Celine and Company Catering was founded by Celine and Michael Lurey in 1993. They remained a leader in serving Asheville's finest catering cuisine since. Starting as an expression of Celine's love of entertaining and an outlet for her locally-known and sought out cuisine. The business has grown tremendously over the years.
The stunning Blue Ridge Mountains and unique urban landscape make Asheville, NC a popular city for destination weddings. I cannot even begin to describe how absolutely incredible Celine and Company was for our event. Her crew was ON IT all evening long. They arrived super early to prepare and created a menu that was seriously out of this world. The appetizers, main course and dessert were all amazing. I had high expectations because Kim is one of the most referred caterers in our area.
She exceeded all of my expectations. Not to mention the fact that we had a guest list with vegetarians and gluten intolerant individuals. The menu catered to everyone. Her staff was friendly, organized and efficient. They were stealthy, cleaning up a dirty plate before it hit the table. It was magical. It seemed like nearly every single guest stopped me and asked for her information. I am so incredibly thankful for her talent.

Wow! Blown away by Kim and her team. They are incredible at what they do! Celine and Company catered our wedding, and the food was outstanding, beautiful, delicious. Not only that, everything ran seamlessly thanks to Kim; they are all so professional, kind, and helpful. As the bride and groom, you don't always get to enjoy your wedding food like you'd want to (and people told us that constantly leading up to the day), but my husband and I made it our mission to enjoy our wedding food, and we were able to thanks to Kim and her staff. Thank you so much for making our wedding day extra special!

Kim and her team created an exceptional menu for our wedding at Homewood. Guests were saying it was the best wedding food they had ever had! Far beyond that, from the tasting through the service she and her team were excellent. For a guest who was recently dairy free for her baby they were quickly accommodating! We can't say enough good things!

Celine and Company, Ashville We originally planned and contracted for our wedding for May 2020. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we had to postpone the wedding twice (with the event finally being held August 2021!). Kim Lloyd, owner of Celine and Company Catering was not only very accommodating with our ever-changing plans, but also extremely helpful in our planning providing us recommendations and guidance as we are not local to Asheville.
The catering company does several events each weekend, but she and her team made it feel like she was dedicated to us and our event. We often turned to her for advice on more than the catering including event timetables and other vender recommendations (florist, DJ, photographer, and deserts). The menu, food and her catering staff were absolutely amazing, and all our guests complemented as being the best food they had at a wedding.
Just as important, with the 15-month delay, the catering company adjusted the dates and honored our contract. For Ashville, NC, there is only one choice of a caterer and that is Kim Lloyd of Celine and Company. Hannah and John, bride and groom Marilyn and Fred, bride's parents

My husband and I were recently married in Asheville, NC with the help of Kim and her team at Celine and Company. Our wedding was a product of a very long COVID delay and Kim was extremely accommodating with the delay and the change in guest list even up to the day before the event. The food was amazing, she is able to create custom menus for her clients and we were so thrilled she jumped at the chance of creating a Southern and Latin fusion meal for us and our friends and family.
Nearly all guests came up to us at our wedding a raved about the food. Kim and her team is extremely talented, kind and willing to create whatever vision you have in mind. If we ever want another big life event we already want to have it back in Asheville with Kim and her team!

I can't say enough about Kim and Celine & Company. If you need catering - BOOK THEM! Almost two years in the making with all planning and menu creation and rentals and services done remotely during COVID we finally had our wedding last weekend. I'd post 1,000 pictures of our Oaxaca / Latin inspired menu if any of our 100 guests could stop stuffing their faces for long enough to take photos.
The salad was a hit, the salsas were incredible, the entrees were amazing and plentiful enough for all of our dietary restricted guests to fill up. We even got our own huge cooler of portioned leftovers to take home after the event. Kim thank you thank you thank you! Food is a big part of our lives and you really let us share that with all of our families and friends.

Kim from Celine and Company is fantastic! She and her staff helped us dream up an amazing taco bar for our wedding, and we could not be happier with the results. Many (yes, many!) guests have since told us it was by far the best food they'd ever had at a wedding. Everything was not only delicious, but beautifully plated as well. 10/10 recommend!

I couldn't be any happier with our choice to hire them to cater our wedding. Chef Kim was so kind and passionate about what she does from day one at our tasting. We ended up having her cater our Friday night rehearsal dinner, Saturday's cocktail hour and dinner, AND our Sunday morning continental brunch. I can't believe how many times I've heard bride and grooms say that they didn't get to taste their food, Chef Kim & team made SURE we got to have dinner as well as a full basket of leftovers for late night snacking. :) Every single item served was INCREDIBLE.
They impressed some of my most difficult to impress guests (who are still talking about the food a month and a half later). Just yesterday we got our photos back and literally got hungry for the food again! We didn't run out of anything and the flow of dinner was perfect - both of which can only come from experience, and I cannot stress enough how important that is.
They will not be your cheapest option, because that's not the kind of service they offer. Part of the cost is not just the food, but their experience and service, which is outstanding. I guarantee you will feel like the money spent went above and beyond any expectation. Can't recommend them enough. Thank you Chef Kim & all the rest of you that had a helping hand - it was apparent how much work you all put into - we're so happy!
