My daughter bought (paid in full) a dress and also paid for alterations. It has been over 2 months not done, wont return any phone calls. Won't even let you in the store. BAD BAD BAD.

Went to get measurements for a dress and the ladies were very nice. They seem to have a nice selection of dresses as well. Happy with our bridesmaids ones!

Jackies Bridal did an AMAZING job on my prom dress. I wore it my sophomore year and wanted to wear it again my junior year. I decided I didn't want it to be as full in the skirt so I took it to Jackies to alter it. It only cost $20 and they even replaced some of the beads that fell loose from dancing! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND :
