Excellent customer service. Beautiful products! I tried Wisconsin Rapids Floral primarily due to their location being so close to my house & found that they are amazing! I ordered corsages & boutonnieres for my son & daughter as well as a couple they were going to Prom with. The arrangements turned out perfect & were exactly what I ordered! The best part was the cost wasn't as outrageous as other places I called or looked at online.

And I would like to add that the flowers lasted all through their dance. Win-Win all the way around! I will definitely be using Wisconsin Rapids Floral for future floral/gift needs!

Casey did an amazing job on our wedding flowers, and they turned out better than we had imagined! She was also able to get them to the venue earlier than we had planned to meet our photographers needs. Would definitely recommend and will be going back for any future flower needs.

The customer service was amazing, the flowers arrived on time and great quality. I would give a full 5 stars but they didn't send a confirmation or delivery email which left me a bit anxious.

I love this shop! I have ordered flowers several times and had a great experience. Recently, I saw some photos on Facebook of several Christmas displays. I saw the perfect additions to my Christmas decor and called them to see if there was any way they could help me get them. The designer I spoke with found exactly what I was looking for, took care of the transaction over the phone, and made it so easy to do my shopping safely and easily. And the prices were great. Will definitely shop again!

Terrific shop, with very pleasant owner and staff. They gave us great customer service for our wedding, making suggestions where we needed to find alternatives and helped us find a really impressive set of arrangements that worked for both our wedding and reception. Highly recommended.

They did the flowers for my dads memorial service. We gave them artistic freedom and the results were amazing. It was almost like they knew my dad. They were beautiful, simple and elegant. Thank you so much!

We were beyond disappointed with the flowers we ordered for our father's funeral. We had a very Simple but specific request and vision with pictures to refer to. The Calla Lily's turned brown from the evening of the wake to the morning of the funeral - less than 24 hours, and they were stored properly. We also found that she substituted artificially flowers without our knowledge or permission. The owner was a tad defensive when I called about our unhappiness.

A wonderful addition to The Rapids area. I sent flowers in the morning by lunch my beautiful wife had a bouquet fit for the love of my life. The price was so reasonable. If you come here you won't regret it!
