it is all inclusive but I spent over 8k here but that bill could have easily been cut in half. I do not know who does the house keeping but honestly they should not have a job. Whilst my guest stayed in the rooms we found an undergarment from a previous guest in a drawer, as well as a fuzzy coke can underneath a bed.
There was water damage in several rooms, including the bridal sweet where there was drooping paint by the sliding door. One of the rooms has a bench that blocks access to the closet so if a bridesmaid needed to hang up her dress, she would have to move the bench herself; and even if she did manage to move the bench the closet was already full of random items including a small rocking horse.
The bridal sweets closet is full of linens galore and the steamer for any clothing was full of mold. All of this was in the first night. The kitchen was full of several items that were way past the expiration date, the bread was moldy, what we think were supposed to be donuts in an old pizza box and there were random items from previous guests in the fridge such 3 bottles of an odd craft beer.
Breakfast morning of was very lack luster. The kettle was on the stove by 0630 so by the time people are actually awake the coffee is cold. As for the food itself. It was either a stale bagel or cereal that you get in the little boxes for kids, or maybe a leap of faith and eat a yogurt. Three of the toilets in the main house did not flush and one of the sinks did not work.
All of the bedrooms were freezing. I understand that I had my wedding in the winter but there is such a thing called central heating. The ceremony went by smoothly but the photography gave no direction and had us sinking in the mud instead of where we all would have been able to easily stand over on the deck by the pond. Which transitions to photos outside, if you are not careful you can easily end up with a billboard in the background of your photos since the venue is right off of the interstate. Honestly I did not feel like any alcohol in the world would have made my reception any better.
I asked the Dj to play a mix of rock, country, and dance; all he played were your basic 80s and 90s songs. The closest he got to rock was grease lightening. The food for the venue was a lot less than what I expected. We got someone else to cater for the rehearsal dinner and it was 100% a simpler meal but 100% better tasting than what was served at the reception.
We ended up dropping $60 on pizza after the reception because literally no one wanted to eat the food that was served, and I did not go for weird options either. It was chicken and beef and noodles, not that hard to get right. The only good thing that I can really say about the venue is that the event center itself is very pretty especially inside, and Danielle the wedding planner was great about responding to emails and making everything happen.
I wish she would have stayed for more than 4 hours the entire 3 days we were there though. Other than all of that my husband and I had a very good time and the guest were glad to be with us during this time.

Best service and support you could possibly ask for on your big day! Danielle the wedding coordinator is amazing, and makes sure you a a magic wedding. I don't know what we would have done without her and all the staff. Wonderful family to have at your back. I can't say enough about this family run inn

My daughter's wedding was held here this past weekend. I can not say enough about how much we enjoyed The Sleepy Hollow Inn. The beautiful setting, the relaxed atmosphere, the helpful staff and owners and most of all our wedding planner Danielle! It is a perfect spot for a medium size wedding celebration for family and friends including small children!

WOW. if you are looking for a destination (or local) location where you can have the most amazing, stress-free, beautiful wedding weekend then Sleepy Hollow is your location. Every single detail from the day we chose this location until the minute we checked out the Sunday after the wedding was perfect. The staff at Sleepy Hollow is fantastic. All information was lined out up front without any surprises.
The packages were all inclusive unless specifically and clearly stated. Danielle, the wedding director, stayed on top of every deadline and detail. She was prompt in responding to emails, made excellent recommendations for vendors and coordinated all deliveries for the day of. Planning a wedding event from 1000 miles away is not easy but the staff at Sleepy Hollow made it completely stress-free.
The weekend of the wedding they were SOOO accommodating. The Inn was absolutely beautiful, well kept and spacious. Our families were able to relax and visit the day of without the stresses of rushing from location to location. The facilities that they offer for the ceremony and reception are not justified in pictures; you must see it in person. We are so thankful to Sleepy Hollow for making our wedding the most amazing experience of our lives.
Our guests expressed the same sentiments about the whole weekend. We are still receiving compliments on our wedding, the pictures, the food and the accommodations. We wanted a picturesque, beautiful wedding and we were able to accomplish that and much more. You definitely want to have your wedding at Sleepy Hollow! To the Staff at Sleepy Hollow. Thank you again ~~~ Love, Todd & Alisha

I attended a friends wedding here and it was unbelievable. The decor of the home, its originality and age, the ornately done bar area, the landscaping, the granduer of the reception hall, EVERYTHING was amazing. I have stayed at the Bed & Breakfast twice since then, once in the Carriage House, which was romantic, comfortable and ummmmm well I will skip on the part about the pink heart shaped jacuzzi tub, :) but you would have loved it :) and the second time in the Peony room, which also had a nice large jacuzzi tub with a Waterfall :) that was nice too. The food at the Wedding was great, Breakfast at the B&B wasn't the best but it was OK. Overall Two Thumbs up with a Romantic ++
